I trust Dr. Shah with my life. She has an amazing bedside manner and is a wonderful person who listens to you, is thorough and is patient. If youre looking for a OBGYN youre hitting the jackpot with her. I wish I would of found her sooner.

Unfortunately Dr Shah showed no compassion nor good bed rest manner. There have been multiple errors on her part regarding incorrect test results, urine results etc. I did not feel comfortable nor safe in her care which has made me switch practices in the middle of my pregnancy.

Dr. Shah was beyond awesome throughout my pregnancy and delivery. I saw all the doctors in her office and loved everyone and got her the night of my emergency C section. She was amazing, kept us at ease and my surgery went so great. Healed up beautifully and she had me up an going in no time. Great resource, honest and cares for her patients wellbeing. Also Dr. Shah and her office did a great job with assisting me and my HR department on my FMLA paperwork. This was a joint effort between my Dr. and my HR department, I did not expect her to do all the work for me like others might assume.

I received an extra bill for something I feel should have been part of my normal exam.

Dr. Shah is selective on who she wants to be nice and compassionate with! My wife just had our baby and Dr. Shah very rudely tells my wife she needs to lose weight and then her c-sections incision will heal (we just found out she has a bacterial infection due to this doctors negligence and unwillingness to actually listen instead of demand she lose weight right after giving birth). I hear so many woman having postpartum depression and have to deal with this so called doctor! Delnor is hands down the best hospital around so I advise you to please choose a doctor who at least cares and listens.

I simply went to her for a new medication. I didn’t want a examination and she rudely asked why. Her bedside manner was poor but at least she knows what she’s doing. She was very quick and not very caring about my disorders. Her staff was amazing and nice but I am not going back there again.

This doctor Rakhi Shah is not compassionate does not have empathy and zero care for you .Went as new patient with pain and possible miscarriage symptoms . She did not give me guidance on the subject. Expecting me to go to work with severe cramps . I asked her if it was going to be ok for me to go to work in that condition . She refused to give me an excuse letter . I do not blame her for the loss of my pregnancy but I didnt find with her guidance , compassion , support or care .

Dr. Shah was great! She has communicated well. When there was a possible complication during labor she noted the issue and handled it very calmly resulting in our baby girl being born healthy. She has continued to communicate through the app for after labor needs. I loved this facility and all of the MDs there were phenomenal.

Dr. Shah is wonderful! I saw her as my gynecologist first, and she had a hunch that wound up saving my life. Once healed, she encouraged me to consult with a high risk OB, as I had been told for a decade that carrying a child would be too risky for me. Her whole team has been lovely to work with as I’ve gone through my first pregnancy. Thank you, Dr. Shah! (Also, I had no issues with FMLA paperwork for my employer.)

Felt like dr didnt connect with me. Just ready for next pt. No clear instructions/directions. But referred me to er for blood transfusion then no f/u. This dr does no FMLA paperwork.

She delivered my twins many years ago and handles my gyne needs now that my family is complete.
