Outstanding. Dr Snook, listens, doesnt judge and is there to offer whatever help is needed. We have been with his practice for many years and are pleased with his entire staff. We know we are in good hands. The office is convenient and accessible. Highly recommend.

I have known Dr Snook for years, his expertise is one of the best for any doctor miles around. He has helped me thru so much, the surgeries I have had to have, now another injury with my Spine...I cant thank him enough for constantly staying in touch with me to make sure I am not in pain and know his door is always open if I need him. This is the type of doctor so many want to have and I have him. Thank you so much Dr. Snook...for you and your staff, 5 star always.

I made an appointment for a long term med check to get every refills for the year I spent two hours and $400 and as I was leaving Patty informed me I needed to have a full physical. I go to get my prescription and they only gave me one months worth when I called the doctor I was told I had to come in for a full physical before I could have my meds. Its just so wrong to require 2 appointments for one simple prescription. Why wasnt I give them the full physical the first time. Patty blamed it on me I made the wrong appointment but I told them exactly what I needed when I made the appointment.

I have been going to Dr. Snooks for more than 20 years. I grew up in an Air Force family and then joined the Army. Dr. Snook is my 1st civilian doctor.He and his staff are the best. Kind, caring and considerate. Always helpful and always friendly.I love getting sick, just so I can go there. ;pThe only negative is that I miss Heidi.

Dr. Snook is my participating physician for the MDVIP program. I originally began visiting his office over a decade ago, when my primary physician made a referral, due to his relocating to Asia.Dr. Snook has always done a superb job of treating myself and my family for every illness or accident that we have experienced, and, I highly recommend his practice and the MDVIP program to which he belongs.

He has been my doctor since 2004. Relaxed and informative with great attention to your needs.

Dr. Snook is a nice guy and seems very knowledgeable but his office and the staff is so screwed up I just cant handle it anymore and I have advised them today he just lost a patient. Since going to see him Ive had billing issues because of mistakes made by his office staff and every single time I have had to deal with a prescription is has been an absolute nightmare. This last go around took the cake, I called to have a prescription refilled and was advised by a member of his office staff that he would renew it via the phone. The next day I drove the 20 miles to pick it up and I was advised that it was never called in. When I contacted the office I was told that I was told he would renew it upon my next visit. I asked the office manager who tried to blame the problem on me why was I driving 40 miles round trip to pick something up if I was told I wouldnt be able to get it until my next visit. The only response I got was, well I will have a talk with her about that. I told her that I was done coming to see Dr. Snook and I got the impression that she didnt care much. Oh well, there are plenty of Doctors out there and I suggest you find another.
