Amazing Doctor! Hes patient, kind and extremely knowledgable. My Wife and I are both patients of Dr Pegram and we couldnt ask for a for a better physician to treat the arthritis and crippling pain that we both suffer from.As a black man myself it is so awesome seeing a Brother rise to the very top of this very demanding profession. A profession that requires smarts as well as multiple years of schooling and residency requirements. Thank you Dr Pegram!

First visit. Great experience. He took the time to listen find out concerns and explain the way forward. Great bedside manner. Feel grateful to have him as a rheumatologist.

You will see him the first few visits, then he will pawn you off on one of his nurse practitioners and you will still be billed for a doctor visit. I got a vague diagnosis in which all sorts of testing was done and billed to my insurance. I feel like this place gets you on a subscription plan for healthcare and has no interest in curing or accurately diagnosing anyone. When I was asked if I had pain and I stated I still had foot pain, the NP went to talk to Dr. Pegram in the hallway and I could plainly hear him say Is she asking for pain medication?! (loudly). No, the NP asked me a question and I was simply answering it honestly. At this point I decided I would never go back there. In addition, I was fully charged for a test where it says quite plainly in the comments that the equipment was faulty and certain parts of the tests could not yield results because of this. I do not recommend this physician.

I am very pleased with the level of treatment Im receiving from Dr. Pegram and his staff. The staff is friendly, empathetic, and thorough with instructions. Dr. Pegram is detailed in his explanations and answers all of my questions in a patient and kind manner. I leave feeling informed and able to tackle my pain/diagnosis. I feel really lucky that hes the rheumatologist to whom I was referred.

I scheduled my appointment with Dr Pegram several weeks ago. Got a call today that hes canceling all of the appointments and the first available is 3 weeks from now. Having taken time off of work to be able to see these medical professionals It is very frustrating to experience this. This is a frustrating setback to to my overall care plan has now I have to try to seek out a rheumatologist whos available to see me. I recognize that Doctors are human and they have things that come up that cause them to reschedule but It seems this doctor goes to multiple locations which makes it very difficult to reschedule and something like this comes up.
