The person below has nothing to do with this franchise shop, she is a corporate shill who can do nothing when a customer gets screwed.. Not like a real barber shop at all. An incapable butcher, not barber, ZACK, managed to gouge my hair to the scalp using electric clippers. Then lied about it and tried to hide it by keeping hair wet. ALWAYS insist that they dry your hair before leaving. This ZACK kid, he simply cant cut hair. He doesnt even know what square it off in back means! Rotten, terrible.

I checked in online and was immediately seen. Gaby listened to me and trimmed my ends just as I wanted. And at the end I received a coupon on my receipt to come back for another haircut. See you soon.

If youre looking for a good hair cut and you dont want to break the bank to look great, this is your place. The staff are really good at listening to what you want at the end of your experience.Not happy? They will fix it! My son got a haircut here and decided a few days later, it wasnt what he wanted. We came in and they said, Hi! Back so soon? Guess we need a fix, huh? No problem! Hop in the chair! My son was so relieved and loved his new do. The whole family comes here for every hair cut.

Devon did an awesome job and was super friendly. When I got a cut last time (at a competitor salon) the stylist did a poor job - I asked Devon to fix it and she went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied before I paid. I will be going to this salon from now on because of her. Thanks!

This is always my go to place for a fast good haircut.The staff are always super friendly and professional.Im guessing my haircut is easy to do, but they always do a great job.I like the fact that you can check in with the app and then know how long the wait it.Most of them do a great head massage then they wash your hair... that a big bonus.I used to go to another place where you could pay $5 extra to have a great head massage... I wish this place offered that.Either way... its a great place, with great staff.I would certainly recommend this salon

Always like coming here to get a refreshed look. I found this place a year ago and it has become my go-to hair salon. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

One of the best haircuts Ive ever had. Ive always gone to salons for haircuts, but didnt have a salon haircut in my budget. Tried the $17 haircut and they did just as good as a salon! They were very helpful in helping me figure out what kind of haircut I wanted.The end product is exactly the same as a salon haircut, with a third of the price. However, dont expect a hair wash or complete blow dry. Both are luxuries I am willing to compromise for the low price.

Affordable and give a decent haircut.

The people here are always friendly, and good at cutting hair. I like that they keep my haircut on file so that I dont have to tell them each time.

Okay prices but all my haircuts were great

My Grandson always gets the same haircut. O to Medium Fade and the Clip notes is helpful and the staff now what he wants because he goes there frequently. The coupons are also a bonus because when he gets the free hair wash, they get the little peices of hair off and make his hair smell nice. 10/10.

Fast and friendly but my sons haircut was horrible. 3 times bad i had to take him to a barber.

This is the only place i go to for haircuts! Ive recommended several of my friends and now they all come here too. excellent service and stylists. i especially love Dezi! i always feel like i get a $100 haircut for way less here.

Really like this place. Hardly ever a wait time.

Avoid Zoe. She is clearly unhappy in life. Cut my hair in 3 minutes, jerked my head around and nipped my ear corner. I don’t know why she was in a rush and rude but I will be avoiding her.

I came in today to get an asymetrical hair cut. I showed Diana pictures of what I wanted thinking that will help. She said she was done and when I looked it looked the same as the other side that was suppose to be shorter I told her to cut the hair all same length with layers. She got upset and started pulling on my hair and even ripped out my earring backing (I know this happens sometimes) but she did not offer an apology or showed any attempt to look for it. Ok fine. On top of that once I went to pay she practically tossed the receipt on the counter. I wouldve been ok if she said Im sorry the hair cut didnt come out as planned but pulling on the hair and rudeness I was so unsatisfied. This was my one stop for a hair cut but never again. Last time I also came I didnt get the haircut I wanted either. I wish I knew the other girls names that worked there they were great !
