Front to back amazing place. Front desk was kind and understanding, staff was friendly and open. I wasnt able to afford all of the planned work and was able to have an open line of communication with the dentist about what I wanted prioritized. The root canal was seamless. Numbed with gel and then needle. Never felt a thing. 10000% recommended!!!

Great service,nice clean modern facility,Dr Sun took her time on tooth extraction, removed it without breaking tooth in pieces. Wasnt given any prescription pain medication that I feel I needed the following days after.. overall experience was 9.5

Dr.Sun is a talented, friendly and most of all a gentle dentist. Her work and attention to detail is absolutely top notch. The staff is friendly and all of my appointments were timely. Ive sat in many dental chairs and I dont see myself sitting in anyone elses ever again. If you have had poor dental experiences in the past, I would highly recommend giving Dr.Sun a shot.

I recently visited because I need a lot of work done. My treatment has not yet started so I cannot evaluate that side. My only experience was with the staff:They were very welcoming and not judgemental. My treatment is going to be very expensive so I hope all goes well. Most everything was clearly explained to me and told I could call for any doubts I may have.My first impression was a 5 stars excellent!

Deanna does an outstanding job during my teeth cleaning. She is gentle and has never scratched gums to the point of bleeding. There are two ways of cleaning teeth, assault or massage. Deanna is definitely the masseuse. I highly recommend her and this practice

Thompson Family Dental takes good care of you but it is so expensive and they don’t do a very good job of explaining things, and the associated costs, very well. I think they should try to assist seniors on fixed income a little more.

Been going here for 2 years. Staff is friendly courteous. Theyre quick and dont try to talk you into having a bunch of procedures done if its not necessary. They always compliment my teeth with out asking them to which does wonders for my ego! 😁

I had a great experience. I dont have a regular dentist in Georgetown so my friend Nicki Womac recommended this practice. They were able to see me the same day I called about a filling which had fallen out. They did an X-ray and replaced my filling in a little more then an hour. Everyone was friendly and very efficient and it was truly a very good introduction to this practice and I will absolutely return.

This was my first time visiting this dentist office. The office staff were very friendly and professional. Between my hygienist, Deanna and my Dentist, Dr. Sun, I left there knowing exactly what type of work I needed. My previous dentist never really addressed my current issues or had solutions when I had questions. Highly recommended!

I was in severe pain from a broken tooth back during the COVID19 lockdown. This Dentistry was the ONLY one to take on a new patient when even my current Dr couldn’t book me for months. They got me in the office, took care of my tooth and got me all cleaned up. They now have me on a regular cleaning check up. They were there for me when I needed them the most. Their staff are very professional and knowledgeable! I am blessed to call them my regular Dentist.Update:7/19/2021I have been seeing this practice for a bit over a year now and they have done a stellar job with keeping my teeth clean and healthy. Also Deanna is super cautious while doing all my cleanings. I highly recommend seeing her for your routine cleaning if your gums are on the sensitive side. I love this practice! Service has been good so far and staff was friendly. They got me in on short notice and fitted me with a temporary crown and took the extra time to trim it down so that my bite was correct. I would recommend.
