Dr. Fortner and his team have taken great care of me over the years since I moved to RVA. They are friendly and professional. Most notably, they went above and beyond to help me replace my night guard after my dog destroyed it, and repaired a chipped front tooth for me twice. The office staff and hygienists are wonderful, too!

I just moved to the Richmond area and found this dentist from my health insurance directory. This by far, has been the best experience I have ever had at a dentist.First, the receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. Before I even got there for my appointment she walked me through, over the phone, how to fill out the first time patient forms online and submit to them, which was very easy. So when I arrived for my appointment they already had all of my health and insurance information.The woman who cleaned my teeth was so nice as well. She was very personable and we talked like we were good friends. She also seemed to be very knowledgeable about dental health.The dentist was very nice and professional. Answered any questions I had and made me feel confident about my cleaning and dental health.This is an all around great office. Highly recommended

Our family has been going to Dr. Fortner for at least 10 years and we have been so pleased the entire time. The staff members are all very competent, pleasant, and personable, making us feel safe and welcome every time. Dr. Fortner must be a wonderful boss as well as a great dentist because his staff is so stable. They all make going to the dentist a good experience instead of a dreaded chore.

Glenn has been my dentist for 25 years. He has a great office and he is an excellent dentist. I highly recommend his office!

I had a back tooth break off on a Sunday and was in excruciating pain. I called the office which instructed me to call the on call number. I left two messages and never received a call back. When I called on Monday, I was told he no longer does root canals or extractions.

GREAT STAFF!!!
