Best gym Ive ever been to!!! The manager is phenomenal and by far one of the coolest people Ive ever met! The employees take care of the gym and are always attentive. If I could give 1000 stars I would.

Staff was amazing. Water at my apartment was out and they allowed me to bring my roommates in 1 at a time ofcourse so we could all shower for work

Pros: The equipment is really nice. Unlimited tanning is a great deal.Cons: rules are kinda silly. No squat racks or bench press.

The staff is fantastic, always friendly, kind and professional. The club is clean and there are plenty of machines that are always in working order. The total body machines and massage chairs are a bonus. Ive been a member for years and would definitely recommend PF.

This location is so much nicer than the location by my home. Much more and better equipment. Its worth the extra drive to make this my new gym.

Cleanest gym Ive been a part of. Machines and weights that I want are available. It is conveniently close to home.

I just joined and have been a few times and so far its great. Plenty of treadmills, machines and lots of room to work out. Their cleaning protocols are great too.

This particular location is extremely small however they have it set up well. No mask requirement and honestly Im not sure if there was a locker room. They do have the Total Body Enhancement ×2 , tanning beds Etc....staff are super friendly and helpful !

This location is absolutely amazing. If you go to the YMCA, youll have a similar feel and style in this gym. I always enjoy the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness, and best of all the blackcard membership. Massage chairs and all! So if you havent yet, join! Its one of the cheapest gyms for what you get from it.

Planet Fitness on Warner/Greenfield is awesome. The team members are caring and always take the time to help their members.I love that they are always cleaning the facility!

For a gym that prides themselves on being a judgement free zone there sure alot of rules.

Love the equipment that they have at this gym. The location is also excellent. I also feel very safe because everybody wears masks so I don’t feel like I have to avoid the gym during these times. Only feedback I have is that I wish they were opened later on the weekends. They close at eight so sometimes it’s hard to make it there before they close

We understand the severity of the pandemic that we are currently in the middle of, but my husband and I have never been so upset with how poorly we were treated today by the employees as well as other members at this location especially since this was our first time at this club specifically.While we were working out with our masks ON and social distancing, if you work out, you know you eventually start breathing heavy and sometimes the mask slips below your nose. My husband had an employee come over FOUR different times and each time he came up with different excuses of what my husband was doing wrong.Having the mask fall below his nose, DURING his workout once, then the next 3 times he came to tell us he wasn’t allowed to have a bag next to him while working out (which we didn’t know since we have been to many other locations). We then had an older gentleman who was a member of the club YELL at us we need to leave the gym and get another membership, which then the employee said we need to listen to the member and we were being disrespectful when the older gentleman was the first to harass us. Then the employee continued to tell us he was going to call the cops and cancel our membership when we were wearing our masks the ENTIRE time and had done nothing wrong.Then before we left, my husband went to talk to the employee who had come and interrupted our workout 4 different times to apologize and mend the contention. When we asked when the cops would be here he said soon, then right before we left he said he never called them. As my husband was talking to that employee, another member of the club who entered the gym jumped in the conversation and started saying to the employees, “do you need me to fix this!? I will call the cops”, while that customer had his mask below his nose.We are VERY upset and disappointed with how this location treated us. What happened to a “JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE”, while other members of the club telling us we need to leave, employees lying to us about cops and a cancellation of our membership? We are amazed at how I think they forget we are people and we can’t be perfect at everything.

The gym is clean, has all of the amenities of my last club and then some, and the staff are friendly without being intrusive. Everything is laid out in a logical way, and Ive had no trouble finding my way or waiting too long to use anything I want.

I’m a new PF member at this location. The team and the club are great. The staff is always friendly! The app showing the crowd meter is helpful. The cleaning protocols are visible and appreciated.

You want two credit cards. After my wallet was stolen. Or access to my bank account? Sounds shady and controlling. I wish you didn’t. I’ve been a member for 5 years. I’ve never once missed a payment. Now that I’ve done away with all my cc accept for one I can monitor, my credit and my money isn’t good enough for you. Sad. Bye.

As someone who has avidly worked out on and off throughout his life, planet fitness is a good gym. I would not recommend it to someone who needs/wants free weights. If you are just looking to get started and want some pointers, it is a great place. If you have prior injuries as well (bad knees, shoulder, ect.), this is a good spot. A lot of machines there. Overall a great place to start and very affordable.

One of the staff members got in my face and said I was on the massage chair too long that being a Black Card Member which I was but I Cancelled my Membership will not ever go back

Planet fitness is the only gym in the area with a Nu-Step machine. This is one of the apparatus the VA therapists have me using. The PA facility is about 8 miles from my residence; the VA facility is 33 miles away. The savings on fuel cost more than compensates for monthly gym fees.

