I walked in, no appointment. There was no line & the gentleman behind the counter was very thorough at walking me thru the initial process. I thought the cost was going to be less than it was but very pleased they accept EBT!!! Highly recommend!!

UPDATE : I changed it to 3 stars instead of 1 only because they refunded my money.I booked a consultation for my uncle who has severe Epilepsy. I even called to confirm a time and I never received a call on the scheduled day. Now they are saying the doctor wasnt Available at that time (even though I confirmed with them) and that they can call for the consultation today when Im not available to translate for my grandmother (my uncles caretaker). So far extremely unprofessional and wishy washy about the appointment times. They should have communicated that the appointments werent at a set time in the first place and I would have understood, but that was not the case. Then later they claimed the doctor spoke Spanish so that she could call my grandma even though I wasnt there, but when I spoke to her her she said the doctor only spoke English. Its a shame because this is actually powerful medicine, but they need to make this a more efficient process for people who actually need it to manage medical conditions. They also tried to make me take down my review for them to refund me. They cannot hold my money hostage like that and I need to make people aware of the issues with this place.

The process was fast enough. Went in on a Friday and had my card by Monday. The only issue was a) office is not upfront about no doctor on premises, its a virtual visit - was not told til I paid b) office is a little warm and employee was not masked. Otherwise was okay.

People are very nice and informative. The process was simple, fast, and the person at the front desk walks you through everything. Very easy from filling out the Application on a tablet, signing some papers, picture and then the staff helps you set up your ADHS Portal... Also affordable. This place did me dirty. Paid for an online certification. No one contacted me for 2 weeks. I went somewhere else and got certified and had my card in days. I had my new card before this place ever called me back. I disputed the charge with my credit card since they never provided services. But they disputed my dispute. GIVE ME BACK MY $265, YOU SCAM ARTISTS.

They were the most open about pricing, availability, the process. It made the whole experience easy and quick. And out of 7 evaluators I called they were the only place open and able to do walk in evaluations on a Wednesday.
