Ive had my hair cut by Hannah and I really liked it. Ive had a lot of cuts growing up that I hated, I felt like she knew what she were doing. When Hannah moved over to Epic I knew Id be following her. She also did my hair for my wedding, I trusted her and she did wonderful! Love the beautiful place, and definitely will be coming back to Hannah for my next appointment!

Epic Spa could help in getting back to their customers. I USED to be a customer and now that Heather (who used to book my appointments) has left, its worthless trying to get in touch with someone. Ive left multiple texts/voicemail with the owner, Frank, trying to book an appointment that they cancelled on me last minute, and now I cant get a text back... nothing. Dont waste your time trying to get in if youre a new customer!!

Worst experience of my life! Went in for lip fillers (first time) got quoted for a whole syringe worth, left with only using half a syringe. Few days later when the swelling went down I noticed no difference at all so I called, I talked to Heather and her words were she didnt believe me and for the price I paid I shouldnt be complaining so said she would have the lady who did them call me to explain in 15 minutes, well a day goes by and I finally get a call and now shes telling me I have to pay MORE for the other half of the syringe?!? Yup this place is a rip off do not go here if your looking for good quality!!

Best experience yet with a med spa. Owner and injector for exceptional. Go, you will be happy!!!!