I’m 55 and have worked out lifting weights most of my life. I did not know what to expect going to a gym that claims to not be a “GYM”. I was very pleasantly surprised at how awesome this gym is. It does not have a lot of the traditional equipment I’m used to but has a really good selection of weights.Sometimes all the step machine are being used so I don’t get to my cardio. So if you like using a Stair Master this gym is not for you.The staff has always been great!

This place is super clean. All staffs are kind. That is enough for me. It is much better than EOS which their staff is not friendly at all

What a great idea go workout Sunday afternoon and watch the Cardinals game... only to be told by some kid we cant change the TV channels because thats not what written on the TV. Like going to a sports bar and not being able to watch local sports. I called two other Planet Fitness locations... they both had the Cardinal game on. Eos Fitness also has the Cardinals game on.You have way too much competition at competitive pricing to make dumb decisions about not changing the channel to watch the Cardinals.I enjoyed my work out at EoS and watched the Cardinals game. (I have a membership there because of their pool. However, They have the same workout equipment as Planet Fitness).

Covid conscious. Good hours.

Equipment is clean and everything works, the staff is incredibly friendly and the hours I want to go theyre never seems to be a large crowd, which is everything I could ask for in a gym especially for this price.

The gym is close and convenient. The facility is set up well with TVs, the 30 min. circuit, weights and other stations. The message chairs and beds are great after a hard workout. The fans keep the air moving and the temperature cool while you work up a sweat. For years I went to an old dark and dingy gym, now I enjoy being in this gym while I work out.

The Staff is awesome and I love how spread out it is.

Great gym, friendly staff, it’s clean and around 11pm nice and quiet! Hydro massage beds and tanning booths are a great add! Wish I joined them before I joint LA fitness where the staff has an attitude and they close at 11pm on weekdays and at 8pm on weekends ...

I am a regular here. Skye and Stephen are fantastic. I enjoy the staff and the atmosphere. Everyone is always moving to ensure cleanliness. My only complaint are those who dont wipe their equipment after use, and those who sit on the machines, on their phones for a very long time.

Laid back atmosphere, friendly employees, super cool one on one trainers. Just a good overall experience. I was not a member for two weeks before I upgraded. Now i bring my wife with me and we both love it.

Great day for a workout

I got a guest pass, and used it today 01/29/20, the lady at the counter completely blew me off because she was in a conversation with a friend. I walked around a little by myself then this really nice guy helped me and saved the experience. That is the only reason I gave it 3 stars.

Came to this location today as our gym is under construction to use the hydro bed. Very grateful for this kind soul! Top notch customer service. I also applaud the young adult kids that aren’t on their phones while they’re working!!! BRAVOOOOO!!! Especially Kristina and Moses .

Cost effective, clean, well maintained, friendly, comfortable environment are words that just begin to describe why Planet Fitness is awesome. I can go in there and do my thing, without having to worry about being sold something, or compete with people who lives their entire lives at the gym.

The staff here is always friendly no matter what time of day you go. The gym and locker room is always immaculate. Glad I made the switch and joined Planet Fitness!

My go-to for working out. I love how it is right next to AZ Ice Gilbert. Equipment is great and well cared for. I only wish they had a key holder thing like the Tempe location has.

Its ok. The facility is clean and seems ok. The price is right. I cut my leg on a sharp edge of metal near the treadmills, so be careful. Also, sometimes people tell you one thing when you are signing up.. and another thing once you have signed your contract. My wife has a black membership and was told she can always bring a guest into the secret area where they are pampered. I am just a regular member, so we thought I could go to the fancy area and visit my wife every once in awhile. Well.. we were my wife couldnt bring a regular membership person in there. haha, sounds so funny. We will have to just change her membership to a regular member.

I usually go to the location on Lindsay and Broadway but ever since I came here for the first time. I no longer go back to that one unless I have to. This location is amazing! As soon as you walk in, it has great lighting, new equipment. Its just awesome, makes me wonder what the heck is going on at the other location. Im assuming it caters to the area. This one is way better!

Been going here for a few weeks now. It has been a fantastic experience! The employees are friendly, the equipment is brand new, and most important...ITS CLEAN. The staff are constantly cleaning and making sure the experience is enjoyable. Cant recommend enough!

Planet Fitness is always inviting: friendly staff, clean facilities and love that you have new bulbs in tanning beds. Also love the hydro massage beds.

I did enjoy the gym in the beginning now they’re people who bring other people there to train. They occupy multiple machines even when they are not on them. And if you ask to use the machine they tell you NO they are using it and they are very rude!

