Another great experience at this practice. They make having a sick child a little less scary. Always do ample testing and I love that they explain what’s going on the whole time. Consult with A.I. When needed and get us right in. So glad we are in good hands!

This is the worst pediatrician and office in the entire state. I won’t go into details because the other negative reviews here pretty much sum up my experience.

We have always had a wonderful experience with Rainbow Pediatrics. Our daughter is 2yrs old and has been seeing Dr. Vibha Sanwal since birth. She has always gone above and beyond with the care of our child, with both routine wellness checks and sick visits. Would highly recommend their practice to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, caring pediatrician.

My son has been going to Dr.Sanwals office since he was born. Now 8 my son suffers with asthma . They sent me to AI DuPont a while back . Nothing was done just a waste of time and gas to drive 3 hrs for them to test my sons oxygen levels. But anyway one of my sons recent episodes Sanwal wanted me to go back to AI and I declined ! They made me a appointment anyway then called me to reschedule the appointment they made for me. When the nurse called to reschedule I told her i do not want to go to AI. I rather treat his episode like we usually do and itwill clear up . A week or so later I received a letter in the mail stating that since I don’t care about my sons health they will no longer be keeping my son as a patient!!! I just couldn’t believe they would actually do and say something like that.

My wife and I have been taking our 16 month old to the Sanwal’s since he was a few days old. The staff is always friendly and we’re treated with the utmost respect. I can’t imagine taking our son anywhere else. Thank you, Rainbow Pediatrics!

Called this place to schedule an appointment and have my daughter vaccinated for school. The receptionist advised me that once we go thru the lengthy process of collecting my daughter’s information, it would take the doctor additional two weeks to decide whether or not my daughter will be seen. What kind of BS is that?

This was our first time today going to this location. We went right back to our room, the nurses were all wonderful. I have three kids so its a lot.. not once did they make us feel we were too much. Then the doctor came in who was wonderful. Playing joking around with the kids very knowledgable. And then to top it off I needed a referral sent to chop today, so my son can make it to his appt monday they pulled some strings and got it there. Cant wait for the next appt.

Rainbow pediatrics is very unprofessional, as a new single mom they randomly sent me a letter stating my child could no longer be seen by Dr. Sanwal with his signature when asked to speak with him he wouldn’t take the call. Idk if it had to do with race but I will just say it was short notice , they sent a letter & they refused to compromise with me or give me a reason. I do not recommend them they are rude & the place is always crowded and dirty. My mom recommended him to me bc he was my brothers doctor for over 15 years so we are in disbelief that they have became so unprofessional over the years. They were a good place however be aware you might get a letter in the mail randomly telling you that your child can no longer go there with no explanation. As a single mom with a 6 month old I had to scramble to find another pediatrician quickly. They also held his medical records for longer than usually which is the reason I waited to do this review it seems like they were being sketchy and taking their time on purpose however when it comes to a child and their health there should be no animosity! Especially if they were the reason why I had to go to a new facility. Just unbelievable !

Just for a bad review that I put on facebook they called me to remove it and as I do not remove it here is what they send me, a letter saying that my children can not be taken care of by this doctor. They have no professional ethics.

Terrible front staff, crowded waiting room and looks dirty.
