Gentle Dental was recommended to me by a friend about eight months ago, and I have been very pleased. Initially, I had my teeth cleaned and examined. I was already aware of the condition of some of my older dental work and a few months later had the misfortune of breaking a tooth. I called Gentle Dental the next morning and they made time for me to come in that same day to begin treatment. I am usually the sort that grips the armrest, white-knuckled and tense, while anyone is working on me, but Dr. Kamel is very competent, caring and calming. Oh, and gentle! Everyone I encountered at this practice was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, clean establishment. The radiography process was a little unpleasant because my mouth is small and sensitive and they used a small probe to get all kinds of angles in my mouth. My gag reflex was triggered a couple times. My previous dentist had a panoramic X-ray machine and I didn’t have to suffer through uncomfortable probes being stuck in my mouth at weird angles and getting my soft tissue irritated/poked. A very professional environment and knowledgeable staff, it was just physically uncomfortable—I’m very used to having dental work, but someone who is more anxious or afraid of the dentist might not be so at ease in this office. Linda (the dental assistant, I assume) seemed very inviting and gentle, and was training a new assistant who informed me it was her first time performing radiographs; so my discomfort could have been attributed to the fact that this was her first time placing the probe. The female doctor (I cannot remember her name) was professional and assuring, yet brief. I would overall recommend this dentist, but if you’re someone who really struggles with going to the dentist and has a lot of fear, this office might not be for you.

I love the service I receive. Best of all if I have questions they are always answered so that I understand what is needed for keeping my own teeth in good health! I just had my teeth cleaned once again (7/20/2021) and it was fantastic, no cavity and teeth were cleaned again. I love the feel of clean teeth. Thanks for my care Gentle Dental!@!!!

Not impressed. The office isn’t very clean. The student who took my X-rays needed help and the assistant he grabbed to help him was rude. The orthodontist was even worse. Didn’t put together a comprehensive treatment plan, didn’t even go over options for braces, take pictures, or anything. When I found a better place and requested a refund for the deposit I had paid for the braces they told me it would take 6-8 weeks to process. Why? Office is not run well in my opinion. Somewhere else may be more expensive but you get what you pay for apparently.

No apologies for the remarks made under the breath (that they probably assume you didnt hear). And no apologies for trying to double charge for a service. Seriously, the front desk help and billing can ruin an entire visit all by themselves.

I decided to try this office because its super close to home and because they offered a free evaluation. Now Im thinking I would rather pay my $100 for an evaluation somewhere else where there is organization. I waited over 1 whole hour in the waiting area to get this free evaluation. The orthodontist seemed knowledgeable and I was looking forward to work with him. I actually feel bad for him because he is losing clients due to the office staff incompetency. After my evaluation, because the office was closing, they said they cant give me a cost estimate that day and that theyll call me and email me. Did not get email. Did not get call when promised. I got a call days after and the person was asking me what Im getting done. So clearly no estimate was ready. I had to keep calling and calling back, leaving messages everywhere, trying to get a hold of someone who can help. I was given all kind of excuses, the person who has your quote works from home so shes not available, the staff is on lunch, call the other office, theyll help you. Each office had no clue and kept transferring me and giving me different numbers to call, is this an international dentistry or something?!? I finally merged both offices on a 3 way call so they wont keep transferring me and needless to say I still dont have a cost estimate. Supposedly someone is going to call me. Im not keeping my hopes up anymore. Dont go to this office, its not worth the countless calls, miscommunication and headaches. I would rather pay somewhere else.

I was so pleased with my service today!I am a long time client of Gentle Dental (on 54th Avenue and Thunderbird). The whole staff, including the dentists, hygienist, and front office is full of very caring and kind people. I definitely recommend this Gentle Dental to everyone in need of dental work.UPDATE: I have been back recently (8/2021) and had another great experience here? I had five teeth worked on and fixed! I never thought Id love my dentist (Dr. Sylvia Kamel), her assistant (Linda), and the front desk, but I do! I highly, highly recommend THIS Gentle Dental office! 😊

Ive been going to gentle dental since my kids were little , always been a good experience there . Upgrades to the building have been nice and staff is very attentive and patient with our needs . Quality of service always a plus , even with new staff . Going to the dentist is always a scary thing but they manage to make it a good experience thank you so very much .

