The doctors listen to and are genuinely interested in your concerns. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Long wait times, but that was due to extremely great care from Dr Ferguson. One of the best doctors I’ve ever seen! Well worth the wait!

Doctor spent less than 3 minutes with me. Offered no solutions, seemed rushed and disinterested, and was dismissive. Charged my insurance and myself about $400 for this useless visit.

ITS A NICE PLACE THEY TAKE CARE

He doesnt listen offer solutions & made me feel hopeless. Seemed more interested in how i know prev dr & how was i able to get email msgs internally then his Oath to do no harm. I am an RN 23yrs in trauma medsurg travelling across the country. Very disappointed with Dr Macciolek. I was injured at work assisting heavy patients & for 5 mo i saw Concentra Drs who didnt listen but pushed therapy n dry needling. Id finally gotten MRI to find 3 RUPTURED DISCS.1 PRESSING ON MY SPINAL CORD IN MY NECK&2 PRESSING ON THECAL SAC!! On 2nd appt workmans comp minions corrupted all hope. Now this dr tells me everything looks fine all normal part of aging! Did he think this was some joke. I dont take pain meds n dont like him minimizing further damage to my spinal cord but his reply was what is it you want? I wasnt to be back to work. Prevent getting paralyzed. Maybe be taken seriously because im in pain..its positional extremities get numb like put in bucket of fireants and cant sleep. If this is Wisc. best i am afraid for my health/ life.
