Best Crossfit in the area.

I really enjoyed my experience at CrossFit Glendora. They are very welcoming and so close to my graduate school. The coaches are flexible and accommodating. I recommend stopping by and checking them out!!

This place is a clean and friendly environment. they have amazing coaches that arent afraid to make you sweat! I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to challenge their fitness level.

Ive been at CFG for over 3 years, easily one of the best decisions Ive made in my life, no exaggeration. I love that I can get in, have a great work out and get out. I dont have to think about what Im going to do, just follow the programming, do it and get out. Also, dont get caught up in the mindset that you cant do the movements that you see on TV. Every single exercise and be modified to meet you at the level that youre at now.Beyond the amazing health benefits, the cherry on top are the friends that Ive made. The community is amazing and its unlike anything Ive experienced at the other corporate type gyms. Do yourself a favor and check out CFG. Give it a few months and youll be hooked, I guarantee.

Ive been a member of Crossfit Glendora since it opened its doors. The owners are excellent, the gym is very well equipped, the coaches are awesome and my fellow Crossfit Glendora members are the best people!
