Ian saved me! I had debilitating chronic pain for over 7 years and had all but given up on figuring out a solution. I decided to give myofascial therapy a try, and Im so glad I did. Immediate relief after just one appointment! It felt like a miracle. I have been seeing him regularly for a year and my life has been completely changed. I look forward to it every week. Not only has Ian released my fascia, but he has increased my mobility through stretching and has also taught me how to properly activate the muscles. He is one of a kind and I highly recommend him.