I had a great experience. All the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable enough to get my crowns done something I was supposed to do a long time ago! Dr. Hamblin was very patient with me and made sure I was comfortable and most of all happy with my new smile. I strongly recommend this Dental office. Sandra the manager is very helpful and made sure All my questions and concerns were addressed. She sure knows how patients should be treated.

Was told I needed to have all my top teeth taken out because of bone loss. They happened to be closed because of covid, so I went to another dentist who told me I only needed a DEEP CLEANING and I still have plenty of years to go with them. Im happy they were closed, I would have had all those teeth taken out for no reason!!!

Dr. Binghim is a perfectionist I went in for a crown and he didn’t like the way it fit so he sent it back so it would be a perfect fit instead of just putting the I’ll fitted crown on so I don’t run into problems down the road. Melissa the dental assistant is the best! She is so nice and funny, I really don’t like going to the dentist so she makes it a lot more comfortable for me! Thank you Melissa you’re the sweetest!

Amazing place to visit! The people their are so kind and professional at what they do. Just recently went to take my wisdom teeth out and the Surgical Doctor was beyond excellent of doing his work. Everything worked out smooth and fast without any pain. I also like to mention GiGi who is at the front office, she absolute an sweetheart and down to earth women who cares and has an interest in helping the patients at any cost! I went to have a wisdom tooth removed and it was super quick and painless! The staff was great and very helpful. I gave them my old insurance card and the receptionist was able to find my current provider and resolve everything really quick. Everyone was professional but also real friendly and laid back so I felt comfortable throughout the whole process which was quick btw! The Doctor was great and the assistants were super cool. Everyone there was great! I don’t want to have a reason to go back but if I do I will definitely be going back there!

You can completely tell that they cleaned house and replaced the entire staff with great ones. It’s not even like the same office. Well done Sandra and staff! I look forward to coming back next Monday to! And that’s saying something since it’s a dental office still.

This morning I had a temporary crown put in. I went home and had lunch. Afterword, I flossed my teeth...including the temporary crown! Of course, it came out. I drove back to the office and they got me right in - within 15 minutes. Melissa took care of me and was very efficient, pleasant, and friendly. Another person at this office who does a very good job is Alycia or Alicia. (Sorry, not sure of spelling) She is very organized and accurate with the billing for services rendered that day. ALL of the staff at this office are friendly, helpful, and professional. I have been going to this dental office for at least 15 years. This is the best assembly of staff Ive seen.

All of the dental staff were great. However, their Practice Manager Sandra Tarango, could use more training on how to do her job properly. She takes 100% credit for doing the billing and it shows. You are billed for services that should be covered by your insurance because of her inability to use the proper code and then blames you and your insurance. She doesn’t bill for services that were actually performed, therefore costing the company money. She never returns phone calls, claims there is no one above her and is incredibly rude. Surprise bills are the worst part about visiting a dentist, it isn’t the pain! I do not recommend this particular office simply do to her incompetence.

Dr Adashek was amazing. He did a great job of reassuring me when I was nervous about the procedure. He made sure that I was comfortable and understood everything that was happening. I would definitely recommend him!

I went to this dentist because I was having pain in my lower 2 front teeth. After several xrays, not done very well either. The Dr came in told me that I needed extensive cleaning, i knew that. Then told me I needed 2 root canals on the 2 teeth due to an infection. I was handed an estimate for 2 root cancel, deep cleaning, and 3 crowns totaling $8626! Seriously they are nuts. I went to a different dentist to get a second opinion, so glad I did. The invention is gone and there is NO NEED for 2 root canals. Deep cleaning and crowns total $3000. Gentle Dental, they are seriously a terrible place. The staff is incompetent, lazy and useless. The office is old, dingy, and so out dated. Just a sad experience all together. Always get a second opinion, especially if you go to this office.

