Nurse Ghadimi is best in class. Terrific bedside manner, follow through and professionalism. She genuinely cares like so many Nurses that are the lifeblood of the provider profession (sorry docs)

All the support staff are really friendly and helpful. Dr. Minasian seemed great - knowledgeable, genuine, and relaxed. Both he and his staff also seemed LGBT-friendly. Finally, they have online scheduling which is also really convenient. Cant recommend more highly.

I found this office on Yelp, there were many positive reviews so I booked an appointment. I’m glad I did, as the office was nice, with a very spa like ambience. The staff were very friendly and competent, and they had all the paperwork digitized to simplify the entire new patient data collecting that sometimes feels like signing a contract when buying a new car. Dr. Minasian was very friendly and personable, and not dismissive of my concerns as some other doctors have been in the past. I could go on and on, but then I would spoil the mystery of all that is in store for You during your first visit. I will end by saying they have free parking, which is rare in that part of Glendale. (it’s in the back). Now go get that scary annual checkup out of the way!

I highly recommend Dr. Narbeh Tovmassian. I have been his patient for several years now and couldn’t be happier with the quality of care I receive. He cares about his patients and is very thorough, never rushed. Great turnaround time in providing test results and the doctor himself calls back with the results which is quite rare these days.

It was my first visit to the office as a new patient. I was pleasantly surprised on how friendly, professional, attentive and cordial the staff was. After I filled out the necessary paper work as a new patient. I was taken to the back to see the doctor. The doctor came into the room literally less than two minutes after the staff left. The doctor gave me his undivided attention and answered all my questions that I had.I was in and out for a regular check-up in less than 1 hour, and that 1 hour included the time it took me to fill out the paper work. It was a very pleasant doctor visit.

Front desk ladies were wonderful. Friendly over the phone and in-person. Very helpful. Very clean office. Doctor was very personable, spent enough time during the consultation, offered lots of help and testing needed for each of my concerns. Nurses were great, very friendly and helpful as well. We first met him when my husband was hospitalized for an unknown issue, he was assigned to us and he did not give up, he brought in amazing experts who together solved his issue, we at that moment decided he would be our Internal Medicine Doctor

Where do I even start? First of all, this is the first year for a while that I have not had health insurance. So, setting a doctor’s appointment was intimidating, as far as cost. But, it needed to be done. Elevate was so much more affordable than I expected, especially for the amazing care I received. I am new to the area, and set an appointment with Leah Ghadimi based on ZocDoc reviews. It was the right choice! From the minute i entered the office, I was greeted warmly and promptly. Instead of signing on using pen and paper, the check-in process was made quick and easy by using an iPad. Within about ten minutes of checking in, I was called back for my initial work up, which was quick, but thorough. Ms. Ghadimi was in within about five minutes of her nurse leaving the room. She was friendly, and actually made me feel like she was listening. Based on her assessment, she ordered bloodwork to be done (which I was I went in hoping for) and it was done that day. The assistant who took my blood samples was also very friendly, quick and efficient. The entire staff was wearing masks and respecting social distance guidelines, the facility was clean and modern and I seriously cannot say how thankful I am to have found them. If y’all read this, thank you for being so wonderful and keep up the wonderful work!!

The office has been newly renovated. Modern, sleek and clean design which I really liked. The staff is really friendly. My appointment was at 2pm. I was seen right away. Dr. Derhatunian is a smart doctor, I work with him at the hospital and he knows his stuff and really cares for the patient.

There you are greeted by a gentle yet efficient receptionist who manages the paperless patient information and check in system by handing you an easy to navigate iPad instead of paper and pen. Questionnaire completed its a short wait to see the doctor. Dr. Haroutunian is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough while maintaining an open, professional and non-judgmental demeanor throughout. I felt comfortable discussing sensitive topics with him and even got to the heart of some nagging discomforts I hadnt originally thought to share. I look forward to a long and healthy relationship with Elevate Health Group.

