Very unprofessional! I do not recommend this doctors office to anyone!

Worst pediatrician office that I have ever used. There staff are quiet rude. They have made quite a bit medical mistakea obwr the years and caused many unnessary problems. I would not recommend them to anyone and would encourage people looking for a pediatrician office to choose somewhere else.

Very RUDE, unprofessional and once you ask for records to be transferred they become completely NASTY!!!We signed a transfer over to another Pediatrician Feb 27,2018 again in May called in June left 2 messages in July it’s now August and I caked at 8:44 am 8/4/2018 and again was transferred to Mrs. Minis voice mail well this time we didn’t leave one because it wouldn’t have mattered. I called bk and told the lady I wasn’t leaving another wasted message that I wanted to speak to someone STAT and she insisted nothing she could do, welllllll all of a sudden she looked my information up and ma’am I’m going to need to call you back.Of course you need to lol y’all can’t get your stuff together and that’s why your experiencing a high call volume because ppl are LEAVING this office due to not being on top of your Jobs..It’s crazy I would bring my children in and deal with NASTY attitudes from not only your front end but stuck seeing doctors with miserable attitudes and finally another place opened and it was AMAZING 💗Thank You to the staff at Riverside Pediatrics where your Front end through Check out treats you like family..

This office is terrible...extremely GHETTO...they are careless with kids document....I ve brought my sons immunization in first visit....the next time we visited office they didnt have it...so I had my mother to fax over immunization and my sons doctor office to fax over immunization...after confirming they received everything the next visit...they claimed they never received anything....receptionist is rude she hung up on me...and they are unprofessional....this office needs an intervention FAST
