Dont go there by all means. I have a PPO with vision plan and they keep adding more charges. I went in for eye exam and prescription for contact lenses. By the end of the exam I was asking optometrist van kochkarian for a prescription for contact lenses but he told me that I have astigmatism and should try out a trial of astigmatism contacts and he was unable to give me a prescription. They told me that insurance would most likely cover contacts and assured me. A week after the exam, the office called to tell me that insurance would not cover and then told me that they will have to charge me $55 dollars for the contact lenses prescription. They had told me that they will send over the prescription by the end of the day which hasnt happened but did charge me $55 dollars after getting my credit card information over the phone. By all means do not go there because they will be adding additional charges to try to get more money. Terrible experience.

So happy I found this place. I had a positive encounter with everyone I interacted with, very polite. The office was well kept, organized, and clean! Dr. D’Janbatian was professional and timely, set me up with a new pair of contacts since I had ran out, and helped set up a timely delivery of more contacts (arrived in a week!). Overall, very happy with establishing eye care at Brand!

I’ve been shopping around for sunglasses lately and have visited several stores in the last week and can without hesitation fully endorse Brand Optometry. I was assisted by the salesman, Vartan. He was extremely knowledgeable of sunglasses, prescription glasses and the insurance process for prescription glasses (I have VSP insurance. Vartan saved me all kinds of time and hassle with his expertise and was very easy to deal with. And it was especially great in comparison to some of the disinterested, uninformed and flat out rude sales people at the other optics stores that I visited.FYI I was searching for high end brand frames by Jacques Marie Mage. They had a huge selection. Definitely ask for Vartan if you go!

Honestly, this office and doctor ida sarajian is the best inGlendale CA. I recommend to all.She is very experienced and their equipment is the best too.✨✨✨

I took my daughter here to get her eyes checked. The doctor was very kind and explained everything very clearly in a way even my 10 year old could understand. This made her very happy because she wasnt confused by any of the information.

I recently had my first visit to Brand Optometry and I have to say it was a great one! My 5 year old daughter and I were seen by Dr. Kochkarian and he was very friendly and patient. From the time we walked in we were greeted and everyone was so kind! Ani, Serly, Rimy and Talin also assisted us and they were all very helpful and friendly! Often times I’ve gone to doctors offices where people working seem so unhappy and treat their customers very poorly; this was definitely not the case here. Everyone was so nice and seemed happy to be working. Thank you all for providing such great customer service, especially during these difficult times!

I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years. I’ve always enjoyed my appointments and have had no trouble whatsoever. I love the office staff, and Dr J is the best.

I went to this optometry with my 4 y.o. child as he was blinking. He was prescribed glass and we were tell just keep put glasses on and he will get use to it. Thanks God I went to another professional MD and my son was diagnosed with ALLERGIES and we get only drops for 2 weeks, everything gone!!!Please stay away from this optometry or at least get 2nd opinion.

Just wanted to thank Yvonne for going out of her way to get my sons glasses ready. She was extremely helpful from picking the glasses all the way to helping with loose ends after we got the glasses. She truly exceeds expectations

I love my eye doctor Dr. Sirounian and I usually have a good experience here, but today was ridiculous. I had an appointment at 4:45, they obviously didn’t put it in their books. Hey said no problem she can still see me and here I sit at 5:40 not being seen. The courtesy thing would have been for them to tell me they made a mistake and could they rebook my appointment instead of letting me sit around for an hour. Not happy! Oh? They just called me in

Will definitely come back! The service was excellent the staff was nice and friendly. Everything was done in timely manner didn’t have to wait long at all I was helped as soon as I walked in the door.

I love love love this place great experience from check in until check out. Doctor J is like no other doctor I have ever meet amazing personality makes you feel extremely comfortable and always works around your needs, I never feel rushed with him he is a good caring doctor.

I highly recommend Brand Optometry and specially Dr. Aida Sarajian, and Vartan who are very professional, highly skilled and all with smiles. I have nothing but, good to say about couple of years’ experience with them. I took both of my family members for annual checkup and I rate them as an A plus optometry one stop shopping (checkup and frames). I had the best services even years after I had my frames from Brand Optometry and Vartan did all fixed with smile.

Brand Optometry contacted a manufactuer and replaced my framies under warrenty at no cost in 2 days. I wanted to add this was during a very stressful time nationawide. I am appreciative of their speed and professioanlism. Thansk again.

Best optometrist in SoCal. Dr. J is super nice and always hands on with all his patients. They also have an amazing selection of designer and independent frames available. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone seeking a new eye doc. They treat everyone like family!

I have been patronizing Brand Optometry for several years and every time I go in I am pleased by the friendly staff and the great service. Moreover, the ambiance and decor are lovely. They also validate to park in the buildings garage.

When I ordered my husband’s glasses from them they told me in 3 to 5 business days we should get the glasses. After waiting 2 weeks (double the amount they originally told us) , the glasses came with lenses that were scratched . After Vahan told us that they will order new lenses , we are still waiting for the new lenses and still haven’t heard from them.

Eye exam as a first time patient. Friendly professional staff, lots of glasses to choose from and I felt as if I was in France ♡ Beautiful relaxing office 🙂

I had an excellent all-around experience when I went for my annual eye exam and purchased eyeglass frames. Vartan and Dr. Ida are particularly outstanding!

Best service Dr. D always takes his time and explains everything completely.They also have excellent support staff and a good collection of glasses to pick from. Also they are remodeling the office now.

I highly recommend Brand Optometry where I received professional and caring treatment.Tests administered before seeing the doctor were convenient and thorough.The doctor I saw, Ida Sarajian, was knowledgeable caring and listened carefully to my concerns. She explained clearly and seemed willing to give me as much time as I needed.I was happy with the selection of frames, and the optician who helped me select was very helpful and patient. All in all, it was a very positive experience for me.

I visited 8 different stores looking for eye glasses. Alex at Brand was thorough, professional and quite exceptional in meeting my needs. He clearly knew his stuff but never woolied the experience up with desperate sales strategies. He is honest, knowledgeable and fair in his pricing - he also was sincere in making clear the benefits of warranty, again without the slimey attitude of some less integral sales persons. Highly recommend Brand, basically on the merits of Alex.

TL;DR: If you love your eyes, need a place that respects your time and still provide the best service...Go to Brand Optometry.I scheduled an appointment for 10:45am. Got there at 10:40 and AT EXACTLY 10:45 I was attended to. The attendant explained everything to me and took me through the initial testing..taking pictures of my retina etc. Yes I got the OPTOMAP and it was swift. Then I was taken into a well kept room to see Dr. Djanbatian. He is the most attentive, caring and experienced eye doctor I have ever met.Then he handed me off to Vartan to go through lens/frames selection. This guy is the epitome of quality customer service. Thank you brand Optometry for all you do. You got a life long customer here.

I had broken my glasses and i thought there was no warrantee but when I came here, they repaired my glasses. I felt so much relief and happiness.

Dr Djanbatian is wonderful. Great service, insight, and personality. He is my favorite optometrist to date.
