Outstanding! Finally there is an ARC medical in Georgetown... made an appointment on the website and filled out all the documents. Waiting was only for 5 min and the nurses and medical assistants were very nice. The medical assistant for Dr. Rogers was excellent. She was very peasant, made me feel at ease and did a great job today. Same goes with Dr. Rogers. Highly recommend you try out ARC Georgetown

My 18 year old daughter needed a simple vaccination for college. She had previously been a patient at a pediatric group in Austin and has had all of her immunizations recorded in ImmTrac2 online through Texas Dept of Health. A nurse named Monica proceeded to tell me she could not find or access my daughters immunization records so I called the pediatricians office in Austin, they informed me the records are there and are accessible online. The nurse in Austin was even able to see that my daughter was at a clinic in Georgetown in real time. When I advised Monica which immunizations my daughter has had in the last two years & that she only needed a Vaccaro booster today, Monica said she could not take my word for it and that I would need the pediatric office to fax over the information in writing. Okay fine. I made yet another call to Austin and the pediatric nurse in Austin was kind enough to call ARC and get the records straightened out. I totally get Monica has to follow protocol but she could have tried to help speed things along by calling the pediatric group directly. They were not busy. Monica has a terrible attitude about doing her job. By the time my daughter received her vaccination two hours later half of the medicine spilled down my daughters arm. Monica gave her the shot. Was she really vaccinated after all that? I was really hoping to love ARC Georgetown after being a patient at ARC on Far West for so long. It is convenient to have a local ARC in the town where I now live but jeez someone please train Monica how to use a computer so she can retrieve patient immunization records online.

Was very surprised at the visit, the visit was pleasant and quick.The only issue I had was getting a refill of my prescription by Dr Rogers.As it turns out the problem was not with Dr Rogers office it was with the HEB @ 130 and Gattis School Road.Talked with Pamela who was very helpful explaining the procedure at ARC.Thank you so much Pamela, now I can move forward,

This is by far the best ARC clinic. Everyone from front desk to the clinic team are very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Ozturk is an amazing doctor that genuinely makes you feel cared for and not just another patient.

Doctor ordered tests and once the results were in, the results were just uploaded to Mychart instead of calling me. I get if the results were normal, but its the fact that my results were abnormal and i needed to have follow up treatments, and they never called me not once to let me know. I think that is terrible patient service.

I am a new pt. and called to set up a virtual appointment. You left me on hold for over an hour and closed before anyone could get me set up with an appointment. ABSOLUTELY INFURIATING!!!!

Wonderful experience with this location.You are amazing guys.
