I’m definitely glad I found CR Smiles. The staff is professional and friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait past my appointment time, and in fact if I arrive early they will almost always take me in right away. They do excellent work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great dentist’s office!

My husband has seen all 3 doctors and has had a lot of dental work done there he love them. I just started going there and Dr.Green is the one who worked on my tooth and he was awesome and very communicative his assistant that was helping him was also super nice!! One thing that can be improved is the front desk ladies they tend to be rude and seem annoyed all the time but other than that I would recommend.

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Sandra is amazing and now only did an amazing job, but she also taught me a lot about my teeth and proper dental hygiene. I will be going here for all my future dental checkups.

Let me start from the beginning I was recommended by a friend to come to this dental facility to get a quote on some dental work. I am so glad I took my friends advice from the moment I stepped in to the front office till the time I left I felt so welcome and invited add appreciated. Dr. Chaffin is one of the most caring generous individuals I have ever met he made me feel very important and took the time out of his busy schedule to not only explain everything I needed to know but to also educate me on several other matters so I had a general knowledge of the whole process. Even the dental assistance were so kind and so helpful they make you feel like family. And in this day and age that is very rare. I even met a kind lady I believe she was the office manager Donna not only beautiful but so kind and friendly and was so very helpful in the payment process. Donna went above and beyond!!! My procedure is scheduled and I cannot wait this life adventure that I am taking with Dr. Chaffin and his staff I will never forget I hope everybody gets a chance to come see the staff and wonderful doctors at this dental facility.

Everyone at this practice are equally wonderful. All of the dentists are full partners & there are no associates, meaning, each of the dentists has a stake in the practice so the happier their patients, the better for their bottom line. Speaking of $, theyre able to offer deals that no once else in the Valley can match. All the doctors are teaching doctors who regularly teach other dentists how to treat patients who need a mouthful of extractions, bone grafting, & a type of denture product. I saw Dr. C for a consultation & immediately felt at ease with his level of knowledge & Im confident theyll give me the best reconstruction as possible w/in my budget. You should definitely at least schedule for a 2nd opinion if youre looking at major dental work/oral surgery. It will be worth your time in information alone. Very down to earth, transparent, & honest.

The experience we had was life changing. Been trying to determine the best route for dental work on my mouthful of ground down teeth. Years of heavy pain and now teeth that are demanding Help. After consulting with the staff and director at CR Smiles Dental Center it was easy to come to a decision. Looking forward to moving on with our plan. Love Love Love Dr Brown however 3 weeks I have been waiting on a call back to see if I am able to be put under again for a implant that didn’t take without having to pay another 500 I have Already given them 14.000 up front for 5 teeth pulled and 4 implants on top however one side has to be redone. At this point I’m like forget it I just want teeth my front teeth have moved and I have a space that I wore braces to get rid and now it’s back.It’s just frustrating started this in July of last year understand the whole waiting for everything to heal what I don’t understand is why another 500 and still waiting to see if maybe by chance I wouldn’t have to pay that 500 it’s been 3 weeks waiting on that call.Again Love Dr Brown just not happy about everything else I don’t know how to star this because it’s not Dr Brown’s fault .

Thank you to Dr. Green for seeing me on short notice because Im headed out of town. A newly sensitive tooth had me concerned. He xrayed it, checked for nerve damage, tested for occlusion issues, and looked for infection and chipping. Since theres no apparent cause, we discussed monitoring it. He was very thorough.

I have never been to a dentist office that made such a great effort to enable informed decisions. From reception to the doctors, everyone was kind and respectful. I felt the dentist was not critical. I am prone to anxiety at the dentist. I felt far less anxious. Very efficient and thorough.

I am definitely going to start by saying that the moment I called the office to set up an appointment, I first noticed the fast and friendly voice that quickly set me up an appointment. She answered the phone pretty quick and I wasn’t put on hold like most offices do in the afternoon. Second thing that I was impressed with is, how nice the entire office is. I mean, I have never seen such a nice dental office, as CR Dental Centers office. Looked clean, newly remodeled, fresh, bright, and friendly, and the couch is very comfortable, which was also a first for me to experience. Then the dental assistant with a very warm and friendly smile called me back. Extremely experienced lady who seemed so comfortable and showed me that she loved helping others and listened to me when I explained my needs and wants for my healthy smile. She let me see all my teeth up close, and as soon as she was done, the Doctor walked in and he was just as friendly with a very informative and knowledgeable suggestions to what he thought would help me to be able to eat right again and align my teeth up to keep my smile straight. I felt so comfortable and extremely happy for the chance to feel confident about my future with my teeth. I feel so relieved to know that there is a chance to do this. For that I am forever grateful for the great opportunity to have discovered this grade A+ and 6 star rating dental office, because I feel confident in their opinion and ability to help me and many others achieve a beautiful and healthy smile again. That’s number 1 in my book of most valued goals in my life.

I had a great experience here. The dental hygienist did a super job and went above and beyond in the care I received. The physician was very good also. I am always hesitant going to a new office because I don’t want to be pressured into treatment or have the needs I might have exaggerated by them. This was not the case at all. Very fair and honest treatment and recommendations.