My experience was awesome. The staff was wonderful, and caring. When the dentist gave my anesthetic i didnt even feel it thats what you call a GENTLE DENTAL. I am so grateful because I thought I was lose this tooth but he was able to save it and for that I am so grateful. I have found a good dentist and i would recommend it to anyone and i will be returning for my follow ups!

Been there three times and was very pleased ever time. the staff is friendly and answered all my questions. Gave me my total before my next visit so there would not be any surprises. I was happy with the way my cleaning went. I have to have a tooth pulled and they staff and doctor walked me through the process. Explained what will be done and gave me the total of the surgery. There prices are very reasonable and will apply any discount they can that is offered by my insurance. I will def be back and will recommend them to everyone I know!!

I had a very good experience at Gentle Dental. The hygienist Nedra is very knowledgeable and VERY gentle. She did a very good job at making me feel comfortable and kept checking on me periodically to make sure that I was not in pain. Dr. Bingham is also a very good dentist and I was impressed at how fast and painless the procedure was. I am happy to say that I have found my new dental home. Thank you all!

Went in for a consultation for Braces for my child. When we arrived there was no where to sit, the waiting room was packed. We waited 40 minutes to get an xray, was put into a room and then waited another 20 minutes for the DR to come into the room. He examined my sons teeth, told us estimated time he would need braces, answered one of my questions and left. He was in the room for no more than 3 minutes. Did not explain the process or other alternatives to braces. Waited another 5 minutes for someone to let us know we were done.Will never return, I would give this no stars if I was able.

I have had several procedures done at Gentle Dental and am very pleased with their treatment. I have had my teeth cleaned several times, 2 cavities filled, 1 tooth pulled and 3 crowns and have had absolutely no problems. I do request the same dentist every time, Dr. Hamblin. BEST perio scaling and planing ever, from Sheila. Used numbing gel instead of injections, with her 40 years experience i was done in less than an hour all 4 quads! She made sure I was safe, comfortable and well educated. Best dental experience of my life.

My 93 yr. old dad is hard to please. That being said, he and I are completely thrilled to have found Gentle Dental T-Bird. Super easy to make an appt., the front office staff greet us with a smile and are very friendly and professional. Dr. Bingham and his assistant, Melissa, are top notch! My dad has had two extractions, cleaning, filling and a partial made from this great team. No pain, no waiting, and most of all...their prices are totally FAIR. I was pretty nervous to take my two girls and 8 week old to the dentist by myself. My girls and I needed our teeth cleaned and I didnt want to leave the baby home. I had an awesome experience. The staff treated my girls (6 and 4) so sweet, they are actually excited to go back. They made time after my teeth cleaning to not only get 2 fillings done but to find me a room to let me feed my baby in beforehand. At the end the receptionist even came and held my baby while they finished my filling because he was getting upset. They took a situation that could have been so hard and stressful and made it a breeze. So grateful for this office!! Thank you!

I was told a crown would be $295, up from $250. OK, I understand. After temp crown was put in I was billed $420. Kind of late to go back. Doctor and tech rate 5 stars, billing practice 1 star.

Gentle Dental Thunderbird should be avoided at all costs. I went in to get a crown done, and I was treated very poorly by the staff. They did not give me enough painkiller and were rough and hasty (to the point of causing unnecessary pain, and bleeding!) when performing work in my mouth.The worst part was that they charged me $900 for a crown. It didnt feel right in my mouth so I went to another dentist and after x-raying it, they told me that it had been done completely wrong. In light of this, I sent a polite letter to Gentle Dental Thunderbird with my receipt and all necessary paperwork asking for my $900 back. Not a surprise, but I never heard back from them (even though I know they received it because USPS tracking shows it was delivered).Do yourself a huge favor and do not use Gentle Dental Thunderbird. Saving a little in the short-term is not worth the headache and bigger expenses down the road.

