Dr. Far and his incredible team are the Bees Knees! They are all super friendly, professional, and thorough. Alyssa is such a bright light of a person. She did an amazing and gentle job cleaning my tender teeth. Katie and Dr. Dar worked together to make sure I was comfortable during my crown procedure. Which might not sound like a big deal, but seeing that I had a dentist laugh in my face after hitting a nerve.Alyssa at the front desk and Rachel I also went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Dr. Dar and his team should be renamed the Comfort Care crew. They continued their stellar service when I brought my entire family in. Their were patient and helpful with multiple scheduling/visits. They also make sure to keep you abreast of all upcoming appointments.I am grateful to have found Lifetime Family Dental! As a retired dentist I am very selective with who I choose as my personal dentist. Dr Dar is the best of the best and the dentist I trust the most with my teeth. He stays at the forefront of the profession by frequently seeking out continuing education in the latest advancements and technologies. He has impeccable technical skills and is highly adept at making any treatment as painless as possible. He’s truly a gifted dentist and I refer all my family and friends in the Lexington/Georgetown area to him.

I have to say that the experience was great. The atmosphere was welcome and appealing, up beat music playing and the staff was super friendly. I had 2 different assistants throughout my day there and both were extremely nice with a good sense of humor. The Dentist was the same.

I was tore up cause I dropped my dentures and they broke. Lifetime was wonderful at explaining everything and they were quick with their service. Didnt have to sit and wait for about 5 minutes and I was called back. Very wonderful people!

This place really made my mother feel comfortable as well as every patient that walks them youre not treated differently because youre on Medicare or Medicaid and most places you are. As my old dental practice closed, I was recommended this place for my routine cleanings. I made an appointment and it got cancelled a few times due to not having a hygienist. I finally got in and I go into my cleaning and they tell me I have 7 cavities and need Invisalign. I have never been told that in my life. They asked if I wanted the cavities filled that day and I said no. They tried pressuring me into it and I told them I had to get to work. I went and got a second opinion and was told I had ZERO cavities and did not need Invisalign. All they wanted was my money. I cant believe they wanted to drill on my teeth just for a paycheck. I will NEVER be back.Update: Instead of reaching out to me about my review they decided to reach out to my father in law who is also a client there. They had him message me to try and take my review down. Very unprofessional. I called the office and left a voicemail. They got back with me 24 hours later and just asked me to take it down. I am not taking down my nothing but truthful review. If they would have contacted me about the situation I would be much happier, but to reach out to my extended family is very unprofessional.

This is, by far, the best dentists office Ive ever visited. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. This morning i couldnt chew on my right side. This evening i had chili with crackers, completely pain free. Also, i was recommended to use invisalign to correct destructive components of my bite. They gave a very descriptive explanation of my conditions and necessary actions. I am a client for life.

