If I can give no star I will but unfortunately there is only this option. To start this experiment is with the Glendale’s location my first consult was with the Scottsdale location which is very professional and has high customer care but I delayed my laser procedure and decided to get new prescription for my glasses I was scheduled with the Glendale location as they had closer date to schedule. The Biggest Mistake I made.Even from first off the staff was rude ruff and seemed angry ALL the time I brushed it off as it was due it was close To closing time (how naive of me)Anyway so after I finally got my prescription glasses about two and half weeks later the lenses where switch and there was some thing off I even told them on the spot but they as uninterested as they were they replied by it’s being my new prescription and that I need to wear after I wake and give it a couple of days( yah right! First of all I wear glasses since how long and never NEVER had this problem before I mean I know it takes while for the eyes to get use to the new prescription but it never of an issue of you seeing nothing far or close or things seem THINNER!!!)By sheer confidence I flipped my glasses and I noticed that for some reason I can see better?!I called them telling them “hey I think you switch lenses!!”They again rude and sooo unfriendly scheduled me for Monday mornin at 9:00 I was there @8:55 except the front person saying a crept “Good morning”The tech guy took my glasses and played with it for 15 minAnd now I can see with them but when I kept asking they saying he only cleaned themNow I am waiting for the doctor after the assistant took my readings againWill update....
The exam was average. Its so difficult to get anything accomplished with the current optical department. Very frustrating experience for over a year now.
Great service and no wait.
