I went to this location with a friend on a Sunday. I had plans to browse what they had and gave them my drivers license and told the receptionist I wasn’t planning on buying anything. I said “I’m curious and I’m just here to look around.” The receptionist was great. He understood and said someone would be with me. I was greeted by a bud tender and went to the back. The bud tender tells me if I have no intention of buying then he can’t show me anything. Wait..what?? So if I don’t buy anything they can’t show me what they have? Yep! I requested to speak with a manager who said “We are a privately owned business and we aren’t required to provide anything in writing as to why we cannot serve a customer who isn’t buying anything.”In business, sometimes the customer needs to be educated before they’re a buyer.On their website, they state they treat all their customers like family. I won’t be back. There are plenty of other dispensaries who will satisfy my curiosity without requiring me to pay for an item. Eventually, this dispensary will realize sometimes it’s better to educate a customer than to treat a customer without equality.

To anyone who enjoys Ponderosas Sunday special of coppertop “littles”….beware. If you bought Kings Stash today; their fliers advertised 24+% THC, clearly it’s 19.07%. They changed the flyer as soon as I brought it to their attention so no one would say anything. But alas, here I am saying it. Oh, Phil, the “retail lead” made ME feel like I was the bad person for addressing this concern. I am picky, it’s my money, my flower I have the right to bring these issues up. And the fact that I had to travel to and from my house to their spot twice did not matter to them i suppose-it was very inconvenient in more ways than one. 2 stars for swapping the mislabeled bud and not offering, then denying me a Karma preroll for the inconvenience.

Online Order is constantly cancelled. Called and said that one of my items was out of stock. Their competitors contact you and make changes so you can still get your other items. No priority or breaks for medical patients even though we are the reason they have been open so long and so successful. Really disappointed I need to find a new place. Spent lots of $$$ here, sad to see med patients arent important to this establishment anymore.

This dispensary regularly and intentionally advertises false prices in order to draw customers in. They had an advertised price on leafly and I called to confirm the price. The person at the front desk confirmed the price and I drove way out of my way and spent $20 on fuel just to get there. Only to be informed that my call brought it to their attention that they had misrepresented themselves and they refused to honor the price that they advertised.

I have been coming to this dispensary forever and LOVE all of the bud tenders! As a former budtender myself, seeing the care they pour into each interaction with each patient is so valued! I have never had a problem at this dispensary until today. I pre-ordered a strain, THC testing at 26.71 percent per the website. After picking up, once in car I verified what I purchased to find its THC was 16.51 percent. I returned only minutes after leaving and was told they could do nothing. That they did have that strain at the higher THC but it sold out quick and was replaced with the lower THC. They refused to change out or help. $25 wasted as I am a daily smoker and need the higher levels of THC. If you frequent this establishment do not trust online test percentages.. on pre orders verify before leaving. additionally I did look over the the paper menu while waiting, and compared it to online menu. There was only one triangle kush listed online showed 26.71 percent while their paper menu had it testing at 16.51.. they made a mistake and refused to take accountability.

What can I say the flower is what you want and what you need. It is slightly priced higher then any other house flower but this is not just any ordinary house flower. If it wasnt for the cost of crystal I think every 8th should come in a crystal jar because thats what this cannabis deserves. You can go down to their value shelf and still beat out most of the stuff in the valley and when you play with the premier shelf you will have some of the best times of your life. Really friendly and considerate staff. Nice decor and ambiance. You def get what you pay for / items are priced accordingly for quality. Highly recommend the Sonoran Roots brand for flower and Canamo for concentrates. Also, the Canamo CBD shatter is a hidden gem for daytime dabbing and I’ve never been able to find CBD Concentrates anywhere else.

Was coming here frequently because they have great flower but after saving up hundreds of dollars worth of points they just somehow completely lost my account and all records of me purchasing products here. They said theres nothing they can do and Ill just have to restart and lose all i saved previously. Absolutely ridiculous Ill go elsewhere from now on.

I have been going to big name dispensaries since recreational use was made legal recently. I stumbled across this place after doing some research online for deli style dispensaries. Upon entering I had the door held open for me by security and had an overwhelmingly pleasant greeting from the entire team on shift. There was great music playing at a reasonable volume and the venue itself was tasteful and trendy. The team on duty advocated for me to set up an account to claim my 15% off due to my veteran status. My account was promptly established and I was personally taken to the back by a bud tender who treated my like I was family. We conversed about the different strains avaliable and the effects they had. After he carefully handpicked some high quality flower I paid, tipped, and returned home.After getting a chance to observe the flower I instantly knew this was a cut about the rest. The flower is meticulous trimmed and was bursting with trichomes. The terpenes were strong creating a candy like odor while the flavonoids made up the deep, dark, rich purple color you see in the photo.With the prices being incredibly reasonable, the staff being A1, and the flower top shelf they have definitely won my business for life. So to be honest I just used these guys for my B1G1 first time deal, I pass 5 dispensarys on the way and had no plans of going back. With that said, there was a line out front, but they got me in super quick, less than 10 minutes. The place is very clean, and staff is very professional and friendly. I was immediately impressed. I picked up an eighth of Wedding Cake, and Apple Fritter, a couple of relaxing hybrids. The flower is grown in house, has a good dense structure, a nice sparkling trichrome development, strong terpene profile, and its been cured just right; its been dried enough that youre not paying for water weight, but is still moist and sticky. The high is superb. This is their midshelf, and compares to most places top shelf. They have temporarily done away with daily deals In the current environment, as people say, but if the price is right I will go out of my way to come back. And get this, this was an honest review done out of appreciation and not a free preroll!

