I scheduled an appointment to have my daughters hair done. The stylist sent picture with lady in purple but did my daughters hair in the yellow and charged more outside of quoted price for larger braids. She said she could do them smaller but would charge more! I was completely outdone. My daughter has was in tears. Weve had lemonade braids done before way smaller and paid the same or less.. NEVER GOING BACK

Needed to get a trim super quick so I ran in and Jill was amazing! She listened to what I wanted (trim but keep the length) and did exactly what I asked (a rarity). She also gave me some great tips on some products that would be best for my hair and her price was very reasonable; I will definitely return when Im do for another cut!

Walked in for a prom do and Shelia worked my daughter in and had her out with-in an hour and a half. Told her we wanted a nice prom style with curls and she did GREAT! Even pinned her hair up so we could go about our day without it falling. This was my first visit to this salon and I would def recommend it. I’m super picky so for me to have no complaints says a lot!

They take walk-ins! Ms Sheila took really good care of me and my hair. Retouch, deep conditioning, trim, style, eyebrows! Appreciated her consulting about my preferences at each step in the process. Very personable and professional! Other staff, very pleasant too. In and out in a timely fashion.

Went in to get a hair cut with no appointment at Salon 133 today. I was greeted right away and introduced to my stylist, Nicole. She was courteous, friendly and professional. I would definitely go back for a cut or color.

I was scheduled for an appointment days in advance. On the day of my appointment, the stylist texted me and said that she could not service me at my scheduled time and moved it to one hour later.Upon arrival, they stylist proceeded to tell me that she could not service me because she was not done with her current client. She stated that “she will see if someone else can style me”. I was completely upset as a new client because I was referred to her by an existing client. Most importantly, I had an event this evening that will now need to be canceled! I messaged the stylist expressing my concerns. She read the message but did not respond at all. No apology or anything. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate!!!

Ive always had a great experience with Studio 113. Michelle the owner has a phenomenon personality and ready make you feel you are among friends. All the ladies are very friendly. I have worked with Connie, Shelia and StephanieI recently decided to get a piece. I was impressed by Stephanie work and decided to try it. Within a day I broke out in bumps and it was itching so I removed it. I had it done on a Friday by Sunday it was off.I contacted the stylist to let her know I was having issues with my $130 piece, this was 8/5. There was some dialogue via text but not much. I didnt get another appt until 8/18. I was disappointed because Ive been wearing hats and wigs purchasing caps while waiting to get an appt.8/18 I receive appt time then another message bring cash. I asked how much cash and was told $130.Wait, I just paid you $130 surely you arent charging full price when I the customer is the one inconvenienced.Can we figure out what happen with the first piece before just doing another piece. What if this one has the same issue, do I just lose $260 or keep paying $130 until the problem gets figured out.I canceled the appt cause Im not paying another $130 and that wasnt even the original price. The price was $125, I added $5 as the tip to make it $130. How you go up on the price so unprofessional!!!

I called to see how much it would cost to have my split ends cut and Regina ( the stylist) told me $10. When I arrived there the price came up to $55. Which is way overpriced for split ends to be trimmed. She said $10 without a wash just a blow dry and trim and at the most $25 for the wash along with it. I was ripped off big time. NEVER AGAIN !!!! Also appointment was for 12:30pm and I didnt leave till 2:50pm

I went to this room to put some extensions on me. I attended fuie cany supposedly she is profecional the hair I had to retreat after two days since no aguntava the pain my mother does not sap how to remove me since that woman I was a tremendous disaster ener hair and the worst of it was that when my mother removed it from me over 40 because of my hair I ask you not to put your hair in the hands of this woman as not a good stylist in addition to charging expensive you ruin your head I do not recommend anyone