Completely disappointed and aggravated with this practice.When making my appt, I said I wanted to discuss cosmetic dental bonding because I was hesitant about getting veneers/crowns as suggested by another practice.Other local dentists will ask you to fill out paperwork before your appointment to save time, will ask for your dental insurance information and check your benefits before you arrive, has updated modern xray equipment and will actually provide the services shown on their website.Not this practice!Arrived 7 minutes before appt time, had to stay in my car and called to let them know I was outside. They brought the paperwork to me (6 pages, 4 were front and back). After filling out all those forms, I had to call again to let them know I was finished. She came to the car, took the forms and told me to remian in my car until she entered all the information into their system ! 28 minutes past my appt time, Im still im my car waiting. I finally go in to get dental xrays. Very old looking equipment. The kind that has a long plastic attachment with a large round piece that holds a small xray camera attached and the whole piece is placed in your mouth (and it feels like you might gag) and you are told to bite down. This step is repeated 6 timesOnce the xrays were finally done, the dental assistant asked me how much the other practice was going to ask me to pay for veneers/crowns. I was hesitant to provide that information, but I did. (It was an expensive amount). She gave this information to the dentist. When he finally came in, within the first 2 minutes, he told me that he does not and will not do cosmetic bonding!!! I asked him why it shows this procedure on his website if he doesnt do it, and why wouldnt the person answering his phone tell me that he doesnt do this so I would not have completely wasted my time! He went on to explain that he does know how to do it, he just chooses NOT to do it (again...I should have been told this before I wasted my time coming in and filling out all those forms and spending so much time getting archaic xrays)He was very adamant about wanting me to consent to having veneers/crowns. (If I wanted venners/crowns, I would have gotten them from the other practice!)I left very aggravated not understanding why that procedure was listed on his website if he refuses to do it. So I made a few phone calls. I was told, that of all the cosmetic procedures, dental bonding is, by far, the most affordable (least expensive), which equals less money for the dentist. I was told that many dentist dont even offer it because they dont make very much profit from it. I understand this concept...but I have a MUCH greater respect for the dentists that dont offer it or dont list it on their website, than I do for a dentist who DOES list it on their website and makes you go through the long paperwork process and xray process, just to say I know how to do this, but I choose NOT to !! Thats when I realized...thats why the dental assistant asked me how much I was going to pay for veneers/crowns at the other practice!Since he knew there was even a small possibility that I was considering to pay that much to another dentist...there was no way he would agree to do any procedure that cost so much less!VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Dr dar is easily the best dentist around! Easily!! I have been to a few dentists throughout my life and I always just assumed they were great until I came to lifetime family dental. Everything in his office is state of the art including a scanner that literally shows my teeth on a huge screen. I had told dr dar that I was unhappy with my smile and I was willing to pay whatever to fix it whether it be veneers or whatever. Instead of spending over 10k he said we could improve my smile by doing a laser gum surgery (I had no idea lasers were even used in dentistry) and bonding on one tooth that had a slight space. After about an hour I could see a huuuuuge difference. 2 weeks later I can say I had absolutely no pain and my smile looks amazing at a fraction of the price I was willing to pay! Not only did he fix my smile but he offers Botox and I was a huge clencher but after just 1 session I noticed a huge difference and don’t wake up with headaches anymore!!!! I will definitely continue the Botox treatment as it has made a huge difference in my life and highly highly recommend Dr Dar to anybody looking for an honest dentist who will give you amazing results!!

After moving to Georgetown, we researched all the dentists in the area and decided to try Lifetime Family Dental Care because all of the positive reviews. My new patient appt was the most pleasant, efficient and professional I have ever experienced in 50 years of going to the dentist (ouch).From the front office staff, to the dental assistant, the hygienist and Dr. Dar himself I was impressed with their professionalism, friendly demeanor, up to date technology and patient care. The best dentist I have seen in my life. I waited 4 years after college before visiting a dentist again, and all of my cleanings, fillings,and a root canal were taken care of in a single visit. Now that I keep up with my regular cleanings I have not had a single issue. Even though I moved further away, I still take the extra time to travel here for all my dental needs.

Lifetime Family Dental has definitely saved me for sure. After being ripped off by Aspen Dental Dr. Zar and his team helped me and recommended me to an oral surgeon for tooth extraction. Then today got worked on and appointment was at 10:20 and we even started before 10:20. Great team at Lifetime Family Dental. They will work around your appointment around 10-15 minutes. Absolutely the best dentist Ive ever been to. The hygienists are always so knowledgeable and friendly. The front office worker even knows me by name after only coming 1-2 times. The wait time is always super short, like less than 5 minutes. The doctor is always very quick and ready, never leaves a patient waiting. I even came to him expecting a root canal as that was what my previous dentist was about to do, he was able to just do a simple filling and cap; which saved me a ton of money and was much less painful, and quicker. The hygienist does a great job in explaining what dental work would be done, how much the insurance would cover and how much out of pocket it would cost. Very friendly and did a good job with my cleaning. The one thing that could be improved would be the amount of time Dr. Dar spends with the patient, and having more patience considering what previous dental work was done by another dentist. I cannot say enough about Dr. Dar and his staff. I came to him with a laundry list of issues and very little self esteem when it came to my teeth. Adela, the dental hygienist, is very personable. She is comforting during the cleaning. Dr. Zara is pleasant and friendly. I had a filling that came loose shortly after the procedure and they were apologetic and able to squeeze me in immediately.

