Dr. Patel is super nice! She always listens to me and gives me very detailed answers telling me exactly what to do to better my health. Dr. Patels staff is very good at coordinating care with my other physicians. The staff is always cheerful and welcoming. Dr. Patel will not let you down!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Patel since February. She is an excellent physician unfortunately her staff is terrible. Since the one visit I’ve had her staff has lost test results, forgotten to call me back three times, called to schedule 2 month, 3 month and 4 month follow up appointments, when I ask what the appointments are for they say “I’ll call back” and never do. Finally today they called to schedule another appointment I informed them that I had switched doctors and wouldn’t be following with their office. Big surprise they called back to tell me about an imaginary outstanding bill that I had never heard of, been billed for, or contacted about until today. When I asked what it was for the receptionist responded with “I don’t know I didn’t see it before I just looked at your chart after I called.”

Dr. Patel is a wonderful doctor; takes her time discussing things, is very pleasant and happy to see you, and is very thorough and informative. You wont be disappointed.

Amazing doctor... will make sure you been taking care of.. from the every time I walked in to her officer and after consultations Her staff , from the front desk to Nurses... awesome . One time My blood pressure was way up .. they let me stay in one of the consultation office and keep on checking my blood pressure. They only released me as soon as my reading back to normal... and still asking me how I feel before they released me. Really pleased and I really appreciate Dr. Nirali Patel , nurses and staff . Luv, Luv, Luv Dr. Patel. We are so lucky to have a Northwestern trained doctor in the suburbs. She takes her time with me, explains things extremely well, very compassionate and honestly just brilliant. Also, when Im in the hospital, she is the one to see me, not some random doctor, which I absolutely appreciate. I will never use anyone else for my healthcare. Hands down the BEST doctor for internal medicine.

Dr. Patel is great! She really takes the time to listen to what is going on without rushing you through the process. She was able to recommend a specialist. She has a great practice with great staff. Will be coming back to her for years! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great doctor with a great bed side manner.

Dr. Patel has been a great doctor for me. Things were rough for me before I started seeing her and each time I go, I feel a little bit of weight come off my shoulders as I get closer and closer to being healthy again. Dr. Nirali Patel was excellent. She diagnosed what was going on with me easily and was able to recommend a good specialist. She really listened and took the time to answer all of my questions without feeling like I was being rushed out the door. Her office was nice and easy to find too. Had a great experience with a great doctor!

I have been with Dr. Patel for about 2+ years and always had a great experience with mine and my husbands health care until she changed her staff. Tracy, new receptionist is a very rude person and does not do her job. Left 4 messages for Dr. Patel to call me so I can discuss this with her but I guess the Doctor doesn’t care as she has not returned my calls. Tracy doesn’t know how to do a referral letter or just wouldn’t do for over a week for my specialist. Won’t call in my prescription at all and when she does, at the insistence of the insurance company, not from the doctors instructions, they are not set up correctly. Last time I tried checking on my referral letter was on November 15th and Tracy screamed at me on the phone. I am almost 70 years old and don’t expect to be treated poorly and not receive proper medical care because of a receptionist. If Dr. Patel does read her reviews possibly I will receive a call from her. She will lose two patients because of her staff and lack of attention to her patients, myself and my husband.... I have had the same experience as Carol W. The staff is the worst I have ever experienced! I had concerns in regards blood work and asked on at least 3 separate occasions for the Dr. To call me. She never did. When you have blood work/lab work done dont bother waiting for them to call you with the results you will have to call them! The staff is clueless! Beware. I like Dr. Patel however due to her staff I am looking.

Dr. Patel was wonderful! When you have a serious medical problem, you need someone you can rely on and trust - and Dr. Patel was there for me every step of the way. She took the time to listen to me and walk me through my treatment options. She worked with a specialist to figure out my treatment and make sure it was what was best for me. She always made a point to make sure I knew my options. She never rushed me and I felt that I was in really good hands.

Dr. Patel was prompt and attentive. Her front office staff was friendly and helpful.

Dr. Patel is knowledgeable and compassionate. Highly recommend her as a primary care physician!

Its unfair not to give doctor patel a 5 stars just because her employee sydney, is not doin well on her job, i know its busy, its stressful, ur making a lot of calls, but its ur job. if u cant be busy and giving a good service at the same time just quit.. doctor nirale patel is the best in everything and i am hoping she will train sydney, i was on pain when i came in, no hi, no hello from her no smile... and the first thing that sydney told me, i know i see you... i hope shes not working on my next appointment with doc patel..
