I woke up in pain my dental clinic couldn’t see me the same day so I searched on google and found Definitive Dental. What a great place the staff was super friendly and the dentist had patience and was gentle the staff was not pushy and I felt I was properly informed on what treatment I needed and the best part is I arrived in pain but left with my tooth fixed. I will definitely be breaking up with my dentist and returning to this office. I personally recommend Dr. G for your dental needs

Hands down the best dental-visit experience!The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The office manager, Darcell, explained the entire process and made sure I was comfortable through my entire visit. He also personally introduced me to the hygienist, Heidi, who did the most thorough cleaning Ive experienced in a long time. She took her time and she even spent extra time in certain areas of my teeth (which I imagine needed extra cleaning).Dr. Patel was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I raised a few concerns and she offered different options including cost-saving ones which do not necessarily benefit the practice so I know she wasnt trying to sell me on services I dont really need - this isnt typically what Ive experienced elsewhere.Overall, great experience and 100% recommend.

The front office is always welcoming and the staff is very accommodating especially when it comes to scheduling. The hygienists are very friendly and willing to share helpful tips. The doctors are kind and always willing to explain everything to make sure you understand what is being done. The entire staff goes above and beyond and our family loves it here.

Loved our visit here! We were referred to this office for my mother’s trauma on her teeth caused by a car accident. Dr. Patel did my mothers exam and was super gentle. She explained in detail our options and showed concern for my mothers dental care since she is in braces. My mom was also very happy with their hygienist and felt super fresh after cleaning. Mario was a huge help to us during check in and check out. He made sure our time there was smooth and comfortable, and made sure we left with all the information needed. Happy to say. This is our new dental office.

This was my first visit to Definitive Dental and I must say the experience was absolutely amazing. It started upon entering the office and being greeted by the amazing staff I instantly felt comfortable and knew I was in great hands. I was in severe pain due to the need of a root canal. After researching and calling several dentists, and even endodontic specialists, I was led to Definitive Dental by the Veteran Affairs. I must say that Dr. Guirguis and Patel definitely made my experience pleasant and was able to provide great and affordable service! Instant pain relief and I am much thankful and appreciated! I called Definitive Dental on a Thursday morning in severe pain. I was able to get a appointment the same day for a root canal. Dr. Patel and her assistant April took such good care of me. Through the entire process they both made sure I didnt experience any pain. I even received a text from Dr. Patel on Saturday to check on me and see how I felt after treatment. I went in to have my teeth cleaned and was absolutely blown away by the offices professionalism as well as how Home-y everything felt. The hygienist Heidi was fantastic and cleaned my teeth very well and ensured my oral hygiene was up to par with recommendations and advice. After xrays I was also advised of the impact my upper left and lower left wisdom teeth were having on my other teeth and that I should have them extracted which I was really nervous about but after talking with Dr. Patel I felt alot more comfortable. I must say that during the entire process Dr. Patel and Sondra really took care of me and ensured I felt absolutely no pain while having both wisdom teeth removed. If you can believe it I was actually laughing and joining in conversation during the entire procedure. I have found my dental home and I am so grateful for the service Definitive Dental and staff is providing. I 100% recommend this office for your dental needs! Thank you Definitive Dental.

I received a text that Dr. Cherry office was opening back up!!! I thought ok, I was a patient of his for many many years took both my boys. I asked if Jennifer was there they said no sorry it’s another dentist. That’s fine! I told them on a text my son needed cleaning how much for our of pocket ? They sent me a website, that’s fine, I signed up. I take my son and I left to run an errand. Come back to us paying 175.00 even with the dental plan I was on. Ok!!! When I asked her why so much she said they had to deep clean, ok my issue was first they should of called me!! 2nd they didn’t explain any extra charges, 3rd when I told her I didn’t know this was going to be out of pockets could I pay 100 and pay the 75 Friday she says this isn’t Dr Cherrys office!!!!!!HOW ARE YOU GOING TO TELL A PATIENT THAT!!! You used his name when trying to get me to come back!!!Clean office, very clean but the front desk may need a little more training on how to talk to people. If you don’t have insurance for your kids or adult please make sure you find another office or dentist that will help until your insurance kicks in!!!!! I miss Dr. Cherry!!!!!

