This is my second surgery done by DR. Cepkinian, about 10 years ago, my right hip total replacement and 6 months ago, my right shoulder. Both surgeries were performed with the best quality and qualified experience doctors. I had a lot pain before my surgeries that I had to take pain killers every 4 hours, as soon both surgeries were done and quickly recovered the pain was gone.Excellent services that I highly recommend to all individuals that suffer the arthritis pain. Dr Cepkinian did my right hip replacement in December 2016. He did an excellent job and I have not had any problems since that time period. The staff is very efficient and follow-ups have been informative. I would recommend this doctor for that kind of issue.

Dr. Morgan was awesome. He really explained what was going on thoroughly with my shoulder in a way that I could totally understand. He wanted to try different options instead of just going right toward surgery which I liked. He laid out a plan with different options, gave his opinion, but let me decide what route I felt comfortable with. He was kind and humble. Really liked him a lot.

They are absolutely amazing they listen and truly care about you.Dr Cepkinian did my knee replacement a few years ago and will be doing the other knee when Im ready. I just recently broke my shoulder and saw Dr.Morgan and hes awesome he put my mind at peace and genuinely cares.The girls in the office especially Hermine are wonderful! She took care of my concerns with my medical insurance and went above and beyond! Vahan Cepkinian performed my ACL surgery, a month later I am Pain Free and Walking without crutches or brass. Very happy with my surgery. He is the best in what he does, and I highly recommend him.

Totally opposite from my experience with CS and their prominent surgeons. Almost no wait time outside. Smooth rooming. Sweet and efficient staff. The doc himself is sharp and to the point ... but personable. He was accompanied by a female student. He did a quick exam and ordered the necessary diagnostic studies. By the time I got dressed and exited the exam room, the front desk already had my paperwork ready. Yes, I am impressed and will be going with Dr. Cepkinian. If I need the surgery, hes the guy.

Been calling the whole day to get a first time appointment, saw the good reviews online and was so exited to go in but being put on hold for more than 10 min 2 times is not a good fist impression! Really disappointed. Will have to serch for another doctor with better staff!

This place was awful. I dislocated and fractured my foot and needed surgery quickly. I called multiple times to get an appointment scheduled, but they kept saying theyre busy and hadnt even had time to call my insurance. Its been a week and a half and apparently they still are too busy! Havent gotten a call back, after they guaranteed one to be made a week ago.Go somewhere else as these people are incompetent and dont seem to understand that these injuries require swift action. I went to OSS in glendale, after waiting some days, and was admitted the next day with Dr Baskin.

Recently, Dr. Cepkinian performed a knee replacement on my right leg and I could not be happier. Before doing this, I consulted with Dr. Cepkinian on my choices as both knees had no cartilage left, bone on bone, plus meniscus tears, plus bad arthritis. He answered my questions and the choices to try. Decided to try the gel (hyaluronic acid) injections and cortisone shots into my knees first. It did help, but unfortunately it was very temporary for me (3-4 weeks) and the pain seem to get worse over time. After more consultation with Cr. Cepkinian, decided to do the knee replacement and although I was looking at getting both done at the same time, Dr. Cepkinian highly recommended doing one knee at a time. Glad I followed his advice as it would have been very difficult to rehab both at the same time. Right after the surgery and although the knee was swollen and stiff, the pain I was experiencing before was no longer there. Although it has only been about 8-weeks, I am very happy with the results so far. Besides Dr. Cepkinian excellent work, what is just as important is the rehabilitation. Not only with the Physical Therapy, but the work you put in yourself. I will be honest and say, it is not like your own health knee that you I had before, you know there is a knee replacement in there, but I am walking great with the new knee and back in the gym, plus it is so much better than the pain I was living with before. Could not recommend it more if you need it. I‘m looking forward to Dr. Cepkinian replacing my other knee now and getting rid of the pain in there too.There are times that the office gets busy and you have to wait longer than expected, but I guess it is a good sign that he is in demand.

I have been going to this office for many yearsand have had mostly good experiences.I really think Dr Cepkinian is a good doctor and get along very with him. Over the yearsI have gone to him for cortisone shots and gel shots in my knee. He is so good at doing theInjections with no pain. Several years ago theystarted using PA’s ( physicians assistants)I had one bad experience with a PA and havealways requested the doctor after that. Severalvisits later they gave me PA and he tuned outvery good. It took me 2 months to get yesterday’s appointed. I ask, will it be with theDoctor? They said yes. When I arrived they gave me a PA. As it turned out she was verygood. However, 2 months was a long time to be in pain and I did not even see the doctor.Kind of disappointed.

I have had a few otho doctors. I was pretty impressed with this doctor. He treated me like a real person, while training another doctor. He understood what I was dealing with. Even if my condition was pretty mild. He understood the pain involved and my desire to get back to normal living soon as possible. I was in and out in a matter of an hour even with having knee asperated. Answered questions fully and completely to my satisfaction. Would be happy to see this doctor again if I have need to. Even got parking validation, without asking. Great front desk people. Not sure what else you can ask for. He wasnt looking to drag on extra visits or an number of other doctor bs. Simple to the point and get things done. Thank you doc!

Its been 7 months since Dr Cepkinian replaced my knee and I want to thank you and the entire staff for the great job ! The rehab was brutal, as I was told, but the work was worth every minute of the effort.Many thanks to you all for what you did to help we walk again without the pain I was experiencing !!

Literally lost my job because of this doctors office. I tore my rotator cuff and have been unable to work my labor-intensive job. I received treatment by Dr. Cepkinian for my injury, and it has been the most stressful experience of my life. My work was kind enough to let me take a leave of absence to fully recover, just needed medical records faxed back to approve my absence. My job faxed the doctor’s office the paperwork over five times, and the receptionists always came up with an excuse as to why they “never received” the paperwork. Every time I called the office the receptionists (especially the office manager Lia) were rude and did not care to help me.I had to physically go into the office multiple times to get them to “find” the faxes. My job gave me an extension to get the paperwork back, since the office did not submit it by the initial deadline. End of story Lia never completed my paperwork, and I got fired because of it.

Dr. Vahan Cepkinian did my right shoulder rotator cuff surgery back in Mar. 2014 from a roller skating accident at Moonlight Rollerway in Glendale, CA. He did a fantastic job! Now I need surgery on my left shoulder from the same roller skating accident, so happy that he is available to do this surgery as well most likely in Jan. 2020! Back in 2014 he did tell me that I would eventually need surgery on my left shoulder down the road and he sure was right!

I have a great history with this office. However, over the past few months its been very hard to get anything done. Im aware that theres been a change up in the office, but its really affecting the staff to doctor communication. I had to wait 1.5 months to get an appt. I had called in advance to see if I could get an MRI (reoccurring condition), before the appt, they said no, but after the appt, I do need an MRI, and my follow-up is in another 1.5 months. Un-freakin-believable, I shouldnt be expect to suffer with nerve pain for 3 months for no reason. I asked them for my file, and Im going somewhere else!
