2 of my nails came out uneven and too thick. I asked to get them fixed. I have really long nails and they are my real nails. I asked the manager to let her know to be gentle with my nails bc she made a tear on my real nail. I received attitude from the manager and the lady fixing my nail. They seemed disturbed. This made it uncomfortable for me to express what I needed in order for me to be pleased with my service. If you really care for your nails and want them to look amazing with great customer service. I would NOT come here!!!!!

They are great with little girls. First experience here. My moms nails were okay although no one knew how to do a design of a flower for her. I went for my nails for my wedding...not at all what I was expecting. They also charged 80 dollars just for this set of nails just so you are aware price range.On another note they did perfect with my kids but I got comments like my nails looked like Easter eggs :(. I asked for a teal tip and a white heart oval shape. Nails also werent all the way down to my cuticle. Im not one to negative reveiw but I had to put my experience out there. 😔

I went in for a pedicure, plain pedicure basic today, 05/17. The service was great. I will not complain about that. I tip the girl that did my pedicure $5.00 before going up to the front desk. The girl at the from desk said the cost was $33.00 dollars for my pedicure and only accepted cash in the afternoons. I asked why so expensive for a basic pedicure, it was $27.00 dollars two weeks ago? She claimed the price had increased but I was never shown the price prior to the service

Jo jos nail salons decor in my eyes is fancy 😍. I love they have those comfy chairs for my daughter who is 4. They are very accommodating and friendly.However I would suggest when going, ask if the person working on your nails is experienced in the specific job you need done. I have been there almost 4hrs so they can fix the issue.But I still recommend this place 👌

If I could give this place 1 star, I would. I was in PAIN!! I told Mary as soon as we sat down for my manicure, that my nails were from a different salon and they were acrylic with extension tips. I wanted them to be soaked off and have new ones put on. She shaved them down HARD and it BURNED. I kept telling her that they were burning and she kept going. Then to take off the nails, she ripped them off!!! She didn’t soak them off, she ripped them off!! I told her that it was hurting and she continued to struggle getting off just one nail. She also took part of my real nail off with it and it started to bleed. I immediately took my hands away from her, and told her I was done. I walked out of there before she could do anything else. I cried all the way home because of the amount of pain I was in. I wasn’t letting her do more to my nails because I have Prom the next day. Overall bad experience. Won’t be going back and I do not recommend this place.

Dont let the fancy appearance fool you thats all it is. My daughter got a fullset of nails and they are painted unevenly and you can still see the clear on the sides. I got a pedicure asked the guy to cut them short he only cut 4 and filed the rest and kepted filing the top of my skin instead. They dont even have vibrating chairs. What really disappointed me was when every white customer got asked if they would like something to drink and they didnt bother to even look our way to ask us.I paid with card and got asked if I had cash as if my card was going to decline. I am never going back or recommending Jojo nails. Its only been 5 days and 2 nails already popped off

They are certainly not the cheapest, but you definitely get what you’re willing to PAY FOR. And according to my experience, it’s well worth the money. The treatment I received from my nail technician was friendly and personable, while the wait time was kept to the bare minimum and the quality of my acrylic nails was undeniable. Quality over quantity. Price point isn’t a problem for me when the quality matches. They certainly didn’t miss the mark. Highly recommend.

Visiting Connecticut for the week, I was in need of a manicure! JoJo Nails next to AAA and Stop & Shop was near my hotel. I was very comfortable in the salon it wasnt too warm or cold on this cold day in December. The seats are new and the area clean. The ambiance is lovely with a classy wall paper and open feel. The music was upbeat and calming. Rachel my manicurist removed old acrylic then replaced it with a nice gel color ($40.00+10 tip). With her incredibly young soft hands she flawlessly yet gently worked with an old nail injury. Thank you Rachel for your attention to detail and gentle touch. I felt like an angel was holding my hands. I was offered a neck and shoulder massage at the end of my session. Check it out. You will enjoy your visit.

Don’t recommend this place ,nail tech did bad nail work on my daughters nails 💅 they cut her a couple times then when we went to complain the guy up front made it seem like she didn’t have money to pay , so she paid and they told her she can take them off or come fix them in 5 day period,but now she doesn’t even want to go back to fix them because she has cuts on her fingers that the tech made .

I love this place, a little pricey but I havent been disappointed yet. Its very elegant and clean and the work is good. I asked to have my cuticles cut and she pulled the tools from a package said they are sanitized at night and put in the package. I like the extra effort to keep everyone safe from germs very important!!! I got my eyebrows waxed and I have sensitive skin and usually break out after a wax but no irritation so far.I am 100% satisfied with this place and would recommend it to anyone who gets their nails done!!!