Saw the doctor within 15 minutes of arrival. Easy check in process - provided a great game plan and asked lots of questions so I felt understood. Ordered an X-ray as a preventative measure!

Dr. Derhartunian spends as much time as needed to make sure all your issues have been covered and taken care of. I had an unusual case and Dr Hartunian pulled together a team of four doctors to analyze the situation and develop a course of treatment. It worked. In my estimation he is AAA++. I’m not easily impressed but my first impression was excellent. The facility and staff as a whole are exceptional. I recommend Dr Tovmassian to anyone who prefers a modern perspective on medicine with the comforts of a traditional medical approach. He was very friendly and genuinely cared about all my questions and concerns. I had complete bloodwork done right at the office with no need for a separate lab visit. Amazing Dr. and Human being, great provider, listener, concerns and issues targeted at first visit unlike other Doctors all they do is trails and errors, my mom went to very well know Dr. Harry Balian he gave her wrong medication twice, Dr. Garen saw her at no charge to insurance or self and right away give her the right medication that worked instantaneously, absolutely wonderful, very systematic, don’t look for any other Dr. Garen is the best of the best no questions asked..

Dr. Derhartunian is one of the best doctors we have encountered in our 70 plus years. He understands our needs and explains everything in terms we can understand. A few years ago he put a team together to determine why I was having some unusual side effects from a cancer/chemo situation and found and fixed the issue no other doctors could find much less resolve. You wont find a better doctor.

Dr Tovmassian has been my primary physician for 3 years. The new location is convenient, large and well-staffed. And in an era where urgent cares have lines around the block, and by appointment covid testing is booked weeks out, I was able to book an appointment less than 48 hours out and got a covid test and antibody test for the price of a $15 copay.

Dr. Derhartunian spent an appropriate amount of time with me to discuss my issues and concerns. The office was careful to observe social distance recommendations.

Dr. Manvel Kondradzhyan saved my fathers life at Verdugo Hills ER a few years ago with his quick diagnosis of a pulmonary embolism when it was overlooked by other doctors. Dr. Tovmassian is respectful, listens well and is thorough. I am a 63 year old female and am extremely grateful I found a doctor that I know I can trust. I highly recommend this practice and doctors. Dr. DerHartunian is warm and personable, and a good listener. This is exactly what I needed when I found him. In my experience - both as a 64 yr old with multiple medical concerns, and as an RN of almost 30 yrs - those qualities are rare. His competency as an MD is not in question, as far as Im concerned; there are plenty of regulating entities that guarantee same. It is his demeanor that makes him special to me, as his patient. Im leaving the area shortly, but were that not the case, he would remain my choice of primary doctor indefinitely.

Doctor Der Hartunian contacted me today. He said that the office has moved to 114 North Central Avenue in Glendale California. He addressed all of my medical issues that he is managing for me. I updated him on the insulin dose increase and my Levothyroxine dose change to 112 mg from 125. Mg by my endocrinologist at UCLA. Bad office service: I had an appointment today at 10 am. I walked in at 9:40 am to check in. They told me that my appointment was rescheduled to 9 am and I have missed my appointment. They claimed that they called me but I never received their call.I was asked to sit and wait until the doctor was available, with no estimate as to how long that wait could take…. I guess they think that people have no other things to do in their lives. As if waiting 6 weeks for the appointment was not long enough!

The desk clerk and nurse were extremely kind. The office was clean but inviting. I needed to get a baseline EKG and the nurse was very professional and informative about the procedure. Dr. Tovmassian asked questions that I assume gave him a better understanding as to my request for an EKG which impressed me that he actually cared. Having my type of insurance for so long has allowed me to go just about anywhere without a referral and many of the doctors I see rarely take the time to understand my visit but instead offer the generic advise to lose weight, eat better, and stop smoking. Dr. Tovmassian did not waste his words and spoke very thoughtfully. He also offered to fax my results to the inquiring party for me. Overall, one of the best experiences and would highly recommend their services.