I have been trying to pick out a gym for quite some time and when I encountered Jonathan at planet fitness it ended my search. He was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. He made the sign up process painless and easy. I will definitely recommend my new gym till friends and family.

I love Planet Fitness, and this is my favorite location. It opened in 2018, so everything is new. The staff are available and helpful, but dont hover over you. Its truly a no judgement zone. Friendly and courteous staff. The gym is clean, locker rooms are clean and has adequate elbow room, and the ceiling showerheads are a nice plus. Exceeded my expectations when I decided to get my membership. Parking is also quite spacious.

I am so impressed with this Planet Fitness. I have never been a member of PF before, but I love this gym. Excellent equipment! Nice locker rooms. Great extras like the hydro massage and tanning. I can’t imagine going back to one of the gyms I’ve previously been a member at. This place rocks!

Great gym. Anyone looking to not spend a lot and get some great workouts in will love this gym. Only potential downside? I dont believe it has a pool.

The general manager, Magaly takes pride in keeping the place clean, and encourages all staff members to be friendly. She sets great example in cleaning the equipments on hands and knees at all times. A great leader indeed. As a result, the place is always clean and in good shape, and its a clean and pleasant place to work out.

No squat rack and deadlifts are not allowed. This is the case for all planet fitness locations. This gym seemed very clean and not all that busy though. Also this particular location doesnt seem to enforce some of the stupid rules PF has such as no muscle shirts or big water bottles, Ive never heard the link alarm go off even when making some noise so thats good. I give it 3 stars.

Ive been visiting this gym while my home gym gets repaired, I hope thats the reason for this location being busier than normal PF gyms. This location as a good staff and new strengthening equipment. I like their TV set up, you can see the screens from most areas. The overall upkeep if the gym was good. This location seems a bit smaller than other locations. They can use another pectoral stretch equipment and the new cardio machines. I would reccomend it to others.

I have a new trainer, Maddi, and she did such a great job. I recommend her and I am very pleased with this location. Ask for Maddi!

I just joined this gym because I needed a change from where I used to go. Let me tell you I have never in my life felt so judged and uncomfortable in a gym. The whole gym is uncomfortable , like walking on egg shells in there . No on talks , like working out in a library. The facility is super clean , ac works so thats a plus ,the vibe though ruins it.Staff is nice but have no idea how to sign you up for a membership so I had to do it online . I will try this gym a few more times before I decide whether or not to cancel my membership.

I like the layout of this location. Although I’ve lifted weights for ages and am confident in the gym, I often feel like the weightlifters are on display for the cardio section. It can be awkward - especially when doing something bent over like barbell rows, good mornings, or deadlifts! It’s also nice that the core training area is off on its own little tucked away corner. I also love the functional fitness station, the tanning & massage beds, and this gym’s cleanliness. The staff is very friendly, as well!

Terrible sales offers. I will only be able to work out for 6 months w planet fitness, so I offered them them to pay 6 month up front for the top membership. They will only allow 12 months membership and I would have to pay an additional $50 to cancel after 6 months. How stupid are you? You can make 6 months of dues all at once or make nothing. This makes me think they just want you to keep paying for a membership even after you stop using them.Im judging you now planet fitness. The decisions must be made my someone even less intelligent then the 18 year olds that work there.Also, they refuse to give me the corporate phone number. Why??

I came to the gym to tone up and strengthen my body after a major surgery. That was 3 years ago. I am very satisfied.

Clean facility. Got all the equipments you need for working out. Just didnt like the idea of them taking both my credit card and checking account information to charge for the monthly $10 and yearly $39 fees separately when I first signed up. Way too much privacy information to give out.

This is one of the best Planet Fitness Ive ever visited. They abide by all company rules here... Even done that I didnt know existed. The black card area is fantastic!

I wish I could give this place a zero. The facility is new and nice. Membership programs are a joke. We were lied to on several details. Once you sign up they deny the details that were sold to us. Customer is treated like a number. Resolution to problems dont exist.

So far so good!I have yet to see this location crowded to where I have to wait for available equipment...that’s a huge plus!

Been going here about a year so I feel I can give it an honest review. I previously was a member at the Mesa location but cancelled a few years ago. Ive been a member at Youfit as well as 24 Hour & LA Fitness. Overall this gym has been my favorite so far. Its kept very clean which I like and when equipment breaks its fixed within a few days, not weeks or months. I wish there was a sauna but it has everything else I need. Its the perfect gym for someone who likes the convenience of 24/7 access.

Clean protocols in place not to many people in there working out at 10 am so it works

Love it here. Mostly about convenience for me! Just curious how much longer I need to stay and work out from eating all those grape Tootsie Rolls and why do they have to mix the grape and chocolate .My only complaint LOL