I wish I found this nail salon sooner. They are the best Ive been to. The only downside is that theyre a 35 minute drive, but I think its worth it. I received personalized service and excellent mail treatment. The nail technicians truly care.

I recommend giving them an open minded chance even as a Male because the pedicures are super relaxing and can literally turn your day around from miserable to pleasurable. I was opposed to it at first, but am in love with the idea now. Ill be back again in the near future for another pedicure.

Satisfying experience at JoJo Nails. They have a nicer decor than more than half of the other nail salons that I’ve been to and way more attentive service from nail technicians. The service was quality and the performance of my nail technician was up to par. My acrylic nail pattern turned out very nicely.

Why do I keep coming back faithfully?Simply because my nail technician takes great care of my nail beds and doesnt make me uncomfortable. But some of the negative reviews I read about Jojos nails didnt serve as significant of a purpose as I initially thought. My expectations were low coming in but left high! I’ve been going there for over a year, some nail technicians are good especially Daisy.I had my nails done, acrylic with gel on top by another person.My nails lifted in one week, went back and they made me pay for another set because one of their receptionists had gone home.Gave them a second chance by the same person, hey lifted again in a week, along having my eyebrows waxed just to have them cleaned up, to find she took most of my eyebrows off.I was so upset, I called there to get my money back, they would only redo my nails again, NO THANK YOU...After two times, I’m done.Love the owner, but several go their nail techs rush through and always try to up s scale their services.If they would have given me my money back, I would have tried the third time, NO MORE

I have been to this place a few times before and liked it. However the last time I went in I wanted my acrylics removed, usually they will soak them and remove them without any pain. This time however the lady did not soak them she was pulling them off with a flat/sharp object which resulted in A LOT of pain as well as ripping off two of my natural nails leaving them exposed and bleeding. She did not apologize for it and proceeded to make me feel like it was my fault by telling me I shouldn’t get acrylic anymore.Luckily it did not get infected 😒she then told me I needed to put a powder nail over it which I agreed to since I had no nails and touching anything would be painful I figured it would be some kind of protection so I then ended up paying a lot more than I expected to .I’ve never had that happen here before until then so I don’t know if I will come back.

Wanted to try this place out because it looked really nice from the outside and I’ve been looking for a good nail technician. To my disappointment it was not a good experience, to start off I asked about the prices at the front desk and I was fine with it but when I was going to pay they gave me a different price. Another thing that I notice is that out of all the customers that were there I was the only one that was not offered any drinks or anything plus the nail technician that I got was really rude, I don’t understand why they would do this if I’m a paying customer like everyone else. I didn’t want to think it’s because of my ethnicity but it was how it looked like. I won’t be going back to this place ever again!

JoJo Nails is a glamorous nail salon. Loved every minute of my appointment. I hit it off with my nail technician and generally felt very comfortable with the atmosphere and my surroundings. I’ve been to nail salons I wasn’t crazy about, but this wasn’t one of them. It was very nice in multiple areas. I’ll most likely be back next month for another mani/pedi appointment.

Went here with my great-grandmother. They are pretty expensive. They provided extra services for my great-grandmother without telling her and charged her for it. She requested gel for her nails and received regular paint but was charged for gel. Absolutely disappointing. The place looks great but they are terrible. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

It’s clean and beautiful however the nail tech retention rate is terrible I’ve been going here for 6months and I never get the same one! Today was the final straw I went in at 4:15 once the receptionist finally acknowledged me she said we’re busy right now can you come back I asked when she said 5:45. That may be ok for some but I’m just over the inconsistency and disorganization. The three stars are strictly for the ambiance and variety of dip, gel and polish selections offered.

The staff is very friendly and sweet, very professional place and organized. they have amazing work flow as I walked in I was greeted and offered and a drink and then within five mins I was seated into my station for my pedicure. they cherry on top was the 30% discount for their grand opening. I will be coming back with my sister for her birthday to celebrate in this Vegas style spot.

A beautiful nail spa, with fast and friendly service. Staff made me really comfortable while I was seated and continually made sure that I was ok. I went with my friend and her service was nothing less than perfect, happy to have this place close to my house and will be returning for sure.

My manicurist left so after many years I had to try a new place. Lily was great and gave me a good, standard mani pedi and thankfully did not hassle me about getting a gel manicure. Will be back!

