This place was amazing! I get anxious when I go to the dentist and for that reason I have been going to the same practice for 30+ years, only problem is that the practice was in Iowa where I grew up. My husband found this dentistry and I was so happy. First off, they actually read the paper work that I had to fill out-- seems so simple, but made a very big difference. Kim spent 1.5 hours with me and was fabulous!! She communicated very effectively and let me see my imaging. Very well done. Doctor Arora was very patient and kind telling about my options, but not being pushy. So lucky to have found them!

I’m so impressed with Oasis Family Dentistry! I wish I would have switched dentists a long time ago.Firstly, the front office staff is so friendly and attentive to the customer. They welcome you with a warm smile and I really appreciate the phone call and texts to confirm/remind me of the appointments. The office is also so clean and beautifully designed!Secondly, the dental hygienist was so informative about the process of what she’d be doing it really put me at ease. She was very gentle throughout the cleaning which was great. The technology they have within this office is phenomenal and so cool to see it in use! 3 RECENT FILLINGS FELL OUT IN A WEEKAlthough I love the friendliness of the staff and the Dr., I am extremely upset that the dental work I received within the last TWO months in failing now. Last week a filling popped out and just tonight I lost two fillings. One while I was just flossing! And the other while eating. I shouldn’t have to worry about my expensive, uncomfortable, and sometimes painful, dental work failing within weeks of having it done while doing normal activities and eating regular food. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not be letting this office work on mine or my families teeth at all in the future. I have also had to go in 3 times now to get forms done for a night guard. I have been waiting many weeks for this guard to be fulfilled.

Every time i come to this office i am always treated so well! The dentist is amazing, professional and friendly and my hygienist is so extremely patient and does a great cleaning! The office staff is always friendly and make sure everything goes perfectly from scheduling through actual visit! I have been coming here for a year and feel very fortunate to have this dentistry!

The doctor & staff were great, from the way they made me feel comfortable to the way they kept me educated and aware of whats going on at all times. The entire staff was extremely polite & the office was very clean and neat. My procedure was done quickly & confidently, and the doctor personally followed up with me a day or two later to ensure all was well. I’ve never had a better experience going to the dentist. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and so insanely nice, you feel like family every time you visit. They go above and beyond. Dr. Arora is by far the best dentist I’ve had. He does an amazing job explaining all of his steps as he performs his service which made me so much less nervous during the process. You can tell he cares about his guests because he uses really awesome technology in the office. I couldn’t have landed a better dental office. I’ve been telling all of my friends and coworkers to come, I drive from Avondale to Gilbert when I come in for visits but I’d honestly drive from anywhere to get this great service, kudos and thank you for everything you do!

Quick response!! I went in to check on some soreness, which was looked after. I mentioned I was due for a cleaning and should make an appointment. At that time a cancelation for a cleaning came in. All I had to do was move down a few chairs. Very smooth luckly I had no where else to go. This team was great as always.

Very pleased with this office. They were able to get me in as a new patient the very next day I called. Also very happy they offer late hours on Tuesdays as I can better accommodate with my busy schedule. Dr. Arora was very nice, welcoming, explained things in detail and offered me options. I can’t say enough about this family pair of dental professionals. I have lived in the Phoenix area for over 20 years and have gone through my share of dentists in the area. No one is as kind, as gentle, as caring as those at Oasis. A husband and wife duo, these guys have so much compassion and care for my teeth, I would recommend them to anyone. Plus, the cutest dog is occasionally around to give emotional support and a loving attitude.

Been to Oasis a couple times now and the experience has been nothing short of spectacular. Starting with Dr. Arora, he is extremely knowledgable and truly cares what is best for his patients. I have been to too many dentists in my life where they are just looking for extra money. If Dr. Arora sees a problem, he will explain the pros and cons of treating it, helping us make the best decision. The dental assistants, receptionists, etc. are all so nice and friendly, Oasis truly makes going to the Dentist a pleasant experience.

Oasis continues to make an otherwise unpleasant visit actually quite pleasant. No one really enjoys going to the dentist but my experience ( several years now) has been nothing but great. My Hygienist ( Kim) has the most gentle touch and really cares about each client . My Daughter has had the same experience . Highly recommend oasis to my friends😎

Everyone was extremely friendly! They also educate you and tell you exactly what they’re looking for when reading x-rays and while doing your cleaning. Additionally, they’ll review costs with you before doing anything which I thought was great. I’ve had experiences where they’ll assume your insurance covers something or they’ll say it’s a small additional cost, but ended up having to pay way more than anticipated.

Had my first appointment today and wanted to RAVE about how great Dr. Arora and his staff were! Going to the dentist is usually such an uncomfortable experience. However, I was amazed at how comfortable I was during the entire procedure and how often Dr. Arora took the time to ask me if I was doing okay! Not only that, but Dr. Arora took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my tooth and explained how and what he was going to do to fix it. 10 out of 10 experience, would and will recommend Oasis to anyone and everyone!

This is an all around wonderful dentist office. Dr. Arora, Desiree, and the rest of the team are easygoing, knowledgeable, professional and overall do great work. Dr. Arora really walked me through the process of the different things in a collaborative fashion that made decision making easy and understandable. Ive had a somewhat strange and unique experience of living in a lot of different places over the last 10 years and by doing so working with various different dentist offices. Oasis Family Dentistry is my favorite and I see myself (not to mention my wife who also loves the practice) being a patient here for a long time.

Love this office! They have the newest technology and Dr. Arora takes the time to educate you on your own oral health. They even offer Invisalign and can show you a simulation of what your teeth will look like after orthodontic treatment. Can’t wait to start my treatment! The best part was getting to see the cute office dog Booker too!

I have 3 teens who hate going to the dentist! The team at Oasis are always friendly and accommodating. They have an adorable Labradoodle thats sweet and friendly, great for the nervous patients. My son, 15 year old, had a cavity filled and was actually happy when he came out. He said he was amazed at how good Dr. Arora was with the shots of novacaine. He barely felt a thing! He was very personable and extremely nice and caring. My hygienist Kim has been there since I was little and it’s always nice to see a familiar face. I will miss Dr. Green but I miss nothing but Dr.Arora and their team the best! Looking forward to coming back in a few months!

I went in for an emergency visit today due to some overwhelming pain in the upper left hand side of my mouth. The entire staff were so polite & courteous & I really appreciated the time Dr. Arora took with me as a first time patient. He actually took the time to Read the new patient forms all Dr.s offices have you fill out, but never seem to lay eyes on, and he even asked specific questions regarding the answers I gave. I was a bit apprehensive to see a new dentist after a 35 year loyalty to my dentist in Minnesota. I was immediately put at ease and couldn’t be happier! Dr. Arora was so kind, gentle and obviously conscientious. This is a top-notch office with personable employees, up to date equipment and resolutions. I was educated, given options and did not feel pressured. It really felt like such a happy place!!! I won’t feel nervous at all, when I go back.

I loved the hygienist and the dentist. The lady at the front desk was very nice too. My kids loved the “treasure box” at the end. They even gave me a nice cup, pen and lip balm.
