I hadnt seen Dr Singer lately until my follow-up current visit. Since I was going to my specialist for my treatments on my diabetes eye condition. But I enjoyed doctor Singers care from the beginning of my visit until the end. He has always been very compassionate and exact with his examinations. In my age group its hard to find that kind of personal service. He is definitely one who will follow the Golden rule towards his patiences (Do unto others as you want done unto you.) And his staff is always been courteous and kind. Thank you Dr Edward Singer and your Staff have a Very Blessed and Merry Christmas🙏

He was very nice, he has a funny sense of humor too. My exam was fast, efficient, no honest. The staff there is really nice and helpful too. You won’t be disappointed!

Dr singer is great he’s experienced. I told him about my eye allergies he made a recommendation for eye drops. I can use and the staff is great. David helped teach me how to put in contacts I’ve never worn them before and he took the time to really show me different methods of putting them in. I’ve gone to this location for years and always get treated great so I will continue to go there I highly recommend this location Dr. Singer and his staff do a great job you won’t be disappointed

Dr. Singer is excellent! He has amazing bedside manner and is always so pleasant. His staff is always so friendly too.

The people in the optical center were very out going and made the appointment more interesting than it should have been. Every question we had, they answered it. They were very polite and respectful towards us. Dr. Singer is for sure a peoples person guy that treats his patients well and with charisma.

Dr Singer is the best hands down! Hes the most friendliest, kindest Doctor and always makes sure to take care of his patients, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Being a new patient I totally cannot express my appreciation for the services that works tended to me turn this time of quarantine. The end result after seeing a specialist was it very needed immediate action to be taken. Very quick and efficient visit. Went in, got what I needed and was out in a very timely manner.

The Dr. and the staff are extremely welcoming and nice. They showed me my options and didn’t push me to purchase anything. Mike gave me one-on-one help with learning how to put my contacts in. He took his glasses off and put his contacts in so I could see how it was done. Also mike and one of the lovely ladies in the office and the Dr. helped me pick out my glasses as well.Unfortunately my insurance doesn’t cover my contacts or glasses so I had to pay out of pocket but it was so affordable I ended up purchasing contacts and glasses because of the great prices!Love this place, I won’t go anywhere else!

The exam was quick and efficient. Dr. Singer was able to get my vision corrected easier than any other optometrist I’ve been to before.

Wasnt sure what to expect as Ive never been to an optometrist in a department store. Dr. Singer and his staff were great and the facility were too notch. Really nice working with Dr. Singer and getting my eyes checked out and set up with new glasses. They have a great selection of all the name brands from Oakley to Ray-Ban

I was apprehensive about going in but Dr. Singer was awesome! He actually listened to me and asked further questions. He made me feel like my concerns were valid. The whole appointment was comfortable, caring, and just genuinely warm. I highly recommend Dr. Singer and will return!

Overall great experience! Dr. Was very thorough on exam and was able to answer questions and concerns with great feedback! Very patient with kids and 1st time adult visit. Never had a Dr. Who took his time to address personal concerns. Very happy with service.

I would Recommend Dr.Singer & staff to everyone. Dr. Singer and his staff are so knowledgeable at what they do. The front desk staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful. I was running behind for my appointment and they made a way to get me seen still. Even when it got busy they still made it a point to greet their customers with a smile.

Great customer service, Susan had great customer service and the doctor was fast and good at what he did. They didn’t haste me to give me my prescription. The receptionist was fast and efficient as well

Dr. Singer was great! We were his last appointment for the day and he did not rush us and took his time with my family. Trying to get my 4 year old to participate and engage with strangers is hard but Dr. Singer was great and my son loved him.We will definitely be a returning patient of his! The office staff was great as well. I was taking forever to decide on my frames and the woman helping us kept assuring me to take my time even though it was getting close to closing time.

So, not the best deals. Dr. Singer is nice. The ladies at the front desk try but pretty cut and dry.

Ive worn glasses most of my life, and i can honestly say my eye exam with dr. singer was the best appt. ive ever experienced. the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, as well as patient. Dr. Singer was so nice and answered all of my questions. they got me right in, didnt rush or hurry me, and the woman who helped me pick my frames was hands down the most helpful input ive ever known, with honest feedback. she steered me away from a pair that i just looked hideous in, without making me feel ugly, and i recommend dr singer and staff to any and everybody that has poor eyesight and needs corrective lenses. they are top notch. i just wish i could remember the nice womans name, cause she was pretty awesome!

I had a poor, unprofessional experience. I waited 25 minutes to finally see Dr. Singer, and he spent a mere 10 minutes examining my eyes. It felt extremely rushed and like he just wanted to get me out of the office. Then, as he was handing me my prescription I realized he didnt give me bifocals. I mentioned it and he FORGOT he had given me bifocal lenses last year and had failed to put it in my file. Then he said what did you complain about to get these? When I got to the desk to check out he looked at me and said youre wearing your glasses wrong anyway, you shouldnt have them so low on your nose and when I said it irritates my eye lashes to wear them higher, the lady at the desk ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. I will not be returning to this location.
