Love the staff! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The cleanings are fast, efficient, and painless. This staff is very good at explaining what they will be doing before and during the procedures / cleaning. Theyre never is a long wait either. The dentist is always on time. I have been going to Dr.Le since his first office had opened and have continued to see him after he moved to this location. There are several reasons why I continue to see him - he is always very kind and makes me feel very at ease which is probably not easy as I am not the best at taking care of my teeth until I have a major issue. He takes care of whatever major problem I am facing quickly and I follow up with some routine care after. The staff is always nice and everyone just makes you feel welcomed and important. His prices are also affordable. You just cant go wrong with him as your dentist so I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring trustworthy dentist that will make your smile and teeth look amazing!

Dr. Le is amazing! I have such a fear of the dentist and him and his staff always do their best to make sure I’m comfortable and doing ok throughout all of work being done. The staff is so sweet and kind and very nurturing. I love that! And I love that Dr Le is a perfectionist with his work. He does an amazing job!!

I will say my kids love going to Dr. Le. My kids have been going for a few years. My oldest is getting her braces through him as well. My daughter’s Dad wanted to shop around for braces but I felt that the customer service is beyond exceptional. The Staff returns your inquiry unlike another Orthodontist that I recently experienced. I would enter zero stars, but that’s not an option. I’ve had pain for over a year and was completely dismissed. Rude dentist, every encounter has been rude and I’ve been going for years. Do not recommend going.

I came to Alpha Dentistry after a bad experience at another Gilbert dental office. My last dentist was so aggressive he hurt my TMJ and also fillings were left so high that I couldn’t close my teeth together for a day. In contrast, Dr. Le is personable and most importantly, an excellent dentist. He is gentle and detail oriented. I really appreciate that this office isn’t run like a “patient mill.” In addition, the office staff at Alpha are all very warm and caring people. I have back problems and they always go out of their way to ensure my comfort. My dad was a dentist, now retired, and the filling I had by Dr. Le was the best dental experience I’ve had since being treated by my dad. The only room for improvement at this office, in my opinion, would be more comfortable dental chairs. But I’m willing to sacrifice my back discomfort for this dentist, and that’s saying a lot. This office is a rarity and I highly recommend that you make the switch if you’re looking for a quality experience.

So great with our little ones - ages 5, 3, 2. Really helps them feel comfortable with going to the dentist. They always take time to listen and ask me good questions, and give good advice. I really appreciate that they let me as Mom make the calls for what my children can handle. Super staff! We have been going for three years.

What a breath of fresh air Alpha dentistry is.Dr. Quang Lee is an amazing person and dentist. I dont see myself changing dentists as long as he is available. I love being able to walk into a doctors office and the staff instantly knows who I am, recognizing me on site. The staff also understands my unfounded fears of the dentist but does everything within their power to make me comfortable. I also like that they dont schedule to many patients for the same time so you are not waiting forever on the dentist. Dr.Le is very gentle with me and helps to ease my fears as well. We have been going to Dr Le for many years now and unless circumstances change, we will continue having all our dental needs taken care of by Alpha Dentistry.

I recently had a 30 year old crown replaced (front and center #9). Dr. Le went above and beyond getting the color and fit perfect.Update May 2019 - On very short notice I had to get some dental work done, so that I could proceed with another medical procedure. Dr. Me and all of his associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. Several times throughout my procedure he asked me if I was ok, in any pain, or needed to be numbed more in any certain area. I have a strong dislike for going to the dentist, (which is why I’m in the situation I’m currently in) but the people at Alpha Dental have me somewhat ok with going. I never have to worry about billing insurance or payment, I am always well informed of any costs before procedures, and they do all the paperwork etc with Insurance, and always make sure I get the most out of my coverage. They are Very knowledgable when it comes to preauths, co payments and deductibles, which is great, because after the dentist we dont want to have to deal with insurance. As for Dr Le, he has made me not afraid of dentists anymore😁 He is extremely pationate, caring, and patient. He is always concerned about my comfort first, even if it takes him a little longer to do a procedure, he will wait! I have already referred many patients to them and I will continue to do so. Definately ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Alpha Denistry and if there were 6 I would give them 6😬
