I really think everyone here thinks there the best digestive health office in the world and Im sure thats the Drs opinion also.Ive been here for several years now but only because it a convenient. They all share thisstuck up behavior and act like you should feel privileged to be there.I guess it goes around the office like covid spreads.I have many good gastrointestinal drs and there nothing great going on here they wouldnt even accommodate my wife with a female dr and they just give you paperwork so they have more time to talk.I tried to get the email address and the girl sighed out loud very loud and said I guess. There just sick of each other.

The Nurses that took care of me before, during and after my colonoscopy genuinely acted like they cared about my well-being. I had the Miralax/Gatorade/Dulcolax prep to prepare. I met the Dr who performed the procedure briefly. I did not experience any problems during the procedure or afterwards. I did throw up some of the prep during the night before. I could not have anyone with me in the waiting room, nor when I woke up afterwards. My ride had to meet me outside. These precautions were in place because of Covid.

The scheduling dept are awful at their jobs. I waited a month to see the doctor and theycall me a day before my appt to say The doctor has a prior appointment at the time of your appt we need to reschedule you. I let them know that I have been waiting a month to see him and that I shouldnt have to reschedule because of their mistake. Now I have to see an other doctor because they are awful at their job

Im getting really sick of my mom coming back from doctor visits in tears. They see shes overweight and thats all they see. They dont listen to problems, they dont take the time to talk to her about other issues. Just lose weight and all your problems will magically disappear, is basically what every visit gets her. She constantly feels attacked for her weight, put down, even insulted because of it. There is no bedside manner whatsoever. Every visit leaves her in tears. If she has questions like she had today they are dismissed, shes interrupted when asking them, or completely ignored. She saw a magazine ad for medicine that describes each and every symptom she endures every day perfectly. The ad said it could be due to an enzyme her body lacks, so she brought the ad in to ask about the enzyme and get a more professional opinion. As soon as she brought the magazine out of her purse, Dr. Yanish took it and threw it aside without even listening to what my mother was going to ask. He went on a rant about how people shouldnt be able to advertise drugs in magazines and dismissed any of my moms other questions about it. She wasnt asking about the drug, just that they described her problems and mentioned the enzyme; she just wanted a professional opinion and was completely humiliated for even daring to bring it up! What has happened to bedside manner? All that is being asked for is an explanation why something would or wouldnt work. Instead, she constantly gets this attitude of Because I said so and nothing after that. That explanation wouldnt work on a three year old let alone a full grown adult! Try harder! If you cant explain it, then you are in the wrong line of work! There is no excuse for treating someone this way just because they are overweight. There is no help outside of just telling her to lose weight. Thanks, we can get that advice from rude people on the street, can I get a little more information on how to go about that? My mom eats less than most people to begin with! Want to know what her normal breakfast is? Toast and coffee, and shes so bloated after just that that she eats even less the rest of the day. She never snacks. Does her doctor listen when she tells him this? No. They say nothing about it, just lose weight. Nothing about what could be causing the digestive issues, the constipation, or anything else. Just lose weight. Weight, weight, weight. Its like an action figure with one phrase programmed into it. Why bother with doctors when theyve made up their minds about you without one real conversation with their patients? This is the reason why people dont see doctors like they should (besides the cost that is not worth it if this is the end result). Dr. Yanish doesnt care, so dont bother trying. Find somewhere else.

Dont go here...have to wait over a month for appointments. My doctor doesnt listen to me or take me seriously. Never have your information on file makes you fill out paperwork every visit. I requested a new doctor because I didnt like the one I have and they have a policy where you cant change doctors. I moved and requested a Dr at the office closer to me and they denied my transfer. I cant believe they are allowed to do this to people. I found a new place closer that has appointment scheduled in just a week...run away from this place.

Dr Mohaski is awesome. He got me in same day, ordered CT scan and provided antibiotics. Without his quick and willing response, I would have ended up in ER.

Talked to them 3 times about my new insurance before making an appointment. They say the doctor does take it, but the procedure needed to be done at the hospital as outpatient so i made the appointment 3 weeks out, i got there on time...they Didnt take my insurance so I left ...they dont know what they are doing