Very disappointed with the communication between staff. I was told my clear aligners would be $2000 and I was encouraged to apply for care credit and was approved to finance. A week later I received a message from staff stating that my treatment would be around $3000. That was not apart of my budget now I have to go through the process of disputing the hard inquiry off my credit. Do not recommend.

Dr. Patel was amazing, they were patient with my high BP issue. Root canal was not bad at all. She was very through. Didn’t have any work done by Dr. Guirguis but he came in and talked to me a few times. Great staff, great environment. After years of dental neglect i found a comfortable place to go. Hope they are ready 😂. Again thank you so much Dr. Patel. See you in 2 weeks. I had zero pain after.. idk if that’s normal but I didn’t need any ibuprofen. No swelling, no bleeding.

So today was my first time going and i love it. Talked to me about my options my concerns and everything in between . Everybody is so nice and lively not robots . 10/10 would/will recommend them to everyone i know . Currently going to switch my daughter here also .

I wanted to have a few visits under my belt before giving a review. This review is unsolicited and is based on my experiences. Finding a good dentist is hard and i hope this review helps someone out.I can attest to the 5 star service you can expect from Definitive Dental.I’ve had 8 fillings done by Dr. G and they were painless and I’ve had no post procedure sensitivity (a first!). In fact, the last time I was getting fillings from Dr. G I fell asleep in the chair during the procedure - that’s how painless it was.Everyone in the office has been great. The front office staff has been great in helping me work with my insurance so Dr. G can correct some work a previous dentist messed up.Finding a good dentist is a crapshoot. I was referred to Dr G by a friend/co worker and he is the real deal.I was someone who waited 10 years between dentist visits. I’m so glad I found definitive dental.

I cannot say enough about my experiences and the Definitive Dental crew. I am very skeptical about dentists and I had a dental emergency and they welcomed me with open arms, from the first phone call, down to checking up on me a few day’s after my procedure. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dr. Guirguis is giving me my beautiful smile back just in time for my wedding. I would recommend this office to everyone!

Dr Peter Guirguis and his team are fantastic. I was having the worse toothache I have ever experienced and was needing urgent help. From the time I arrived till the time I left I received excellent care, welcomed by the very pleasant front desk staff as I walked in made me feel confident. The assistants are super nice and prepared me for the dentist, it was a difficult extraction but Dr Peter made sure I was informed through out the surgery and that I really appreciated. When the extraction was complete April the assistant explained about the after care before I left. I would not hesitate to recommend Definitive Dental I’m sure you would be totally satisfied.

I want to send a special thank you too all of the people at this office. I had an abcessed tooth that had me in tears and kept me up all night. Unfortunately it was a Sunday and I couldnt find a dentist who was open. I must have contacted every dentist with in 20 miles of me, and hit brick wall after brick wall. Until i found this clinic via their website i was able to send them a message and within the hour someone had gotten back to me. And not just with a standard reply, but an actual person who was caring and compassionate. The first thing the next morning i was in their office and within minutes they got to work. I am so grateful to have found an office that is run by real people, who actually care about their patients and who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the best possible care for their patients. So thank you so very much Definitive Dental you guys are my heros!

I have never been a fan of ANY dentist! Because of having bad teeth all of my life and spending too much time in a dental chair. However, Dr G is an entirely different type of dentist. He is extremely understanding of dental phobic patients like me. He’s very gentle and explains everything. His pricing is very fair and not inflated. I never thought that I would actually not dread going to a dentist, but he and his amazing staff have won me over! I can’t recommend him highly enough!!!

Dr. Guirguis was referred to me by former dentist, who retired. His office staff and he, himself, have been great to work with. He removed a wisdom tooth of mine a few months ago. It was a simple procedure and didnt have any complications. Ive been back for cleaning and preventative care. He is now my dentist. I highly recommend him and his office.