It’s a very beautiful place however they gave me different prices when asked. I asked for matte as soon as I picked out my color and they screwed that up and gave me glossy, when asked if they could fix they charge me 5 dollars more, and a lot of my nails are missing color or chipped.. I paid 85 dollars when my husband does a better job! Should of just paid him. Oh and to top it off I just had them done today!!!! Literally 20 mins ago!!! I would not recommend this place to family or friends! NOT WORTH $85

This is for my wife that doesnt have a yelp account.Upon arrival, the ambience is very inviting. The front desk was great at first, but in the end it was a disastrous experience. I expressed the work I needed to be done and was quoted 40 dollars for everything. I thought thought the price was ok for the ambience, and the previous reviews noted that they had a terrific experience. Do not be deceived by their star rating, this place is an absolute joke, their such liars and they way they do business is suspect. I was told I was going to be given the best nail person in the building, at least that is what the owner expressed to me anyways. I explained the work I needed to done and right off the back he seemed like he had a problem with my nails and the work that I wanted done, and he said they dont do that their. After telling him over and over again that I didnt want my real nails to be cut, just the acrylics taken off, he just started cutting my fingernails off. All different shapes and sizes, and he was so rude about it that the nails were being clipped off so aggressively that they were being flung into the spaces of the people next to me. Which proceeded with rude comments from other customers because this man was so aggressively cutting my nails like an animal that they were literally being flung at people. I told him to not cut them so short because he was actually cutting into my skin. He didnt listen, not only that but he cut them all different lengths and shapes. Awful just awful. Then when it came time to paint my nails, he ended up putting acrylics on my nails, after I said I wanted just my nails. I was so annoyed, and could not believe that he seemed so in a rush and that he would do such a poor job. I explained that he was hurting me and all he said was what do you want me to do, I am doing the best that I can. Really?! coming from the owner that this guy was the most respected guy in the joint because he is their best employee. Jesus I wonder how the rest of them do work then. Then it came time to my toes, and the lady was barely touching my feet. She didnt even want to clean them up, she pretty much just clipped them and painted them, not a massage or treatment or anything for my cuticles. Same thing happened with the guy and my hand nails. Not only that but the lady messed up my paint on my toes and she realized it. She said if I wanted the toe repainted it would be an extra 3 dollars. I was furious, for a mistake she did for a few strokes of paint, she wanted me to pay her 3 dollars for that mistake? Good heavens, this wasnt even the worst part, when I proceeded to check out, they not only charged me 60 dollars but the lady lied and told me that she only told me 60 instead of 40 even after verifying with her while the gentleman was cutting my nails that the total amount was 40 (This including a full cleaning of my nails both toes and hand nails, which ended up being charged an extra 15 dollars in the end when he never cleaned around the nail). Lastly beware of the glue they put on the nails, its literally been burning since I left and all my nails look like they were hot glued on. Absolutely awful, avoid the gentleman in this place because he will literally cut into your skin because he doesnt care about you. I dont how this place is still open.

They tell you one price and at the end charge you $10 more then what was quoted. also the guy was so rough he made me bleed twice on 2 of my fingers. He was also rude and didn’t even say anything to me the whole time. Getting a full set for $55 is not worth it so go across the street to the other nail shop which I should have done.

Astonishing place, staff was very welcoming and they really took the design and the environment into a different level. We have been in their Redlands location before but this one is way bigger.

This trip was awful. The girl who they had do my fills took over an hour and a half and they look bad. Only after she was do e did they tell me it was her first time. I was still charged full price.. wont be back.

Had an appointment, they took 3 walkins ,and made us wait 20 minutes past out appointment time. Then sat in a chair for an additional 20 minutes before anyone came to do out pedicures. The service was poor and they did a sub standard job.

I came in to get acrylics and everything seemed fine at first I showed them the photos of the ones I wanted and they told me they were able to do them but after the lady finished adding the powder and filing them down she passed me on to another lady that would be doing the designs and I get that it was already time for them to leave and I was their last customer but that lady rushed everything and made me hate my nail set, they even pressured me into hurrying up and choosing a color and when I did they told me it wasn’t a good one and that I should have chosen a darker color and when I did I had instant regrets cause it looked a mess also when I asked for square shaped they gave me coffin and only left my pinkies square, and the set was $90 it’s only been 2 days and the gel already chipped on 2 of my nails which reminds me that when I was there another customer came in for the exact same reason that their gel nails had chipped after 2 days I suggest if you really care about your nails or want designs to go some where else, I only came here because it was close to my house and it was my first time I’m never coming back again I normally go to Diamond Nail spa in West Covina to get my nails done perfectly 💅if you guys go there ask for Vinh I promise you won’t regret it
