Dr. Meadows is a somewhat ok doctor.His staff, specifically the lady thats 5ft tall, Asian, short hair is the rudest and most unprofessional ,has a smart mouth ruins the whole office.She gets smart with you, maybe shes deaf too.She makes scheduling so complicated, she calls 1 day before your scheduled appointment to let you know of any conflicts or your benefits.Also, Dr. Meadows no longer takes medicaid as of Jan 2021. They will also not see you if you are 10min late.They charge you more if you have stigmatism.

The last time I came, I scheduled an appointment and I waited for over 30 minutes while a lady who walked in was seen before me. Then the woman who helped me pick out my glasses seemed upset because I didnt want to purchase the more expensive ones. The ones I chose were $70 and she just kept saying my insurance covered more than that. I kept reminding her that I knew and proceeded with my purchase. That was in 2018. I came back this year because I liked my frames and my prescription was almost perfect. Also because they already had my insurance on file, and I wanted to try contacts this go round. I made an appointment again and this time, I was seen in a timely manner. My optometrist was friendly as always, and this time the staff was too. There was one optician who wasnt very attentive when helping me figure out my contacts. I wouldnt say he was rude he just seemed annoyed when I tried to get it. The ladies that work in the office were able to help me though. And because this time was mostly a pleasant experience, I would go back again.

I’ve been there twice both times were good

The Dr there is good. The staff is horrible. Ordered glasses - they send the wrong prescription, ordered contacts & THREE times of correcting the order the Asian ordered them wrong . Now today my sons glasses have been in for a month and no one contacted me to let me know the glasses were in. Will never support them again.

The doctor was awesome but the Asian woman that works in there will harass you until either a you buy what she wants you to buy or you leave the store I will never go in there again
