This place is so professional and well managed. They probably could find a vein in a rock! Best location for lab work.

I did not have an appointment and was seen right away. I think it was around lunch time but they said it was no problem. Dia R was so nice and friendly. I do not like having my blood taken but Dia was super awesome and I did not feel a thing. I was in and out in 10 minutes and my results were in by that evening. Your kindness really made a difference to me that day. Thank you so very much,

Appt made for 7:15am. Arrived and checked in by phone. Said text message would be sent when ready. No message. Went inside at 7:30. Scanned machine. No appointment found. Sat in waiting room. Blood taken at 7:50. People were nice but scheduling and check in sucks

Absolutely wonderful, from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with kindness. I am a hard stick and had a vein blow out at another drs office just a few days ago. So when I went in today I was so nervous. Wendy was amazing, she took all my concerns into consideration. She helped me relax and was super kind. She found my vein the first time and it was a quick and easy process. I am not doing anywhere else for blood work in the future. This place is 11/10.

I just took my 9 year old in who was terrto have her blood drawn. Joann was absolutely amazing with her. She made her feel so comfortable and talked to her the whole time. Best experience ever for my daughter. We were in and out.

My daughter is a complicated one and so I let the lady working the front desk know and she was so sweet and said thats not a problem and gave us Mikayla (hopefully I spelled her name right) and she was also so sweet and everything went so well fast and easy my daughter was very happy. The person at the counter named Peggy is so impossibly rude I truly don’t understand who would let a person like that have absolutely anything to do with customer service. Shout out to Peggy. I’ve seen teenagers working at fast food restaurants with more charisma than you. I’ve seen urinal cakes with better people skills.

I was in and out in no time! The phlebotomist, Peggy, was very nice and personable. She was gentle with me and I didnt feel a thing when she drew my blood. Thank you Peggy for making my experience anxiety free.

Everything went smoothly. Made an appointment online came in, was seen on time and the staff was extremely nice. The tech drawing blood was very good at her job, no unnessesary needle poking and could barely feel it.

The people that work there are SO NICE!!! They just need more help to make it move faster, 3 lab workers are not enough. But over all clean place. The lab workers are SO NICE!!!! But over worked, but you cant tell and they dont complain about it...

I gave the front desk person an antibody titer request from my work, she looked at it and asked for my id and insurance card. Clearly she wasnt reading the request because she asked for my insurance card but there was a big note that the request is billed to a third party. When I told her about it, she just looked at the request for a second and was like ok then I just need your id and didnt even try to apologize. when the phlebotomist called me and was about to draw blood, that same front desk person came into the room and just started talking to the phlebotomist. That front desk person was very rude and unprofessional.

I went to this place because my doctor needed me to take a urine test. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Very fast. I didnt have an appointment and there were alot of people in the waiting room. Quest will be my first choice for a urine test.

I booked an appointment for a drug screening before I read the reviews and I was so worried about the wait time. My appointment was at 1 and I was out of the building by 1:10. Everyone was so nice and friendly. No wait at all

They game their corporate waiting time system. You have a short wait to hand in your paperwork but hours in the waiting room for a routine uncomplicated test. I have had good experience with other Quest locations so stay away from this one. Its always bad

If you like waiting 2 hours to get blood test this is your place even people with an appointment where being seen 30 minutes late. One person doing everything , paperwork and the blood test

The staff are ALWAYS soo nice!! The staff member that did my mothers blood work the last few times was tiffany and she was awesome!!! I go out of my way to drive to this location because the staff especially tiffany are so nice and professional.

Joyce was absolutely wonderful. I arrived at 4:30 pm, when they close at 5:00 pm. The waiting area had one other person in it at the time. I walked up to the electronic check-in tablet (iPad) and easily entered my information into the the device, then used the readily available hand-sanitizer. Joyce took my insurance information and my photo ID. I sat down in the very clean waiting area for approximately 3 minutes. Joyce then called me back, gave me my cards/ID, quickly got my labs and was such a lovely person. She was very competent and even accommodated my request to not use tape after my labs were drawn. I was in and out in 10 minutes and back on my way. No appointment needed. Im assuming Ill receive a bill in the mail in the near future as my insurance will process the co-payment. I will be revisiting this Quest Diagnostics Lab Collection Center again in the future. Thank you for a pleasant experience, Joyce. Getting stuck with a needle is never something anyone looks forward to, but you made it as painless as possible, both in your technique in drawing the labs and in the check-in/check-out process. 5 Stars.As a tip: When you pull in from Hospital Drive, drive around to the right side of the building that faces Oakwood Road. The entrance to Quest is right inside that door on the left.

Had a serious problem trying to get in contact with quest, ladies do not like to pick up the phone and rude when you go in to talk to them since answering the phone doesnt work. Would highly recommend another location

Waited for over 2 hours and the staff didnt even have my information ready! I was waiting for nothing! Its been well over a week and still no results!! Im so unhappy and appalled by the service and quality received. Will NOT be returning.

What front desk person. The system is automated check-in and when you buzz the button for assistance noone ever responds. The screen that shows you the wait time does not show anyones name that has been waiting over 45 minutes. When I checked in if I knew the wait was over an hour I would not have stayed. I could not ascertain the wait time because no front desk person and the notice of wait time doesnt show anytime over 45minutes. I have another scheduled appointment and if i wait hear until the last minute and not seen, what a waste of my time. I will never come back to this location and if i expeeiwnce this at any other quest location, i will never use their lab again. Not even enough seats for patients waiting to be served. Emma

These people dont deserve a job. They act like they dont want to deal with anyone. Then they will not answer the phone. Whats does it take for Quest to do something about it?

They insisted on keeping the paperwork then lost it. They were no help in how to fix this. The wrong fax number is posted on the door. When the fax finally came they initially said it wasnt the right one. One of the sample kits given wasnt needed. These combined to waste an awful lot of time.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THERE. I DROPPED OFF A STOOL SAMPLE THEY MADE A COPY OF MY MEDICAL CARD AND ID THEY TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE 48TO 72 HRS. WELL IT WAS OVER A WEEK SINCE I HEARD FROM THEM SO I CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DONT HAVE NO RECORD OF ME EVEN BEING THERE I WASNT IN THERE COMPUTER OR NOTHING. SO THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL CALL UP BALTIMORE WHERE THEY DO THE TEST. SO AFTER AWHILE THEY CALLED ME BACK TELLING ME THEY HAD A DIFFERANT GUYS NAME ON THE SAMPLE AND DIFFERANT ADDRESS SO WHO KNOWS IF IT MINE OR NOT I TOOK MY BUSSNESS ELSWHERE. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE AT ALL VERY BAD I WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN AND I WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE

Lady at front desk very unhelpful. I asked for a website to make an appointment and she said she didnt know and when I asked again she gave me a sticky note with the website on it. Didnt answer any of my questions or offer information
