Office staff is horrible. You are kept on hold forever the n when you tell them the reason for the call you are put on hold again. Sometimes I feel like Im at a social event and I wasnt invited.

Had to wait for 50 minutes before being accepted by the doctor, but I arrived 5 minutes early. The doctor wasnt caring about me and my health. Doctor talked to me only for 2 minutes and I was rushing all the time. The appointment was extremely fast and I didnt have a chance to ask all of my questions. I wont recommend :(

The doctor is great but the staff is very disrespectful. They always leave me on hold and I definitely wouldn’t recommend for anyone to come here. My husband had a colonoscopy and until the last second I didn’t know if they would be doing it or not. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here and waste their time.

I am so grateful for Dr Khorsandi. He is very knowledgeable and got me out of pain after years of suffering and seeing many different GI specialists and not getting the correct diagnosis or treatment. I am forever thankful to him and highly recommend him.

Absolutely the worst GI Dr. EVER!!! WORST bedside manner. Hes an absolute jerk. He has been banned from my daughters room. And then he had the audacity to tell my daughter, good luck on ever finding another GI doctor. He then stormed out of the room and slammed the door behind him. Im reporting him!

If I could leave a 0 stars I would do that.First, I couldnt contact them for 4 days as they dont pick up the phone.Then finally someone picked up the phone after 4 days and I asked to get an appointment she said the earliest is after two months and was laughing at me when I complained.They dont even care about their patients, just making money an ignore to answer any questions.This is the worst doctors office experience in my life.Be aware and dont even call them as you are going to be ignored.

I have been seeing Dr. Khorsandi for almost 2 yrs now, he HELPED me with a very serious stomach issue that had put me in the hospital for 1 week, every year for the last 5 years, in SEVERE STOMACH PAIN, until Dr. Khorsandi was able to remove a 10mm Polyps from my large intestine. I had been to 3 other Gastroenterology who tried to remove the 10mm Polyps and had NO success, all of Doctors explained to me that I was in need of a much more serious operation.Dr.Khorsandi did a evaluation on my stomach issue and explained to me what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. I have not had to return to the hospital for my stomach issues or I have not experience any stomach pain like I was experiencing before I met Dr. Khorsandi and he preformed the medical procedure. I can not Thank Dr. Khorsandi enough for everything he has done for my family and I and getting me out of severe stomach pain.Dr. Khorsandi was very PROFESSIONAL, kind , respectful and understanding along with all of his staff especially (Edlin) who was extremely kind and helpful in assisting me, to get through this trouble medical experience.I would strongly recommend Dr. Khorsandi to anyone .....

This is absolutely the worst practice ever!!!! His license should be revoked. Prefers seeing pharmacy reps to patient. Wait time 4+ hours!!! Super Rude stuff!!!!no way of getting a hold of them, they dont pick up their ohone. Dont return phone calls.

Doctor Dr. Mehdi Khorsandi is my A plus, excellent gastrologist t which I have been visiting for more than 10 years and had few procedures with him. I have nothing but, good to say about him and his management/administration of the office. Doctor Dr. Mehdi Khorsandi actually involves on all aspects of his patients, knows your profile and history, walk you thru any new lab results, brief you about all pros and cons of treatments, listens to you and your concern and you actually feel it is team work to pursue and decide on your health and making you completely aware of all the options. All said, you really feel comfortable and feel that your doctor cares and is more like a family than far away remote visit. His office is well organized and managed and NOTHING but, good and I do extremely recommend doctor Dr. Mehdi Khorsandi as your gastrologist

Doctor Khorsandi was very nice and cordial, unfortunately I cant say the same with his staff. The lady I spoke to was rude and no sympathy. I dont know if shes on her period or was born that way.

A very dirty office. Not friendly staff, a very impolite, hostile and rude office manager, Belen! And a long waiting time. The doctor very hasty to finish the visit and just looking in your chart or your answers for something to make more money. My negative test results didnt look good to him so added a wrongful diagnosis to charge my insurance more, of course without telling me. And I was surprised when the bill was handed to me in the hospital right before admission. And when I called, the office manager just hung up on me! And the procedure itself caused me a lot of pain for 2 days, whereas I had done it before with no pain afterwards and whoever I talked to hadnt experienced this much pain. I absolutely do not recommend this doctor to anyone, even my enemies.

Though having dr. Khorsandi for my case for Ulcerative colitis for few years, Im 32 weeks pregnant!, was admitted @ the Labor & Delivery ER @ Glendale, Ca @ Glendale Adventist Hospital having to wait 7 whole hours for Khorsandi to show up to come & see me for my case,I was told that he would come & see me after he would finish his surgeries, I was feeling miserable while I was waiting for him to show up, meanwhile I was going to the bathroom 6-7 times in my 7 hours sttay @ the Glendale maternity ER @ Glendale adventist, ER Nurse tells me that Dr. Khorsandi will not show up after waiting 7 whole hours,ANYHOW, Khorsandi called the nurse @ the Labor & Maternity ER telling her that he would be able to see me the next day w/a referral from the maternity ER, & that I did not need any authorization from my physician since I was admitted in the maternity ER @ glendale adventist!, so I called Khorsandis office the following day as he suggested so I end up with a terrible attitude from his medical assistant! after explaining the whole delimma to her!!... sooooo RUDE this DR. does not EVEN CARE for his patients, I DEFINITELY would not recommend this dr for ANYONE because he is not a responsible dr. & does not care for his patients!, With this Terrible experience from Dr. Khorsandi I def. would NOT recommend him @ all! because all that dr. cares about is how he will be utilizing my medical situation to his advantage!!!!!!! I give him a THumbs DOWN!

This doctor is rude to patients who seek his help. He is a horrid man who should not be allowed to practice.

Dr.Khorsandi is a doctor who gives him tango trust because he listens to me and helps me to give me what is necessary to feel better. Juanita and Yvonne always help me a lot in what I need Tampien Edlin and Aregnia. Thanks for your help.