Hi, My experience couldnt have been better! (except maybe that the teeth healed themselves) Dr Wood is one of the kindest, most genuine & professional dentists Ive ever had. There were more than 1 option for treatment. Dr Wood took the time to go over each. He patiently explained the whys & probable outcomes of each of the treatment options. Lindsey, his assistant, is upbeat, professional & full of compassion too. You are in good hands here.

Such a great visit. I still cant get over how awesome their new office looks. Ive been with them since they were Smile Fitness at their other location across the Street. First time visiting during the pandemic and I felt safe. Office was spotless, front desk was courteous and there was definitely physical distancing in place. Ive been seeing Sandra since I was a teenager so its always nice to see a familiar face even if she always has to remind me to floss 😅 Dr. Green was stellar as always and I was in and out within 45 minutes. Very respectful of my time since I had to go to work. See them again in 6 months!

I love these folks! They are honest, gentle and sweet, which is why my wife has been going there for decades and they are now the only dentist Ill see too. While I occasionally strayed, due to geographics, I havent found anyone like them. Dr. Green is The Best!!! I am a big baby in a dentist chair but Sandra and Laura are so gentle with me.

I had a couple of teeth that were concerning me, although they weren’t causing me any pain. I found a coupon for CR Smiles. I made an appointment in early June. When I brought in the coupon, the receptionist told me I may not be able to use it since I had been a patient at their old office, with a different name and location, 10 years ago. The receptionist told me to show it to the doctor and he would be able to tell me if I could use it. I had x-rays done and the x-ray technician said I should be able to use the coupon, since I hadn’t been there in 10 years. After the x-rays, Dr. Brown came in to go over the results He was very professional and thorough. I asked him about using the coupon, and he also told me they would honor it. When we got through with my review, we both decided that it would be best to have a denture with 4 implanted posts. The coupon stated “Extractions, no matter how many teeth, Bone Grafts if needed, 2 implants, and an immediate Denture only $6000 per arch.” Since I was getting 4 implants instead of 2, Dr. Brown told me it would be approximately an extra $2000. That seemed reasonable, so I scheduled an appointment for the doctor to review the options with my wife and me together. During this appointment Dr. Brown went through all the results again. We had decided we would go through with the 4 implants. Dona Kauble, the treatment case manager, said it would take several days to get information back from the insurance company to determine the total cost and my out-of-pocket cost. I presumed that the total cost would be about $8000, maybe less since our insurance was paying some of it. Later I was sent an email with the final figures. To my astonishment, my cost would be $13,800. That’s a $5800 difference. Had anyone told me I couldn’t use the coupon, it would have been fine. I could have walked out the door to look for another dentist. I feel I was strung along. I will not return to CR Smiles. Dr. Brown, who was very professional, may not have any knowledge of the final treatment costs.

Normally the decor of an office doesnt affect my impression of a business. CR Smiles is an exception. It looks gorgeous down to every detail and this is a reflection of the type of service I received. The dentists, hygienists, and the billing/receptionists are top notch. Ok, I have not enjoyed going to a dentist for years. A big and art of it has been in part shaming me for not getting high dollar work. This office is welcoming from start to finish. They are really decent, and compassionate people who treated me with grace and honor. I know my teeth need work. This practice is the 1at to listen to me and help prioritize what’s the best course of treatment.

Had an awesome first visit. Dr Green is super nice as is the rest of the staff. Facility is very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Going to the destiny hasn’t been this much of a pleasure, ever!

My husband and I visit this office every February for teeth cleaning. Dr. Green had done crowns for me and cavity filling for my husband. Laurie is my hygienist and I also look forward to seeing her. At this point in the game of getting a full mouth restoration I am disappointed. I’ve been stuck on hold partially because of COVID-19 and the other half because of them not getting my permanent set started right. The first time they did nothing and I did not receive my wax try ons at all. The second time they sent a wax try on of the same temps. The third time they looked nothing like the pictures, or sets I discussed with the doc; not to mention they didn’t even fit in my mouth properly or even close to. Yet again another rescheduled appointment and loss of time and energy. Not to mention gas when I live over a 35 minute drive one way. I’ve somewhat started to feel like a cash cow without my benefit. I’ll keep you posted on the next review. I now know I should have been reviewing each step of the way, seeming this is pretty much my business. I remember I was totally relying on reviews to get me started. Now I intend to open my mouth for those who would like to listen.

I visited CR Smiles on May 31st responding to an ad for free X-rays and evaluation. They were very thorough and so nice to me that I thought I had found the dental office I had been looking for. I need significant dental work. One of owners even came in who deals with implants and spoke of their quality work and his competence. At the end of the evaluation I was taken to their finance person who was supposed to contact my dental insurance and provide pricing for the suggested dental work. She said they would get back to me. It is now 20 days after the visit and I have yet to hear from them. Whenever I have had an evaluation in the past I received a printed record of the diagnosis with pricing. I never received that either.

Been going to this dentist for a few years now. I have been very pleased with the service and prices are reasonable. Sandra does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. My teeth are ultra sensitive and Im terrified of the dentist. She definitely puts me at ease. They are always on time, too. Their new office is new and modern, very nice.

With the covid-19 virus concerns, I wasnt sure if I would feel safe in a dental office but during my stay I saw people going around to stations cleaning chairs, doors, counters. One of the individuals cleaning told me they do complete cleaning of office every hour and after each patient their room they were in. Totally happy with the dentist and crew.
