The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Male has a great bedside manner. I would and do recommend this medical group to anyone looking a sufficient primary care doctor.

When ever I need refills for prescriptions, I have to make several calls! No one ever calls back or responds. I took my 88 yr old mother there this week who was in severe pain. After asking 3 times to call the prescription in immediately and him agreeing to do so, was then told he only does this after hours and could take 24 to 48 hrs! I refused to leave until he called them in while I was there. This practice is totally unacceptable!

Got an appointment on short notice; next day. Dr. Male is excellent. Listened to what I said and quickly assessed what needed to be done next.

Been with Dr Male since 2003. He has been a blessing to me and my family. I highly recommend Dr Male

Dr. Male and his staff has provided my care for 12 years. For those 12 years, I’ve only experienced compassion and genuine care for my well-being. Due to Dr. Male’s competence, I was diagnosed with MS when other physicians ignored my symptoms. His eagerness to quickly refer me to a neurologist allowed me to start prompt treatment. Thank you Dr. Male and staff for prioritize patient care as number 1.

The past three weeks I have needed a referral from this office. No one has returned any calls. The orthopedist has called and BCBS trying to help me. I’ve found a new primary. So sad.

Our family has been going to Dr. Male for the last 12 years and have had a great experience. Sometimes you have to wait some minutes after your scheduled time, but that is the only downside. Dr. Male and his staff are very professional and have helped our family cure various ailments over the course of years. He has a keen interest in your problem and discusses different courses of treatment if appropriate. I cannot relate to the negative opinions of others below.

Many years ago one of my daughters made a terrible mistake seeing this jerk of a Dr. Her kidneys to this day have scar tissue. He would not see her again >>>>>>because it was the weekend approaching

No-nonsense doctor. I had the best of care.. great staff!

His staff are messy & unprofessional. His daughter Philica Male, she’s a few words I can’t even add in this review. She’s a nasty bit of a human being. I hated going to her & I hated going to him as well. My mom took me there quite a few times as a teen. The few docs they had that came & went, that I loved I never saw again. For the most part I hated & will always hate this place. It’s a nightmare from my childhood. I’m sure most of that office is racist but hey it is Georgetown so what do I expect. I’m sure a procedure was done on me there that shouldn’t have been from what other docs have told me. It almost made it where I couldn’t have children. I hate this man. You can tell the staff y’all about the patients business so the confidentiality is out of the window. I can’t express how bad I hated this place.

This doctors office is great, quick, & fast! They have always been good to me; Treated me with such kindness, always taken care of me to the best of there ability....& to anyone asking yes I would recommend this doctors office!

They took over 2 days to send my prescription to the pharmacy and its been over a month since they were soppost to have a specialist call me so I could get a cyst removed from my lip and they havent... when I call the refferall extention all they do is send me too voicemail... plus the wait always takes forever and when the doctor finally gets to you hes in a rush...