I came in roughly 2 weeks ago to get 2 teeth pulled and Dr. Ashraf is very good and he communicates with you the steps he is taking during the procedure I have never had that at a dentist office, he also called me later that day to make sure i was doing ok, thank you Dr. Ashraf.Today 8/26/19 I came in for my post-opt exam from 2 weeks ago to make sure everything is ok and it was except for one of my teeth that had been giving me problems during those 2 weeks waiting for my post-opt. Well they decided to do full exam x-rays, and they ended up pulling 3 teeth 2 more than I thought. Melissa was great on helping me stay calm and breath and she even let me give her hugs after everything was done, she is so nice and friendly we laughed and talked about our kids. The only down side to this last visit is I let them know that I couldnt take hydrocodone and he oopsed and wrote me the same script as last time. He was very busy today so I totally understand the mistake, I called their office and let know about the mistake and spoke with Sandra and she no problem calling me in another script for a pain medicine that I can take, thank you Sandra your a sweetheart😊. I will recommend them to my friends and anyone else who is looking for a good, trusting dentist that makes you comfortable going to the dentist. Thank you all you guys are good😊

Update: I’ve switched to the Gentle Dental Rio Vista office where Nedra moved to, Dr. Patel was 10x better in service and skill than Dr. Hamblin, and I recommend everyone to switch.I’ve been coming to this office for two years now. They’re not a perfectly oiled machine, but everyone who works there gives 110%. Sometimes I wait longer than I want, sometimes they run out of water and you have to wait. Really these are minimal issues in relation to the amazing attitudes and personalities of the staff. I usually just get my teeth cleaned by Nedra, because her Dental is so Gentle. I recently got to work with Melissa, who really made me feel loved. She must be an awesome mom, because I felt like she cared about my comfort and experience. I don’t like dental work done on myself, I really am coming for the people here and how they make me feel.

Went here 6 months ago for a cavity and wisdom teeth issues. They didnt give me a cleaning because they clearly didnt want to. They wanted me to leave as fast as possible so they could talk to their coworkers. Didnt set up an appointment for my cavity but had the audacity to set up a 6 month follow up appointment without asking me. Waste of time and money.

I’ve been going to this location for several years now and I love this office. I always see Dr Hamblin but this last time I saw Dr Bingham and he is every bit as good and professional as Dr Hamblin. I had to have the injection in the roof of my mouth and I swear to God, I hardly felt it. WOW is all I can say, that’s a first. And Melissa, his assistant, is just as awesome, very friendly, very detailed and very professional.

Not impressed. My first (and only) visit was for a cleaning, an exam & to have a crown re-cemented. First, the dentist tells his assistant I have all 4 wisdom teeth. Actually, I only have 3. Then he says I have no cavities & only need a regular cleaning, then he re-cements my crown. Then during my cleaning, which is done in about 10mins, she tells me I have some cavities & actually need a deep cleaning. Apparently the dentist didnt notice. Now, approx 1 month later, my crown has already come loose. Also, while I was in the chair, I was told my total for the day, would be $35. When I went to pay, I was charged $90. I wont be going back for my deep cleaning. Will definately be going somewhere else.

The front office staff are okay. The surgeon that I saw at this office was horrible. He rushed through my procedure (impacted wisdom tooth)....and I felt everything and he didnt care. There was nothing gental going on here. I was in pain for weeks. I would never go back to this office. You are only a number. I really have no idea who are giving this office good reviews.

Dr. Bingham is by far the kindest and most gentlest dentist I have ever seen! I have PTSD and am terrified of the dentist and he was so understanding and made sure I was doing ok several times during the procedure. Dr. Bingham THANK YOU so much!! Oh and I didnt feel a thing!

