I could not rave about Dr Hein any MORE than I have been to every woman AND man I know! I had an elective - second time around breast re-augmentation procedure done with her in December (different Dr for 1st procedure 10 years ago). I was looking for a different look and size. She is absolutely incredible with her talent and ability to understand exactly what I was looking for. I could not be happier with my results. My recovery time was an absolute breeze (although this can vary - I’m 36- no health problems). Her surgical nurse and anesthesiologist were extremely professional and comforting- reflecting off of Dr. Hein in the most expected way. I will forever recommend Dr Hein for any and all elective procedures as her grace and elegance as a surgeon precedes right along with her amazing talent. Thank you Dr Hein for helping me feel even better about myself!

Dr. Hein is so wonderful, words alone cannot express My gratitude towards her. Dr. Hein is so Kind, caring , informative, and patient, and a wonderful Surgeon. I recently had a Breast reduction that Dr Hein preformed, and Im so Happy with the outcome. To be honest I didnt even need pain medication after the surgery. Im currently in my 4th week post op, and feel great. Im So Happy Now. I highly recommend Dr. Hein.Dr. Hein isnt just a wonderful caring Dr. Shes also a wonderful caring woman.

The staff is very friendly, personable and professional! I’ve had a few IPL (photo facials) and the results were amazing. Before treatments, my face showed some redness & uneven tones and now my face is clear, softer and looks so much better! I’m very happy with all the treatments I’ve had at Dr Hein’s office. We saw Dr. Hein for a consult, and I couldnt feel more unhappy, annoyed and ripped off with the visit. This consult was for an elective surgery for my wife.  When my wifes name was called, I was told to wait in the lobby for the first part of the consult .... 25 minutes later I get called in to the room.  (my wife had to sign a permission slip to allow me in the room 🙄) She then expresses the concerns she had for the procedure, which we were well aware of and planned on getting the cardiologist to okay the procedure.  This is the 3rd doctor we consulted with, I have never been told to wait in the lobby.  This is a procedure that concerns not just my wife, but me too.  My wife told me later that Dr. Hein never had her try on the bra with sample implants.  They never talked about different sizes.  Although I am less concerned with price, as most doctors will have similar prices, price was never brought up.  So at the end of the appointment when we were still charged a $90 consult fee, I was a little angry. There was no actual consult. We paid them for nothing.  The simple fact that I was not part of the conversation means they will not be getting any more of my money.

Dr. Hein was absolutely amazing and she and the whole staff were all very welcoming and made my experience very comfortable. I highly recommend her for any of your needs!

Dr. Hein is the best. She has excellent bedside manner, is very thorough and you never feel rushed with her. I would highly recommend anyone to see her if you are looking for any type of plastic surgery.
