Great care providers, worst patient care policy ever. If you come here with a sniffle or not feeling well expecting to get help in a clean, comfortable, private, environment, dont be surprised when you are treated like a leper and sent out to your hot car in the parking lot to wait for someone to come out and examine you! Walked in with a mask on and no fever with symptoms of a sinus infection after being exposed to a structure with high mold content, yet the only thing I could possibly have is Covid according to their ridiculous policy!! Even if a patient has Covid they deserve to be treated with respect in a safe, comfortable environment. Everyone in the place has masks on!!!! Do they not work??My family has been coming to this location for years and almost always pleased with our care, but this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever encountered at this facility. I felt very disrespected and humiliated being treated this way. There have been a multitude of illnesses and viruses over the years and doctors have always brought patients in, assessed them, treated them to the best of their abilities (in office) and sent them home to get well. What in the hell has changed people? This is completely unacceptable!

Nice facility. The nurse was nurturing and personable. I did wait a little long to see the doctor, but the nurse and Dr. Pugh did apologize.Check in was easy. Dr. Pugh was pretty thorough for the exam. she made sure all my concerns where spoken. Lab work came back pretty quick which is nice.My issues were just when returning a lab specimen.. I had to go through all check ins. I dont have a problem with the Covid screening, just didnt understand waiting to check in to turn 1 thing to the lab.

I am so disappointed in this clinic. I went there for help today. I was in crisis. I was on the verge of another panic attack for the day and was needing a refill of my rx. I believed I had an appointment in October but I didn’t have enough of my rx to get me through. I had been skipping days to try and get by and it wasn’t working. I went to this clinic as a walk in. I was told on the phone that they take walkins until 8. When I walked in I was treated like an inconvenience,. I was asked what’s the problem. This is rude and also uncomfortable to be asked in a room full of strangers. I immediately began crying and told her that I was needing my rx refilled. She asked if I was established as a patient there. I said I was with a dr that is no longer there. She said “yeah so my question was are you established”, so I said no. She said that the dr may be able to help but He would want me to be established. I told her that I had an appointment in a month. “It’s not here” she said. I told her I made it online. “Well it’s not here” she responded. This entire conversation was done loud enough for others hear. It was embarrassing. At that point, i told her I would just leave. She did not hide her happiness that I was leaving. Without the help that I desperately needed. It’s probably not best practice to make someone suffering from anxiety and depression to feel like they are not worth your time. Luckily, I have a huge support system that was able to get me home safely. No one should be treated this way. It is hard enough for some people, like me, to ask for any kind of help. Especially, mental health help. Shame on her for treating me and anyone else this way.

I had a great experience, since arrival, was greeted kindly asked to check in and waited for 5mins and got called. The Doctor who attended me was Dr Pugh, she was kind, listened to my concerns, explained what needed to be done. Dr. Pugh even gave me a list of stretches I can do to reduce my heel pain. After getting my test done, I received a call two days later, explaining my results. Im really happy with the way I was treated and how fast my results came. Very professional, kind and empathetic.I definitely, recommend this clinic!!

If this office is an example of BSW medical care, it is pretty lousy. Go online to schedule appointment for New Patient, find an open date and time for New Patient, get a receipt for the appointment. THEN, get a call from the georgetown BSW office, well, the Dr only takes new patient on Thursday Me - Well, I have a receipt in my hand for Thursday BSW - Well, you can reschedule, Dr L, only takes one patient on Thursday. Me - Where does it say that, I made copies of the scheduling, open times on Thursday for New Patients, and made my appointment, BSW- well, he just told us today...only 1 patient on Thursday...you can reschedule to see him in December Me - December? are you kidding me? So, if you plan on getting a primary physician, this clown show is not the place. Well, I suppose ERs are where we can find doctors.

Recently had a mammogram. Although I really like my physician at this location I Don’t know if I will ever have a mammogram there again. Took 2 weeks to get a report and got it only after haunting them and my doctors office. Tech kept poking me and I ended up with black and blue marks. And after issuing the report the doctor (I assume a radiologist) had to do an addendum because she identified a clip incorrectly. Very unprofessional.

