Great specialized doctor. If anyone can assist, Dr Tay is the one. Many of his staff members have been replaced and the primary focus is now on the patient. THANK YOU for the office changes and getting back to patients on a timely basis that have medical concerns. You are appreciated!

This place was TERRIBLE.Packed waiting room, clueless receptionist. They charged me the wrong copay twice in a row after I had to wait on a very overcrowded waiting room.Then, they billed my old insurance after I provided my new insurance and ID. The $500 bill was for 60-74 minutes of procedural service when I was seen by the doctor for less than 10 and sent home with absolutely nothing to help pass my kidney stone, nor manage the pain.Save yourself the time and headache. Do NOT go here.

Worst staff and office manager I have dealt with in the Medical field. Once not long ago his lobby was full of people---not any more. His staff appears to blow people away, where patients go someplace else. This is a shame because Dr Tay is professional but unaware of what is going on! Is his staff attempting to sabotage his business??????

Had a large kidney stone removed as well as the stint at a later date. I was very satisfied with Dr. Bootwala. She exudes confidence, yet still made me feel cared for and respected. She was very clear, up front and honest about the process and the potential things that could go wrong along with the realistic likelihood. I felt well informed. Everything happened very close to the time frame I was given without waiting. She also expressed a passion to help me figure out how to prevent similar issues moving forward. Very pleased with her office staff and assistants as they too were descriptive and made you feel comfortable.

I called and the receptionist could use some help and training after over 10 minutes hold i got sent back to the answering machine to begin all over again

Dr. Tay is great, the staff definitely needs help. I refused to pay a convenience fee of $150 for their new anesthesiologist and have chosen to do outpatient instead. My concern is if I would have the procedure done in the office they wouldnt want to see me, but now I have to have labs done so they can collect another co-pay. Oh and by the way, this started 2 days before my scheduled surgery date and I had to call them to find out if they had done the scheduling as promised by the office manager Ernestine. After being on hold, they got it scheduled when I called....unreal patient care and concern.

Literally the worst doctors office Ive ever seen. They want YOU to follow up with them after appointments. They have you run the same test multiple times and tell you go ahead and drop the samples off anytime theyre open. Only problem is, theyre never open. At least at the Biltmore location. And theyll say, oh we didnt have any appointments, so we didnt open. This place is a joke and a money scam for co-pays. Find another urologist. Dont waste your time or money.

Prepare to wait.... have been here 4 times now and have had to wait between 1 hour and 1hour 20 min every time before the doc even comes in..... I recommend going somewhere else

I love the staff here and Dr Tay, I have been going to him for years. Hes the best and always explains everything very well. I wouldnt go anywhere else, I have recommended him to all my family and friends they go here as well.

Dr Masson is the best. The wait wasnt bad you just gotta be patient. Been here hr and a half not bad considering its my first visit and new patient. Would highly recommend Dr. Masson.

We have been to this office a few times, They are never on time. We are sitting here in the lobby past our appointment time. Then when when we do go back to see the doctor it’s another 45 min to an hour wait for him to come in. The office staff could use a class in customer service. I’ve never seen one of them smile. There is never an explanation as to why we have to wait hours after our appointment time. This office is horrible I would never recommend them to anyone no matter how good everyone thinks they are. My mother’s surgery was also delayed by two hours because Dr Tay was on his own time and does not think anyone else’s time is valuable. We will not be back to this office.

Dr. Tay and his staff were phenomenal! They were polite, friendly, and were able to relive any nervous feelings that I had. I would highly recommend Dr. Tay for any urological needs.

Terrible.... waiting is over 2 hours of your appointment, always tell you that Dr. Tay is running behind. As usual, I don’t why he is always behind doing nothing! I regret coming here perhaps find another doctor

3 weeks ago Dr. Harold Tay performed a procedure that I though was going to be uncomfortable. The procedure was no problem and was not uncomfortable. I didnt feel anything. I thank Dr. Tay for recommending it, the biopsy came back negative. That in it self was very comforting. Dr. Tays professionalism is above and beyond approach. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Tay record of treatment is superb. When dealing with Urology issues, none is better.

My visit to Dr. Tay was fantastic. The staff was very professional and, made me very comfortable. I had a very short wait time. My procedure went very well. Dr. Tay very professional yet, was conversational in so far as talking to me about me, keeping my mind busy while he performed my procedure and showed concern for my comfort level as well as keeping me informed on his progress. All my reading led me to believe that I would suffer some discomfort from the procedure I had, I have had none what so ever.I highly recommend Dr. Tay.

Always running behind on appointments. Dr. Tay is great, but the office like most Drs office thinks that their time is the only time that matters. If you dont get taken back from the waiting room until 45 mins to 90 mins AFTER your appointment, and then wait another 30 mins for the Dr to come to the room, why have the appointment??? Just schedule them for the real times. Dont say 2:00 and see me at 3:30. Accountability is sorely lacking in medical offices. We deserve better.Furthermore they never seem to know why I am here for my appointments. They mostly seem lost and confused as if I am the one who is the professional guiding my client through an unknown process instead of them.My last appointment the receptionist didnt think I needed to see the dr and told me to leave. Then they called me and asked why I missed my appointment. Seriously?I just waited 1 hour for my appointment with the dr. The result? I never saw the dr. They took my blood pressure and scheduled another appointment to come back in 2 weeks for a test that was supposed to happen today, but they had failed to set it up.I would be out of work if I ran my buisness like this.

Its been an hour since my appointment time and I still havent been seen. Wasting my time.
