Pretty good spot, never been a a chiropractor in my life and The Joint made this new experience pretty easy...Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although going here hasnt completely alleviated my pain (through no fault of their own), it has certainly helped, they were the first to say if this isnt helping at all to stop coming here and they could help with some potential next steps.

My daughter, now 8 months, had been adjusted by Dr. Kenny since she was 3 1/2 months after she got her tongue ties released. He has been regularly adjusting my husband and I ,and just of recent our 10 year old. Michael at the front desk is very helpful and even remembers the family by name! They are great at their jobs!!

I came into The Joint Chiropractic to alleviate ongoing pain from Psoriatic Arthritis and some accompanying sciatic pain. I feel so much better. Both Dr. Nick and Dr. Ken, really listen and take the time to make sure you feel better. So relieved that I found some Drs that I can trust.

HORRIBLE...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...TOOK OVER $200 DOLLARS FROM MY HUBBY AND....ONLY HAD 3 CRACKS BUT SHOULD HAVE HAD MORE..THERE FRONT DESK IS TERRIBLE.... They tell you one thing over the phone another thing when you get there and then have to put you on hold to go ask another person when you just want basic questions answered now Im out of over $200 I literally have been there maybe 3 times..Save your money save your stress and go somewhere else just not this office they are terrible mark my words!

Simple light hearted atmosphere. The docs are fun. I can carry good conversations if I want or simply relax while they do their thing. Clean facility. Easy in and out.

Dr. Nick at the joint has been the primary source of my ability to get rid of my back medication. I have had to increase the dose of my medication for 21 years. It made my stomach hurt and gave me extreme fatigue and tiredness. Dr. Nick adjusting me every week for a few years has given me the stability in my back muscles to steadily gently stretch and regain some of the flexibility in my back. I am now on my way to healing completely. When I receive my adjustment, my inflammation is much less and I am so much more hopeful that I will be able to live more fully and less painfully for the future.

FRAUD!!! The Joint has been fraudulently charging my account for months. I have tried to cancel with them on multiple occasions and they keep charging me every month. The Joint at 59th and the 101 has been stealing from me for months. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MONTHLY BILL!!! They will not cancel it when you are done.EDIT: The second time we tried to cancel they said they would refund us and can confirm this did NOT happen!Second Edit: Response to The Joint: We did turn in the paperwork...In March...it is now October.

So far my three visits have been great! I have seen a different chiropractor every time which have all been excellent. The front desk has been very friendly and helpful. Although at other chiropractic offices the visits were longer and some had rolling heating tables and massages or whatever, I like getting in and out more quickly. I would recommend the Joint.

Super awesome relaxing atmosphere, I cannot remember the doc I got, I will update once I remember but it was an amazing experience. Never in my life had I been able to crack my back like that or my neck!! Wowzzaaa, thanks a million 💜 I feel like I can finally relax my muscles. 100%recommended.

The front desk told us to come at 10:00 am on Sunday. When we reached, the door was locked and nobody around. Very unprofessional! I can’t comment yet on the chiropractic service!!

Quick and easy and the doctor remembers me every time. The woman at the front desk is very nice and personable. My adjustments are going well and Im feeling improvement each week so far. Chiropractic Care is not cheap, but if youre uncomfortable, the Joint is a good value.

I wont be returning to this location. I was having pain in my hip and I went to get adjusted using my plan (15 dollars per visit). Apparently they forgot to charge me for an earlier visit in in the month and decided to charge me double without telling me. The office manager was rude and condescending when I called about being double charged. I had enough money in the bank to pay for one visit, not two. She had to audicity to ask if I thought I deserved a free visit. No, I dont, but I expect you to talk to me before you charge me DOUBLE what I am expecting. If you had, I would have just lived with the pain until payday. She agreed to credit me the charge but only after I had to lose my cool. There are several Joints around the Arrowhead area and I will choose to go elsewhere from now on, even though this is the one closest to my work. Unbelievable.

The fact you can get in right away, and get that “finger out of the door” is a huge benefit. Was surprised to find out that there is no muscle work though. Love the concept, affordability, and convenience

I have been going to this location for a few years now. Dr. Nick and his staff are amazing. They remember me by name and check me in as soon as they see me come through the door. I get 1-2 adjustments a week and I leave the office feeling great. The adjustments really help my posture. Highly recommended!

I went to see Dr. Lehnert for the first time today and had a great experience. I have been suffering with major pain and tingling in rt arm with upper back and neck pain for 2 weeks. After Dr Lehnerts adjustments I have considerably less tingling feeling and pain. I would DEFINITELY recommend The Joint. Oh and by the way it is very affordable.

Doctor Nick is great. Im a bigger guy and a guy his size can help crack me without trying to body slam me because Im a bigger guy. I recommend him by far over any other location.

This is the worst Joint I have been to. Ive never been able to be seen without having to wait at least a half hour or longer. Although its on my way home, i have to drive a mile out of my way to go elsewhere because the consistant wait time. Any other joint i can go in and be seen almost immediately. Drive the extra mile and go elsewhere, you will STILL save time.

I give Dr.Carol 5+++stars. The day she started working on me is the day i got better. I have been going to The Joint on and off for maybe 1-2 years, i did good under the other Dr.s there but i didnt get the relief Ive gotten like i do now with Dr. Carol. She is awesome.

Im on the wellness plan which makes my visits super affordable and theit hours make it easier to get here on my days off and its super quick and convenient for a regular adjustment. I have been going to Chiropractors off and on since the early 90s. Some I would never go back to, some are ok, some good but only a few are great. Joann at The Joint not only is in the Great category she is without a doubt the best Chiropractor I have ever seen!
