I was so scared to go for Therapy but they made me feel comfortable and literally one session changed my life. Big thank you to Arthur and everyone who is apart of AC & CS. The best!!

I had chance to visit there couple of times.I had chance to meet Artur Sarkisianan I can say for sure that he is the best. He is very professional and knows how to approach to each patient and help them with his wisdom and patience. The office is very clean and bright, the girls working there are very nice and friendly while I have chance I want to thank to Lana and Tina for always greeting me with their worm smile and and helping me in any way they can.

About a month ago I called to see if this place took my insurance so I could schedule an appointment with a therapist. It took over a week and numerous calls for them to finally confirm that they took my insurance, and at that point the next available appointment was a month away, which I decided to book considering how much effort I had already put in with this place. A month later and I come in for my appointment to discover I had somehow been magically wiped from their system, was not on the schedule, and all the information regarding my insurance was nowhere to be found. They were able to have me for an appointment that day anyway, and I have nothing bad to say about the therapist I saw, but once again, I had to go through a whole other week of them not being able to find my insurance, only to discover that this time, they said that they did not take my insurance. I wasted an entire month with this place thanks to the incompetency of the office staff when I couldve spent that time finding another therapist who did take my insurance. I came here to try to cope with stress, but all it did was add a lot more to my life. I wouldnt recommend this place, I cant speak to the quality of the therapists themselves, as I only went to one session, but the office staff just isnt worth it. Ive never had this problem with the staff of any other healthcare provider, and Ive seen many this year. Im not even the type of person to leave these types of reviews, but I feel completely ripped off by this place, so if this prevents anyone from going through what I just did, at least thats something.

Mental strength is as rare as it is important. The good news is that any of us can get stronger with a little extra focus and effort, which AC & CS can help jump start.
