Dr Shastri was very pleasant to talk to and the exam was effortless. Belle did my pre-screening and Charles checked me in. The entire staff was so friendly. After the exam Dr Shastri walked me out and introduced me to Rita who assisted in finding a great frame for me. As suggested by Dr Shastri I got great lenses for when I make jewelry and work on my computer. Honestly, a great experience overall.

Enjoyed the whole experience of getting new glasses. Im normally able to walk out the day of with new glasses, but this day I wasnt. Kind of disappointed with that. But having to wait allowed me to have my glasses processed with transitioning in my vehicle. Ill take that.

I was rushed through my eye exam, and I dont believe I received the proper attention I needed to understand the results. Also, I was treated poorly when purchasing my eyeglasses, and was not given the opportunity to purchase the available options for my new glasses. I attempted to call the retailer and was passed around 3x and placed on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. I will never visit this establishment again.

Our appointment was for 3:00. We got there a few minutes before 3 with our new patient info sheet filled out. Waited 40 minutes, with two small children, to be seen by the dr. No type of apology or explanation. Especially since we were the only customers in the store at the time. Witnessed two employees have a heated exchange (not quite a fight but close), and almost died when I saw my bill. The young man who waited on us for my husbands glasses was friendly and knowledgeable. He also heled us find some discounts as well. Hes the reason for the 2, rather than the 1 star. One very late eye exam and one pair of their cheaper glasses was more than $400. Thats absurd.

All The Optomitrist wanted was to try and get me to buy very expensive contact lens because I said I might be interested in them. They tried to cheat me out of my Eyemed Ins. allowance . I wanted glasses and couldnt get them to sell me there frames. Then told me I would lose my frame benefit if I put lenses in my own glasses. The whole ordeal just blew me away. They didnt know I worked in a Opthamoligist office for 10 years. But now I dont have a astigmatism anymore???? Per my prescription???
