Dr. Scott Lee was friendly, cared about my issues and was very thorough and took the time to explain my situation. Offered various options, and I felt so much better when I left his office. His office staff were all very nice too.

I have been a patient of Dr. Merritt for over 30 years and he is hands down the best ever. Thirty years ago I unfortunately suffered a bicycle accident where I shattered my hip socket. Long story short after one Doctor documented he might have to take my leg. Dr. Merritt upon examining me assured me that in his many years of practice he had never had to amputated anyones leg. Thirty years later Im still riding, no pain. Thanks to you Dr. Merritt and your staff.

I saw Dr. Saber regarding an injury to my hand. She made time to see me within a day of the accident. The office was well run; all of the assistants and nurses were kind and courteous. Dr. Saber was warm, knowledgeable and clear in her diagnosis and instructions for recovery. The office was clean and they had implemented proper precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Dr. Lee and Korinae are wonderful...kind, compassionate and encouraging. I have felt completely at ease and cared for with Dr. Lee...he was my 3rd opinion, but definitely my first choice for a surgeon. Was told 5 years ago that I would need a knee replacement but should wait until I was older because Id probably need another one. My morale suffered, I quit exercising, and gained weight while the quality of my work and life suffered greatly not to mention 5 years of excruciating pain and side effects of pain meds.Doctor Merritt restored my hope in just my first visit. He thoroughly educated me on why I needed a much less evasive procedure and not a full replacement. My only regret is I didnt see him 5 years ago. I cant wait to have my knee done by him!

I have experienced several orthopedic issues through the years and in each instance I relied on Adventist Health in Glendale. I am deeply appreciative of the professional response from registeration to, especially and unfailing success in treatment. Highly, highly recommend. Dr Cyran, who was also my surgeion for shoulder issues, continues to keep me going successfully with my severe knee pain issues. Cannot praise her professionalism and care enough.

Doctor Merrit has performed the Mako Plasti knee surgery on two members of my family already. My father who at the time was 83, my wife who was 63, now it is my turn and I have the utmost faith in his experience and capability. I would recommend him to anyone needing to get rid of the knee pain, but that does not want to completely lose their knee and end up with several months of rehab. Both of the past operations on my family, allowed them to walk within a few days after the operation.

Dr Merrit performed both of my hip replacements and I recently returned for a partial knee replacement. I wouldn’t have gone to any other for my surgeries. He’s professional, caring, and answers questions so the patient has an understanding about what’s going on. A true leader in his profession and I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Cyran is an excellent physician and surgeon. She provided information and described my options so that I made an informed decision to have a partial knee replacement. I enjoyed her visits post-op and she is great at answering all my far fetched questions. And don’t let me forget Dr Cyran’s staff, they are warm and very helpful.

Dr. Scotts nurse assisting me was very rude to me. Refused to include in an xray a part of my spine which just blows my mind. Never gave me the prescription for physical therapy even though I called and left messages for her, spoke with the doctor about it once, and have emailed. I gave up and am looking for another doctor to take a look at my back as what happened to me which caused me to come in has happened again, yet I have no recourse or a doctor I can call, no physical therapy. Its been a total joke.

I had both hips replaced at the same time 5 week ago by Dr. Philip Merritt, and after 5 years of not being able to walk even one step without a walker, I am already walking unaided for short distances (approx. 70 ft.). If you need hip or knee replacement, do not hesitate. Go get a consultation from Dr. Merritt. He is a talented surgeon with a great bedside manner! He works with some other excellent surgeons, like Dr. Cyran, who will be doing a shoulder replacement surgery on me next summer. I have met with Dr. Cyran twice and she is very knowledgeable, experienced, and also very kind. For orthopedic problems, this is the place to go to get the help you need.

Dr. Merritt has repaired a broken leg and performed dual partial knee replacements for me. The recovery time was quicker than expected due to Dr. Merritts surgerical skills. Everything was first rate from beginning to end. He explained both procedures in details and I felt very comfortable in his care. Right shoulder full reverse total replacement,Left shoulder rotator cuff repair. From the doctors to the nurses to the regular staff...Amazing detail to care and comfort. Shoulders are painful but the staff and the nurses did their best to keep me comfortable.

Recently had knee surgery at Glendale Adventist with Dr. Abdulian. I found him to be knowledgeable and willing to answer my question as well as thoroughly review information about my surgery with me. The surgery went well and I feel like I’m already on a strong path to getting back to the activities that I love. I came out after reducing the fracture ... to be operated, a few days later in France ... the surgeon, told me they had done a good job ....