The front office staff is clueless and no helpful. The only good thing about this office is the dentist himself. They changed staff and they are rude. I stopped bringing my 2 youngest after my autistic son left crying because of the dental assistant. I stopped taking my oldest after getting nowhere with staff for a procedure he needs

If I could give negative stars I would! This office is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I went in yesterday with my son for an ortho evil and when I tried to confirm his appointment for today along with the appointment for my daughter they said he was not scheduled for a cleaning. The lady at the front desk was the ONLY person in the office who knew what she was doing. She was able to get my son in for his cleaning yesterday but we were there for a total of 4 hours. Today I took my daughter in to get her cleaning done and after waiting for over 30min they took her back and said she was not going to be able to get a cleaning and that she was only scheduled for an evaluation. The dental assistant helping us went to get a supervisor and after she asked me what the problem was, she interrupted me and asked me to be quiet and asked if she could speak now. If she didn’t care what the problem was she should never have asked. I will be taking my son elsewhere to get his $6000 worth of ortho work done and neither of my kids will be going here again. The front office staff is friendly and helpful but the dental assistants are rude, unprofessional, and unorganized!

I read a lot of reviews before going and, to be honest, was concerned based on what I had read. The good news is that I couldnt have been happier. I had to see the periodontist, Dr. Adashek. He and his assistant, Leslie, were the best I have ever encountered. They were professional, clean, straightforward and honest. The doctor performed the exam himself rather than having someone else do it (a first for me), and he spent an inordinate amount of time with me discussing my situation.The other folks at this office were also tremendously patient, professional and kind. Sam and Kristin were very helpful. Dr. Hamblin spent time with me as well, looking over everything and making recommendations.For someone that hates and fears the dentist, I couldnt have been happier. I hope to these doctors going forward. Ive found a dental home!!

Very unorganized and no clear communication. This office is loosing our business now because of their lack of organization. We originally went in a month ago for x-rays and cleaning. Upon entering we were told we would only have x-rays because it was too late for the cleanings. We then set our cleanings and my husbands dental work for today and we were told that they would only complete part of my husbands dental work for today after originally being told that he would have all of it done. This is a huge inconvenience being that we both work and have one vehicle. We intentionally plan appointments in advance together so that we dont miss work etc. The dentist and hygenist are great hiwever the front office staff are who are causing me to write this review. Set appointments with the time needed to complete the work and have clear communication. We are very disoppinted with the service here and wont be back

Been going to this practice for 25 years. Declining horribly. The office staff is unprofessional now and treat customers rudely even at check in. Jonathon was more concerned with training new staff than answering a single question and who is he anyways? An inner city type who is used to pushing amd shoving others around. Ghetto actually. Dont bother with Gi Gi either. This lady doesnt even dress professional and she interrupts then decides to use her lunch as an excuse to not help you after she came to the front to help you. Will not be back. I explained to November last year things there had declined. Now I am telling the public. Dont come here. They cant get billing right, will not treat you right, and are not servicing at least Anglos correctly! Reason there stars on reviews are stuck at 2 out of 5.

I have been going to gentle dental for 4-5 years now and today was the best visit I had the receptionist was kind although I was running a tad late and once i got to meet Nedra the dental hygienists she was superb in her work she explained every thing to me “WOW” I’m usually tense when I go because of the pain I know I’m about to face but thx to Nedra I never felt it today she let the numbing stuff before the shot sit for a while and once she did the shot I never felt the pain she was conversating with me through out my whole procedure she was very patient with me and answered all of my questions very well thx god I have found a new dentist office

