I greatly appreciate the staff as well as Dr. Wardell. This office runs on time, has an extremely skilled team, and they collectively made my experience a great one! The team all flows nicely, explains each step, the reason for it and made my experience delightful. This office is immaculate, especially during this Covid-19 Pandemic, this element matters to me greatly.

Amazing staff, just wonderful people. Dr. Wardell is the best as well. So personable and welcoming. Very professional and always kind. I am glad both my girls got their braces with this office. Would highly recommend!!!

Dr Wardell and his staff are always so friendly and helpful. We had a concern regarding my daughter’s last appointment and Dr Wardell called us back right away and reassured us this sudden space between her front teeth was normal. This prevented us from having to come back to the office the next day. .

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Wardell Orthodontics. Dr. Wardell and his staff are friendly, caring, professional and always on time. Their new office procedures to treat patients during COVID-19 are well thought out, and I feel very comfortable having my daughter come in for appointments. We are nearing the end of her treatment, and her teeth look perfect. Looking forward to bringing our next child here in a couple years.

Braces off today! I cant say thank you enough to Doctor Wardell and his staff. As an adult getting braces for the first time they process was nothing but amazing. I loved his staff from the front of the office to the ladies that worked on me right beside Doctor Wardell. He was informative, honest and caring. Five stars is not a high enough rating for what he did for me and my overall self confidence. Thank you! Highly recommend! A true professional.

They are simply amazing!

When I was looking for the phone number I noticed the odd negative review. After reading it I figured I should post about our extremely positive experience, especially regarding things the negative review pointed out.I dont know how other orthodontists set their hours but I have two tween sons and I have never felt inconvenienced--even taking into account that the boys can only make appointments in the 3:30pm-5pm window. The receptionists are always kind and welcoming. There have been numerous times when my son knocked a wire loose or was getting poked in the cheek and they have always fit us in the same day. They have even kept the office open past closing time for us. There have been a couple times when one of the assistant orthodontists opened the locked office to clip a wire outside of hours.Dr. Wardell is one of the most charismatic and instantly likable people I have ever met. He had never been rude or short with us--and we have definitely not been the easiest family to deal with. My oldest son got expanders on the top and bottom at the same time. The first night, he was panicking because he felt he couldnt eat or drink. My wife then panicked because he was panicking. Dr. Wardell returned our call at 10PM on a FRIDAY night. He talked my wife and son out of a collective panic and within a day my son got used to how the hardware felt and was just fine. I cannot picture ANYTHING the negative reviewer claims coming out of Dr. Wardells mouth. Our overall experience has been excellent.I dont normally review things but I decided it was important to do so here since the positive reviews were without comments and the negative review was so long.

Firstly I would like to say I’ve been with this orthodontist and his staff for a year. This orthodontist office is only open Monday-Thursday. They will not tell you that when you come in to start a contract, but they will put it in your contract. ( kind of like buying a car ). I was excited to get braces finally, yet ignorant at the time for not throughly reading my entire contract. Secondly they are always booked and take a 1hour lunch from 12-1pm the four days they are in the office. I would like to say that I’m genuinely happy to hear people have had good experiences, but mines was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Worse than Comcast, chase, comed, and any company I’ve dealt with put together. Anytime you call in, the receptionists have a wonderful tone of voice, but they are actively trying to get you off the phone as soon as they can. I was trying to place an appointment to get the wires off my braces for a deep cleaning and the receptionist had tried to tell me I don’t need the prosecure, and that my dentist can clean my teeth with them on, and my dentist was only suggesting that because it would be better for them. ( news flash, what ever is better for the dentist is going to be a better result for myself ). This experience with the receptionist made me feel uninvited and not cared for. Later on that day, I asked for Dr. Wardell to give me a call around 5:00 pm. Dr. Wardell called me around that time with a rude attitude after I told him respectively the horrible service I was having. Dr. Wardell replied with very smart comments and did not seem like the professional I thought he was. I asked Dr. Wardell if his office can send me my contract so I can look at other options I may have for another orthodontist and he replied with “ I WOULD GLADY TERMINATE YOUR CONTRACT”, as well as he told me “If your not going to talk I’m going to hang up the phone”. I replied with “ I do not want to terminate my contract, just see my options”. His disrespectiful/smart responses did not upset me as much as he was upsetting himself, yet made me cry after getting off the phone with him. In my honest opinion, I believe Dr. Wardell puts on a great act of being a good all around guy who’s very conversational and friendly, but when you have seen his other side it’s actually quite frightening and unusual, as on the outside he does seem like a friendly doctor. Being here for a year, in the beginning it’s great, but later on you tend to find out that the customer service is extremely unprofessional. I am aware their office has amazing reviews, that’s actually why I signed a contract with this office. I wish this office the best of luck. I have nothing against Dr. Wardell or any of his staff personally even after how he has treated me, I have had good conversations with the dental assistants, which seems to be the only people in the office who seem kind and caring. I just wanted to share my story and my experience of working with Dr. Wardell. I’m a bit scared he might mess up my teeth now and not take care of me how he should be , as I I still have a few months so wish me luck. Please read your contract and call the office a few times to take notice of the customer service. Thank you.
