This is a very nice practice. The receptionist was friendly and got right on my insurance claim. The hygienist was very skillful and very professional and attentive. The equipment is new and the whole place was clean. The dentist - Dr Patel was great. She put my x rays up and invited me to ask questions and her answers were great -options with pros or cons of each. I felt like their patient not just a mouth and a wallet. Ill be back in the summer or before if I have any work to do. Recommend.

Finally back at DentalWorks after COVID restrictions. Had a good checkup and Elaine did a great job cleaning up after a year+ of neglect. I did have to wait a bit for my scheduled appointment.

Excellent experience thus far at the DentalWorks Glen Ellyn office. Dawn at the front really took the time to understand and had the patience to learn what I was going through and assisted me every step of the way from the beginning. Jesus (Dental Assistant) was also outstanding in taking care of me from the moment I sat down in the chair, through the x-rays and overall throughout my visit there. He was very precise and knowledgeable with all of his duties and answered all my questions. He made me feel at ease. And finally, Dr. Patel was also fantastic thus far. She made me also feel at ease by being very thorough of what was happening and what the process will be. Everyone has done a wonderful job so far and I highly recommend this office to everyone.

Great work, customer service, and best advice on my condition. Most other places told me they can do it but not the stress the risk factor. Weve been going to this clinic since we relocated to the area approximately 4 years ago and feel that we always get thorough, professional care from all levels of staff. Weve lived all over and have been to clinics where procedures have been prescribed that left us wondering if they were necessary and required 2nd opinions. Here we always feel as though are best interests are driving the care. When outside referrals have been made for specialty care, we have been pleased with the quality of those resources as well.

Not only is the staff very professional but also very friendly and they make you feel at ease. I was exceptionally happy with their services!

A year after any services we began receiving a bill each month with no explanation as to what it was for. I wrote them, called them and hand delivered a package asking them to resolve. This has been going on for a year! All copays were paid at the time of service two years ago.

They sent my husband to get a root canal and then come back to get a crown charging for the crown in advance. The dentist doing the root canal said why did they send you here, you should just have it pulled because it does not line up with anything. And the crown didnt fit requiring another visit and charge/

This place is a total scam. The hygienist suggested deep cleanings which were totally unnecessary. The ortho manager quoted me a very low rate for comprehensive ortho services and later defrauded me saying it only covered phase I even though the contract clearly states otherwise. They werent even in network, yet took my case and even tried to bill the insurance, Now I am out of $1250 and have to go to another ortho and pretty much start all over. Plus their so called care quality team will never call you back if you ever have any issues. I have filed a BBB complaint and also a complaint with the IDFPR to investigate this firm. Always check the professionals license status when doing business with anyone.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I had a great experience. It’s not a typical dentist office with private rooms but if you don’t mind that then it’s great. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. No one is a fan of the dentist but this facility does a good job of making you feel as comfortable as possible

I had some cosmetic dentistry done by Dr Layla Baidas today.I cant even begin to day how happy I am! She is AMAZING!It was pain free and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time! She is an excellent Dentist and really cares about her patients and their needs! I have more veneers and crowns already scheduled because of how fantastic my treatment was todayI highly recommend her to everOne!

Dental exams can be such a pain in the butt, and are historically something I tend to push off (to the detriment of my dental health, Im sure). This was my first visit to DentalWorks for an overdue exam and cleaning.I work a demanding fulltime schedule and so I really appreciate being able to get an appointment quickly within my limited timeframe. The staff is terrific - super efficient at processing me in an out of the office (nothing I hate more than languishing in a waiting room). The hygienist was very friendly and the cleaning was thorough. The cutting edge x-ray technology that spins around you was cool - and quick! Dr. Dudes (great name!) was super nice, informative and most important, caring. I highly recommend DentalWorks!

I made an appointment for consultation about dental procedure and I wanted to hear a second opinion. My doctor was very polite and explained in details what she observed on x-rays which was same as other dentists were advising. She answered all my concerns and was very quick to the point. I also had great experience with front desk, working on scheduling another appointment and to my pleasant surprise the procedure cost much less with this practice from the price I was quoted in other place. I was coming for professional opinion but I also got better price and saved out of pocket expenses. In addition, I like receiving text message reminders, this is so helpful for busy people. I recommend this place.

My first visit to the Glen Ellyn office went very well. The entire staff is very efficient. I was actually very delighted. Especially since I become very apprehensive when it comes to a visit to the dentist. Dr. Layla was very thorough as well as being concerned that I was comfortable and at ease. I am going to need a couple more appointments and I hope, and expect, the same positive results.

This was my first time here. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I alway get nervous when I go to a new dentist because some are rougher than others when they clean your teeth but they were great. Not painful at all.

The office is new, clean & modern. The staff was nice & attentive. My teeth were cleaned very thoroughly and they also cleaned my mouth guard. Dr. Patel was polite and pleasant. It took a long time to take my x-rays and the hygienist was a bit too chatty (you cant talk back when someone is examining your mouth). I had an 11:00 appointment and didnt walk out until 12:20; a little too long in my opinion, but maybe first appointments are longer than subsequent appointments. Overall a positive experience.