The dentist them selves have been amazing I had a lot a problem with the front office.They only submitted authorization for Nitrous and the office visit. This was why my Insurance did not cover the $300 extraction cost. I paid cash because my son took off work when I made the appointment and asked if there were going to be any problems they said no. With my previous dentist my extraction the year before same type no authorization needed insurance paid it was no problems. They took me in was an hour latter they stated I need to come back in a couple of weeks because I needed pre authorization which insurance states was not needed. Plus it never got submitted anyway. Im out 368.00 because I cant get my credit nor I cant get them to submit the insurance claim either. Dumb..I asked if they could submit a retro claim they said no problem. This was November 22nd. I contacted my insurance. Gental Dental never submitted for retro authorization nor did they submit anything the 1st of January for a filling or Crown. My insurance did pay for nitrous and X-rays for Oct visit so I have a credit I cant get back from Gental Dental either.Insurance stated Gental Dental does not need pre-authorization to do my fillings but, are asking to assure payment. But, by not submitting for them they are denying me proper treatment. Im on Medicare so treatment I do receive is limited anyway. DO NOT GO HERE.. I love the dentist though. Sucks for them support staff doesnt do there job.Good job you can file a complaint with the insurance company for non compliance.

The front office staff were always nice, but the main ortho dentist , has rescheduled every single one of our appointments, and when rescheduled we never got done what they told us, seemed unorganized and never followed through to what they said was going to be done. I will be switching locations...

I have had a decent time through this office until today. The dentist was short and did not thoroughly explain exactly what I needed done. When the staff came in and told me I needed work done on other teeth I didnt come in for, and rto extract another tooth that the doctor didnt explain to me, I was EXTREMELY confused and didnt understand what was going on. The woman who checked me out was more informative, but the staff that checked me in asked me 3 different times what tooth was bothering me, and took my crags and read it upside down and kept saying other teeth. By the time the dentist came in and rushed out I was already confused and overwhelmed. I went to a different dentist right after I left, who told me he doesnt have to remove my tooth and did my root canal and deep cleaning right then and was wonderful. This was desert Palm Dentistry on 35th avenue and bell road they did an exceptional job, and they even accept payment plans. I wouldnt recommend gentle dental as a first choice.

My husband went here yesterday because he was supposed to get three extractions, and we heard that it was a great place to go. He was only able to get two of the three extracted because the third was WAY too painful even after being given a local anesthetic. The dentist had told my husband after two tries at taking the third tooth out, and being given more anesthetic, to raise his hand if it was too painful... my husband then started to tell the dentist that he didnt want to try again but was cut off mid sentience and went right back in. His jaw was shaking so bad because of all the trauma. I understand that there is bound to be some pain when it comes to getting dental work done, but there was by no means anything gentle about the little shop of horrors my husband went to. He is on Suboxone and listed that on his paperwork, so he cannot be on pain medication and he is in a world of hurt right now. He is supposed to go back next week to get the third tooth out, but he really doesnt want to because of how beat up he got yesterday.

Ive been coming here for a few years for both dental and orthodontia, the customer service has always been mediocre at best. The administrative team has gone through at least 5 different front desk receptionists (with another new one today). Ive had braces through Dr. Rishi Popat for almost 3 years now, his customer service used to be great until I asked him Could you please explain to me what these rubberbands do? To which he responded with Excuse me? I cant explain every little thing to youI understand that Im not an orthodontist, but the least he could do is explain that its correcting my bite, or correcting a specific tooth or fixing flared teeth. Its always been very weird interactions since that day up until today 8/21/17. I had an appointment at 11:30am that I was going to be late for as I moved to Chandler from Glendale. I called the office and spoke to the receptionist telling her I was going to be late. She stated Youre fine, well see you when you get here.I drive all the way to Glendale and arrive at 11:53am, the receptionist says Weve got you in, well call you shortly. The orthodontia team then tells me He just left, let me go see if we can catch him. They walk down the hall then I see Dr. Popat walk down the hall shortly after him. The guy comes back and says Im sorry, hes gone. I said No, I literally just saw him walk down the hall. They run back again and grab him, he comes to the front and says Shes late, Im going to lunch.Not only was the reaction distasteful, but the customer service was atrocious. Have your front desk team notify patients if theyre going to be late to reschedule not to show up and be shown the door.Outside of that situation the braces are going ok, the doctor states he can only do so much with a cross bite, yet there has been no use of additional measures outside of rubberbands and a removable palatal expander. Ill be checking with a Gentle Dental closer to me to see if their experience and treatment plan will be better.The dental service is ok as well, the hygienists have gone through the same turnover as the receptionists. They had a few great hygienists, but theyre both gone, one to a better opportunity and the other to who knows what. I believe theres currently 2 hygienists, one thats pretty good she gets the job done but doesnt go above and beyond like the ones that had left. The other one, however, is a nightmare. She rushes through the entire process, isnt thorough and was watching her child during my cleaning.Once I get these braces off I wont be using this chain for dental services of any sort.

