They never answer to their phone calls

Seek treatment somewhere else besides this Pasadena office! I dont know about the other clinics, Glendale, Covina, etc... but the one on Washington in Pasadena is sub-par. I could list a half dozen more reasons, but a picture is worth a thousand words.Please have a seat... I dont think so...

The only place you can find the doctor is thru virtual visit (at least at the clinic in glendale) and he tries to end the call as soon as possible. He doesnt really care about you and whatever you tell him he says he will take care of it and at the end he doesnt. The staff dont care about anybody but themselves and they are not helpful at all. I dont know why I even bothered choosing this doctor.

No way to make an appointment online or by phone. Never they answer the phone.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are for... The staff and doctor are so professional and I have been a patient for many years now. They treat their patients with respect and truly follow up when needed. Thank you for all you do! Highly recommend this practice.

One of the better Doctor to see in Glendale. The two doctors actually came by and assessed my condition and told me my back problem there. They said it was very bad. It felt very bad. They have their own physical therapy area there, which is best compared to my first place, that is at Wilshire and Fairfax area.

Been my family doctor for as long as i can remember, very knowledgeable, answers any questions i have. What i love is that he doesnt mind taking extra time to explain any grey areas to give me my peace of mind. Very helpful and professional!

Dr. Nercessian is genuinely knowledgeable about his patients care and Nazeli(the office manager) is super sweet, smart, and helpful. I’ve been with them for years and couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. Every time I panic about something health related the staff at Dr. Nercessian’s office staff are patient and kind and answer any questions I ever have and I appreciate it very much.

Armen is highly educated in his scope of practice and always manages to explain any health condition to the T. Love this office- the staff and the dr. are very proffecional and absolutly caring. I know exsctly how the heslthcare works now days with capitslization for reimbursement(per patient per month) and good doctors like dr. NERCESSIAN are alwais swamped with patients.While were sitting in the exam room frustrated of the wait time, in the next room dr, actually explaining the patient the nature of the problem and the best possible treatment course for the best outcome. This doctor actually spends time with you to make sure you understand the plan of csre and makes sure he has your trust, becsuse as we know possitive results in part depend on patients mental state and trust. When he finally comes to you and goed through your issues in the same detailed manner and patience you reslize that the few extra minutes youve waited were realy worth it.Thank you doctor and overall staff.P.S. Ive been coming here for almost a decade. Dr. Nersissian is one of the most knowledgeable and caring doctors that I know.Staff are pleasant and efficien,excelent expertise from the Dr .proficient in all elament solve Professionaly any problem for me and for my family in the past 6 years

Worst dr ever I visited only one time he didn’t even check up only write it done I don’t know what. I did my blood work in two months I tried to call office atless100 time and always massage I already change my dr.

I started going to Narcessian the Narcissist about 7 months ago. He is a decent enough doctor if you have a cold or need a flu shot. However, if you have serious health problem, and need more then 15 mins of his time, dont bother trying to go to him. I have serious neurological issues, and pain issues that have to do with my neurological issues. My neurological issues are including but not limited to epilepsy and memory issues. I requested a neurologist my first visit as I was having seizures all the time. Keep in mind seizures dont always mean shaking and being unconscious. The first month my referral request sat on the nurses desk. I went in and stubbornly requested they do it. Before I came to Narcessian I was going to a neurologist that was a very horrible doctor, that doctor said I was lying about my seizures until he had to call an ambulance for a BIG seizure I had in his office. The first 4 referrals I got in the mail were to this same doctor. On the 3rd time asking the nurse at his office to do the referral correctly, she yelled at me over the phone Its not MY JOB to do YOUR referral! YOU DO IT! OK so I have serious neurological issues and dont even know where I am a lot of the time and Im supposed to do, what is in-fact her job? Finally I get a referral for a doctor I had seen years ago and I was happy because I happen to know he is a really good neurologist, so I sit in his office for 2 hours for him to tell him that Narcessians office sent me to a great doctor that isnt in my group. Then everything came to a head. I went into his office just before the holidays and I told him, again, what was going on. I also told him I was having seizures at that moment and that I was very confused. He claimed that he did a neurological residency at USC, which is where the good neurologist I was hoping to see told me I needed to go for all of the memory issues I am having. Inspite of this he began to rapid fire questions at me. Before I could answer any of the question fully he would take over and fill in and assume the rest of the story and then start giving me advice. Also he talked over my continuously when I tried to correct the things he was assuming and getting wrong. I even tried to talk over him and he just got louder and louder till I stopped talking. It became a shouting match. He claimed he wanted to help me but all he wanted was to hear himself talk. I wanted his help but he cant help me if he doesnt even know whats going on with me. For instance he asked what my pee was like and as soon as I said sometimes its dark.... he cut me off and said Im not drinking enough water. He did not hear the parts about the fact that I cant empty my bladder and a lot of the time its not dark and it hurts really really bad to pee and I even pee foam a lot, I feel like I have to pee all the time when I dont. I also drink about 64 OZ of water a day. The fact that it could have been from a recent injury there was completely disregarded, I was just not drinking enough water Thats just the tip of the ice burg. He did that for every question for about 30 mins. I have 11 different disorders, most of them are chronic pain illnesses, which he doesnt believe in, he says I was just sitting in the wrong spot too long and need to exercise more. But I hardly sit and this pain is too extreme to be an ooohh ouch I sat watching tv too long kind of pain, Im not going to pain management for no reason. I also do resistance Yoga but he didnt get the chance to learn that. By the end of the appointment I became even more confused and again I was only able to give him very tiny bits of what was actually going on with me so we were yelling at each other because I was confused and frustrated, not being heard and being told (and I quote) There is nothing special about your problems, go find another doctor. I have 5,000 patients and I am a great doctor and youll be back!!!!Real classy doc, now you know why I started this out by saying he is Narcessian the Narcissist. Dont go to this doc if you have REAL health issues.

The worst customer service ever, the ladies who work there are rude and disrespectful, you see no smile on their faces, when you see negative people out there, your day is ruined., but its unfair if i say the doctor is not good, he is a nice guy, but i dont understand why he has kept the unresponsible employees in the office , who are ruining his office reputation, why he is not firing them, it is a shame.