Dr Doodes and Mira had a big task ahead of them with a crown installation and two fillings on some back teeth. They met the challenge and were able to fix my teeth and I didn’t feel any pain! Very nice folks and very patient with me and my extreme fear of dentistry.

Outstanding Service and top quality care. Really out of the ordinary. Really! I had a fairly old filling (not originally done by Dentalworks) pop out while I was eating taffy and then a cap/crown (also not originally done by Dentalworks) popped off. When it rains it pours. Anyway, I needed a dentist in a hurry to beat a deadline for a hip replacement surgery I already had scheduled. And, my normal dentist was not available. Dentalworks to the rescue. They jumped through many hoops to get me in and to get my dental work done with extremely short notice and with a super tight timeline. I can’t thank them enough for saving me from a reschedule of my hip surgery and for doing great work and for going way above and beyond for someone who had never been to them before.

Ive had many dentist over the past 35 years and this dental office is by far the best!! My dentist, Paul Doodes was very professional, thorough and courteous. His dental assistant, Maria was just as professional, thorough and courteous. The office atmosphere is very inviting and comfortable. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I hadnt been to the dentist in over 2 years because of my previous bad experiences, so I was very nervous when the day came for my appointment. Needless to say, all my fears melted away after the first 5 minutes in the chair. I definitely will be going to this dentist on a regular basis.

I went to Dr. Layla Baidas, DDS for the 1st time a few weeks ago. My front tooth veneer fell off!!! Which is my worst nightmare being in real estate. I could not be more thrilled with the outcome. Dr. Baidas is so caring & a perfectionist (like me). Your comfort is a huge priority with her. I had my new veneer put on today & it looks fantastic!!! I can smile again. Alyssa (hope I have the right spelling) the office manager is the sweetest. Such a relief to have my dentist again.

I am more than disappointed in Dental Works. I originally contacted Bloomingdale where I was told I didnt need a consultation, once they had the x-rays they could do my wisdom teeth extraction. I explained I wanted to be under anesthesia, I did not want local, that I could do that at my own dentists office. They at some point changed my appointment to Glen Ellyn and apparently didnt communicate anything to them. I called Glen Ellyn explaining what I needed done. When I showed up they told me it was just a consultation but then said they could do the extraction. I thought I was being put to sleep but really they just gave me laughing gas and a local. Since I had such high anxiety (which I told them) they did not do the procedure cause they said I was hysterical. My mom was there and she said I was crying but again they did NOTHING like they said they were going to. They also said 2 additional teeth needed to be pulled and when I contat my actual dentist (who did the x-ray) they said no way. This doctor also criticized me for not getting them done sooner. Well its a $2,000 procedure and not everyone has that laying around. I should have gone with someone my dentist recommended (which I now will) and just said screw it to staying in network. I am so disappointed in how they handled it. They told me they could get someone to do the anesthesia, so why didnt they do that from the beginning. Im 31 years old and know how my body reacts. I will NEVER use them again.

My first visit I met a Friendly and informative staff that were truthful. All appears well.My second visit was very unprofessional. I was scheduled for a cleaning which was just okay. Not very well done I feel. As for the cavity to be filled, I was told that I would have to wait for the dentist to return from lunch. They said I had a split appointment. I already changed the original appointment from 12:00 PM to1:00 PM. Now they wanted me to wait for the dentist to return from lunch which was 2:00 PM Very unprofessional in my opinion!

My son and I both love Dr. Baidas and her team, they are gentle and efficient. I recommend Dr. Baidas particularly for any dental procedures you might need. Having had poor experiences with careless dentists in other clinics, I came to her a bit nervous. Fortunately I discovered that she is minucious and skillful with a mindset to accomplish procedures without fault. She is the best dentist I have met.

I have been a dental works patient for 2 years now. My last 2 appointments in 2018 have caused me to start looking for a new dentist. When I was in the office on 1/17/2018 for my cleaning I was told that they do not run the fluoride treatment through insurance and I was told after the fact that it was $50. Fluoride can be submitted through my insurance. In fact dental works did submit it in October 2016. I am currently fighting with them on this and hoping to get a refund.I was scheduled to see the Oral Surgeon their on 2/2/18. I was supposed to get 2 teeth pulled that day. The oral surgeon walked into the room and said that I would need to be put out to have these pulled, which he determined from my previous x-rays. If he would have looked at the x-rays before my appointment he would have seen this issue. So my appointment to have teeth pulled turned into a consult which cost me $50, no new xrays were taken, all was determined off of previous information. I was never notified of a consultation fee until after the fact. I am currently fighting with them on this and hoping to get a refund.

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Phil Rutkowski here. I was numbed around the gums and the procedure went smoothly and as expected. Recovery was very quick. I plan to go back to see Dr. Rutkowski for all dental procedures.