Staff seem nice enough, I was told that this place is concerned about your well being and making you happy, but that wasnt my experience - they certainly dont cater to cowards like me. The first sign of being scared, the endodontist stopped everything ripped off my gas mask, took off his mask and gloves and said he cant do it if Im going to act upset, because he was behind. I had to beg him to finish my root canal. Not very pleasant. Dr Hamblin is a bit nicer, but also seemed to get frustrated quite quickly when I initially showed signs of fear when he started drilling. He too stated he wouldnt be able to finish.... But he did. In neither case was I doing anything out of the ordinary, other than show some fear, before they got upset. Definitely not a place for kids, no patience with patients! Hopefully future appts will go better, as I have a couple more to go before treatment is done.

They get 4 stars because they missed an appointment that I had already premedicated for. Other than that, service was good, prompt and thorough.

I see were people of posted that the place has been cleaned up. However in the exam room I saw quite a bit of grime and dirt on the machines. Was not pleased with the office manager.

Worst dental experience of my life, after going in to have a crown recemented & having absolutely no pain at the time they proceeded with what they do try to upsell you like a used car salesman & provide amateur work at premium prices. Of course my old crown was no good so they had to make a new one (only way for them to make more money). When they put on their crown it bothered me immediately but was told it just takes time to settle. After a couple of adjustments it was marginally better but still bothered me. As time went on it continually got worse to the point I could not eat or sleep my whole jaw from ear to chin was killing me. Another 2 visits to have faulty crown removed & a root canal & of course more charges. After the root canal they left a piece of bone imbedded in my gum for a couple of weeks but of course not their fault said bone came through my gum BS!! more of their shoddy work. Tired of having this annoying abrasion on my gum I took my finger & flicked it off, popped right off no bleeding or rawness under it so was definitely caused by their negligence. Now I go back to get the crown redone another couple of visits crown replaced & in less than 6 months the crown pops off. Another visit to have crown recemented did not even last 5 hours before the crown actually broke now its missing a piece & will need to be replaced again. Every time I have gone in there its another different rookie dentist so far I have seen 6 dentists at the office. After 9 visits much money & wasted time I am worse off than when I started & have no confidence the the abilities of the dentists used at Gentle Dental. So far after all Ive been through no one at the office has shown any compassion for my situation or do they seem to care at all about customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor & steer clear of this place!

Never trust what they say the lady on the phone told me it was a free oral surgery consultation inorder to see how much they gonna charge for extracting my wisdom teeth,, when i got to the office the lady at the from desk was rude and said theres a fee its not free so i just walked away ... Never come back!!!

I was very scared,to get my teeth and gums scraped but the hygentenist was so understanding we had to quit because of my anxiety but she was so encouraging I will go there to get all my work done I cant pronounce her name but she was wonderful

Call to have some information and at end I said that I was gonna call back and the person who answered hang up on me didnt say anything ok or bye really bad customer service and when I was asking questions her attitude was really bad I was thinking of going there but not no more!!

One of the worst experiences Ive had , not only do they milk the insurance coverage you have , they proceed to insult your teeth discoloration that is a Medical issue , Im a life long patient on antibiotics ,and was insulted when she said theirs nothing I can do about it . Thank You Maria for the boost of self confidence in my smile , hope your never in my shoes

Not recommended, my teeth get fix and never feel the same again, it became pointy and always get food stuck in between.