I entered Lifetime Family Dental as a new patient. That morning I had broken a piece of a jaw tooth at breakfast. They took me in immediately and I met Dr. Zartoshty and told him I would like save the tooth and next one to it. Dr. Zartoshty told me he would do work that day and was sure he could save both teeth with root canal and two new crowns. 2 1/2 hours later the job was done and left for home. His assistant took time to show me would be done and exactly how much it would cost.I would add that I never had pain at any time during the procedure or that evening at home. Dr. Zartoshty is a very skilled dentist.

Dr. Zartoshty and his team are fantastic! They were able to see cavities that my previous dentist did not diagnose as being high-priority. I was even able to see the cavities on my x-rays. He was able to fill and smooth the cavities and I havent had any trouble since. He was also able to work with the Insurance company to lower my cost.

Edited: Going back to my old dentist in Lexington after the below childs plan of care seemed questionable. Went to old dentist and have a completely different, more logical plan of care.Such a pleasure to move to a new city and find a fabulous dentist. As a large family, it is not easy to find a dentist that everyone likes. #7 is finishing up her dental visit as I type this. From the front desk to the treatment care, the entire staff work together to make the individuals visit as efficient and painless as possible. The last time this particular child was at the dentist she was crying. This time not a peep.

I absolutely recommend Dr.Dar and his Staff.. After years of oral neglect due to sensitivity and my fear of pain from previous dentist.. I landed in lifetimes office..the staff was very friendly and provided an at ease atmosphere..I was promptly seated in The Chair. The Doc as I so fondly refer to him came in. We had a brief conversation in which I stated my fears and anxiety .He assured me that I had fallen into the right chair. After x-rays and exam we worked out a plan that would restore my once beautiful smile..The staff is friendly, and more than accommodating to my needs, they even worked with me to set up a payment plan that worked for me and would not only make the plan feasible but possible . I Didnt feel a thing!!!. 2 years later ,not only is my oral heath right on, my smile is not beautiful as promised, but absolutely Gorgeous!!! I love, love , love my smile! Thanks so much Doc ,Melanie, Rachel, Amy, for all you have done to make my smile everything I hoped it would be. I recommend you take the whole family.

I called needing immediate care due to teeth pain. I was seen in 45 mins which was the time it took me to drive there. I was provided with More care than I anticipated. Having needed to have all my teeth removed I anticipated only getting one removed. Dr.Zar went out of his way and actually removed 5. It was painless and very efficient. His injections for numbing are essentially unnoticeable. His assistant Rachael was very professional and kind, caring and anticipated and met my every need. I will Highly recommend this office and will return to have the remainder of my extractions done. Thank you Family Dental!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Dars since I moved to Kentucky in 2010. When he came to Lifetime Family Dental Care, I followed him to his new office despite the Lexington/Georgetown commute. I never had an experience at a dentist like I did with drDr. Dar he gave me approximately 8 shots. I didnt feel them because of the of the way he does the shots. He somehow shakes your cheek and injects the numbing medication slowly and it doesnt burn and you really cant feel the pinch. That day I had three cavities and two root canals... long day. But consideration what I had done it was as pleasant as it could possibly be so yes I found a new dentist even though Im two and a half hours away its worth the drive and yes I would recommend him to anybody considering a new dentist. If you are apprehensive about going to the dentist I would strongly consider Dr. Dar. P. A.

I am always in pain when I go to the dentist. My mouth always seems to hurt. They always put me at ease and address my pain before anything else. I’ve just recently moved here and started using them, and so far I’m very pleased.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received at Lifetime Family Dentistry. Dr. Zartoshty was beyond accommodating when a recent emergency arose. I called his office and he got me right in for the procedure! I’ve never been so happy to be relieved of the pain I was in! He was great during, and after, my visit. He personally called to check on me. I don’t know many Dr’s that do that these days! I highly recommend Dr. Zaroshty to everyone!

Ive been going to Dr. Dar for about a year and every visit has been wonderful. Ive never had to wait in the lobby for my appointment and everyone is extremely friendly and professional. Adela is a wonderful hygienist and I cant say enough good things about her and the whole staff. Lifetime family dental has changed my life. When I went I thought I was going to lose my teeth due to periodontal disease and decay of my teeth.
