Very easy process, friendly and very clean! this is the best! in Glen Burnie.
Advertising drop-in appts is very misleading. Appts get taken before walk-Ins. Arrived at 10:15; on a Friday, waited 2 1/2 hours for fasting blood draw. Even people with appts and confirmations were waiting an hour to be called back for simple procedures like urine tests. Monitor drops names off list of registered so people become concerned that they have been skipped. Quest did call in techs from other less-busy sites . That helped. Waiting room was already standing room only when a group came in for employee testing. Need more staffing!