I dont underatand where the bad reviews came from. I have used this clinic for 22 years, Dr. Hearne is an outstanding diagnostician. The best I have ever had dealings with. And I am 87 years old. Dr. Lawless was superb in a couple of times I have seen him when Hearne was out. All of the nurses are very good. I have had to wait beyond my appointed time only a couple times and that was easily corrected by going back to the front desk and asking them to check. I have always given them a 5 star rating on my visits. And I would recommend them to any of my friends.I have several friends who also use either Dr. Hearne or Lawless and they are very happy with the treatments that have had.

Not medical professionals. Made an appointment, was told to come 15 minutes early. Came 20 minutes early, and no one did my appointment until 30 minutes after my appt time and I was the ONLY ONE THERE. Take your naps at home please!Secondly, the nurse gave me my injection WITHOUT WEARING GLOVES. She put her bare hands on the syringe, band-aid, my skin, etc. I was in disbelief and couldnt say anything until too late.Stay away.

This is the WORST clinic I have ever had to deal with! If you have major health problems dont go to this clinic they would rather you die. I have been fighting with this clinic for over a month trying to get them to fix a problem THEY caused. This problem is preventing me from getting major medical treatment that I NEED, treatment that I HAVE to have so I dont die. I have been in contact with everyone at they clinic and nobody wants to own up to the mistake and fix the problem. The problem is VERY EASY to fix. They have even gone as far as to lie to me repeatedly saying the problem has been fixed even though it has NOT been fixed! The incompetence of majority of the people in that clinic is astonishing. This place and majority of the people that work their are HORRIBLE!

I had the BEST EXPERIENCE here today. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and I was called back within 5 minutes! Wow! My Dr Adrienne M Gonzales genuinely truly cared about my health concerns today and asked me so many great questions to determine the next step through this difficult process I’m going through.I’m looking forward to the follow up and thank you for a great experience.

This clinic may be okay if you dont run into any issues. They have many educational or support groups IF your doctor will refer you to them. It would seem like if your newly diagnosed with something one of the educational groups is covering, the doctor would refer you but guess thats too much common sense. The multiple call centers patients have to suffer through in order to schedule a visit or speak to their multiple departments are dispicable. If you do get to the correct department, being able to reach a supervisor is almost impossible! No one will follow up to help you either. So pray there are no issues or problems because then youll just be left to suffer with it.

*EDIT* They overcharged me on my copay as well. For two months Ive been calling in to find out why I havent gotten the reimbursement for being over charged and its been something different everytime - it hasnt been reviewed, its just been approved, its on the way, wait 10 business days, wait thats wrong its 30 days, no actually it was sent to a bad address a new one is on the way. Who knows.I actually started with a great doctor at the domain location who refered me to a doctor at this location for genetic testing. I had to wait 3 months, take a day off of work to get all the way to Georgetown, and pay a specialitist co pay, but when I went in, they did not have the kit to do my test. I got a consult and exam, which I already had at my previous appointment, and pushed into going out to Temple (where it sounded like they couldnt do the test there anyways) or trying my luck out in Cedar Park. I didnt get the care I needed, and I have reason to believe the result would not be different at any other time or location. Its difficult enough to get the courage for these sorts of medical procedures, and to lose out on working hours and expensive copays for no results is not ok.

We moved to Jarrell this past year and wanted to find a doctor closer. My aunt suggested I see a internist instead of a family doctor due too my age. Well I found Dr. Jhawar. I asked for a physical appointment. As I made appt I was told since I was a new patient I had to come in for them to gather all information. I did not realize that this would be a separate appt. My physical appt was made and I went in she had asked when my last Pap smear & breast screening was done which had only been previous year. She did none of that only blood work. During my new patient visit they took down all info and all meds. I had not gotten allMeds because I knew changes needed to be made and wanted to wait. I ended up taking off some meds and only got what I needed.Even though my appt was for a Physical which our insurance requires they made the appt to something else and now I am being charged for the new patient visit and the physical visit! How can they not tell you that the new patient visit is not something obviously the insurance will pay because normally no office requires this! You make visor you go in with paperwork filled out or fill there and be get visit completed. She also focused on other things like mental health which I was not there for nor she takes care of so why focus on it! I have a handle on it thanks! This is outrageous!! Changing visits to whatever they feel like instead of what you asked for and what you are there to be seen is not ok!! They asked for info! She is the one who asked questions!!! She should have just done my physical as I asked and then set up appt for meds, etc! This is not my fault!! Do not take it upon yourselves to change things without asking patient consent! I will not be coming back!!!! No wonder you all have bad reviews! If I could give it a zero I would!
