I absolutely loved this place. The front staff was great wonderful customer service. The Dr. Was extremely informative and helpful. Ill come back here always.

Where do I start. This place only cares about getting you in as a patient and getting their money. Once the job is done they dont care about you to bother following up. Also, the staff lacks communication and the head manager or owner of this facility is the biggest problem. They lack compassion as a medical facility.

Don’t waste ur money here

I absolutely love this place !! Excellent service! I would definitely give them a five star , all of the staff were amazing, friendly and good looking. ;) I love the professionalism of everyone that works there, and its really comforting to know that whoever is working on you knows what theyre doing and medical professionals. . I love the ambience of the facility very neat and beautiful. Totally a wonderful experience and would definitely go back and recommend this place .

Very unprofessional. They don’t care about their patients. They only think about business. Dr. Bababkh without checking my mom’s medical record was taking her to the surgery room. Last minute he decided to check everything and sent my mom back.No customer service, unprofessional. Very very bad experience.I have never left a bad review. This one I can’t ignore .

The clerical staff are all very nice and professional. The office itself is very clean and spacious, with an interesting breast implant display.The clinical staff were all great, from the anesthesiologist to the rn to the surgeon. Highly recommended,

Omg I love this place starting with the staff the girls are so nice and polite not to mention my Dr Layass he did my bariatric surgery of the sleeve. Am down 23lbs in 2 months am super excited and happy I would definitely recommend this place.

I would like to tell you how pleased I am with the professionalism of Dr. Kahng and Brand Surgicals staff and the results of the breast augmentation I had on 11/21/12. All of Dr. Kahngs staff was very pleasant and easy to work with before, during, and after surgery. u2028u2028I am amazed at how quickly I recovered and the minimal amount of pain I endured. The Friday following surgery I was able to walk four miles while my fiance ran and the next day, Sat., my fiance and I walked up Stone Mountain. I have been able to run as usual (2-4 miles a day or when I desire) since my surgery.u2028u2028Much thanks to Dr. Kahng for the a job well done. I was slim and I would say had a good built when I came to America not so long ago. A few years of enjoying the fatty and greasy American cuisine that, I guess, we all so love, some few extra pounds started to accumulate that I later on realized was there to stay :( I started buying gym memberships but I only ended up not using them. Several more years of trying to lose the pounds just did not work. And then I heard about lap band from a friend of a friend who had it done at Brand Surgical Institute. It took me a while before I decided to pick up the phone and asked about the procedure. Before I knew it, I was already in consultation and how wonderful it was to have met two of their surgeons, Drs. Khang and Lyass. Each of them explained the procedure, the risks, and the benefits to me and how it best suits my objective of losing weight. I didnt know, until then, that lap bands are reversible and I can always choose to have it undone should I decide I dont want it anymore.Bottomline, I eventually had it done and walahhh! I hate to brag but my friends always say, if you have it, flaunt it. I woke up one day finding myself back into the scene ... tight shirts, fitted pants ... no more belly :)If it was not for the nice reception of the staff over at Brand Surgical, the encouraging approach of their well experienced surgeons, and the calming atmosphere at their surgery center, I would have remained stuck with doubts in my mind wondering if I could ever get back into shape again. Thanks Brand Surgical, you did what you had to do and, oh my gosh, I must say you did an excellent job and the result is just worth all the doubts and anxieties. Watch it, I am going to tell my friends about you :)