Huge shout out to Phil from yesterday morning, he was essential in acquiring some amazing flower! I appreciate his suggestion, even though they changed their discount from 20% to 10% for DA/FAs, I still love this dispensary and the medicine they provide is extremely high quality.

These guys were super awesome in super friendly I was the 1st time patient there so I was able to receive a buy 1 get 1 on a one g of cartridge from kind. They actually got me in-and-out in less than 15 minutes which is super awesome and I will definitely return to this location again from the looks out front though does not look like they have started doing recreational for those who do not have a medical card.

Girlfriend just spent 20 minutes on hold then got hung up on. Also went to buy 1/8ths of wax and said they were in stock but when we got there they were out. I offered to buy 7 single grams for the price of 2 eights and NO CAN DO. They want 50% more just because its packaged in gram packages instead of the normal 1/8ths. No thank you. Will be finding another dispensary and recommend you do as well. This is the second time this has happened to me.

Im here alot, that kush mints is among other strains that always has me coming back, worth every penny.

The staff is nice. The carts are not. This is some of the darkest discolored distillate I have ever seen. I have previously made cartridges for a company in LA. When I look at the distillate from the Pura Blackberry Kush, its so dark I dont plan on touching it. It looks nothing like the photos on their website.My friend bought two half gram carts and I am going to toss them.I dont know what theyre putting in their distillation that makes the top of the liquid so dark!!Its either being mixed with something sketchy or their carts are sitting for months without being moved. This is not something I want in my lungs.Also the carts are dropping a LOT. It looks like a fifth of my half gram is already missing. The cart should not be dropping this low even after filling. This would not pass QA where I worked if it was dropped this low.I took some photos of the carts and uploaded them here for reference;Look at the white background picture (PURAs stock image) vs the 3 photos of the cart I got. They dont look alike in any capacity.In the stock image you see a clear, golden distillate that we can visibly see through that it doesnt have additives. In my photos its so dark you could wear them as sunglasses and still not see theough them. These should not be sold.They need to step up their QA because these look like fake carts that are going all over the US.I will be giving 2 stars because the staff are really knowledgeable and friendly, and its not on them for the inventory theyre getting rid of.

Everyone is always polite and goes out of their way to make sure you are as comfortable as possible, despite the heat. Their rapid service to get to you is quick as to get on with your day. Its a very clean, nice looking environment that feels safe. A delicious selection of edibles is offered.

I absolutely love coming to this dispensary. The staff seem to always have a smile, well they did before the masks😜😷. Anytime I ever had a problem with an order the staff have been quick to fix it. The flower has yet to disappoint. The lobby is always clean, cool, and welcoming, free water is offered as well; and the back is clean and orderly, with an open display of products for you to easily browse.Parking can be a bit difficult, if youre afraid of walking across the street. The line always moves at a decent pace, so youre not standing for long and shade has been offered, along with misters to help keep customers cool. In-store ATM, express pick up by phone or Leafly.They are now expanding their store into the space to left, so excited cant wait to see how it turns out!

The prices already include the tax. Their products are of the highest quality. They have great deals and daily specials. The staff is great. Sounds like your standard review, right? Well let me tell you about the stuff that makes them better than the rest. I purchased 3 cartridges, out of the 3, only 1 worked for me. So brought them back for a refund. So it turns out that line is no longer available because they have been having too many problems with them. Makes sense, seeing as how I was having said problem. Not only did they refund me, instead of giving me what I paid for, they upgraded the cartridges to a higher quality brand. To put it into easily understood terms, I got $70 worth of cartridges for $50. No fuss, no muss. Thats why it is the only store for me. Check them out (if you are legally able to) I highly recommend them.

They have a really cool point system for one. Their staff is so fun and friendly. Love the variety of selection. They always have what I want and have great recommendations. Great experiences every time.

Great flower! like, actually well-grown (a rarity for AZ). their midshelf is as good as most boutique jars and their topshelf is like Cali weed. plus, their staff is actually well-versed and knowledgeable; you can ask them questions and they’re friendly and happy to help. special shoutout to Derrick, who sent me home with four of the nicest looking, smelling and smoking strains i’ve encountered in months. love that tax is included and the price breaks for quantity (try that with jars, ha). even if you live on the east side, i’d still make the trip. when your place reeks so bad you have to seal up your stuff, and you realize a joint doesn’t need to be a gram to be effective (looking at you NF), you’ll see it was worth it.

I really thought this place was going to destroy the competition...Unfortunately since the recent changes, I spend a minimum on 40 minutes here if I order ahead. For some strange reason people who dont order ahead are helped first.If I preorder my stuff some random person will walk up behind me in line and they ask the person did you have a preorder? if they say no I dont have a preorder. they might go to the front of the line.Used to be, the people in the back could help check out the preorders. The reason this is a problem is a lot of people preorder from them, so the line for preorders is going to be longer. There is no point in preordering now.

I love this place more each time I pick up. I asked for big buds on the wedding cake strain.... Well they didnt have em.Today I picked up and the buds were giant. I buy a day or two before I smoke it...few days to finish curing...turns into one hit chit. Keep on .
