Megan chopped my hair so short on the sides but left the back way too long. I looked like I had a very strange mullet. The owner did what she could to fix it but I have chucks missing around my ears left. A VERY noticeable blunt cut on the left side of my head. I could have gone to Fantastic Sam’s and gotten this butcher job! Thanks to the owner but she could only do so much. Been here before and was so happy but I am really disappointed this time. Big reveal weekend ruined. Won’t be back

I came here looking for help fixing a botched hair color and cut my blonde hair was brassy and uneven..I didnt know hair could be brassy and green at the same time but mine sure was. Jennifer fit me in for her soonest appointment and took her time to even out my color and give me the bright icy blonde I had been wanting. She also fixed my uneven haircut without taking away all of my length. The salon is beautiful and all of the stylists do amazing work. I knew while I was waiting for my dye to process that it was going to turn out good because of how the other gals hair around me was turning out. I couldnt recommend them enough.

I went for a hair color (top right are what I wanted) and left the first time with bottom right color and paid $270 for the service. Went back and they fixed it (left) at no extra cost after trying to charge me $120 MORE to get the color right.I left unhappy the second time as the color was still wrong (but much closer to what I asked for originally)

So happy with my hair! Definitely making this my regular salon!

I had some prior issues with tape in hair extensions and was hesitant about another experience. I am so happy that Samantha at Pure salon eased all my fears. She was able to work around my crazy schedule and got me in when I needed. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. I am beyond happy with my hair extensions and cant wait for my hair trial tomorrow!!! Hope to continue to go to samantha at pure salon for years to come!

I (Yvonne) recently moved to this area from New England and have been in search of a new salon. Pure is within a convenient distance from my home. I went for a consultation with Samantha and then made an appointment for today. I feel like I hit the jackpot. Shes so personable and I trusted her with all her suggestions. We ventured into a look I havent had before with highlights and lowlights and WOW! A new me. I walked into my home wondering what the reaction would be and right away my husband gave me two thumbs up. Thanks Samantha for a great experience. Ill look forward to seeing you again.

Dont waste your money. I went in for a haircut for the first time here after doing research for stylists in the area. I booked with a stylist recommended to me by the salon itself for my hair type and cut want. What I got was a stylist that was rude, didnt talk to me, only the other stylist by them. I cut a good foot off my hair. My plan was to donate my hair. But my stylist first asked if I had my own hair tie to use, then said she couldnt make it work. Wish Id walked out at that point when I knew she wasnt going to be the best. I showed her pictures of what I was thinking about and asked for her thoughts of what she thought would work best (as Id expect going to a higher end place for them to know and work with you and give you ideas) I just got weird looks and well I dont know from her. So I sat and let her mess up my hair. And then go to leave and I guess since I actually cut my hair, they called that a style change and charged me $60! Ridiculous. Almost wish I would have just cut it on my own at home. Would have saved money and been able to donate it. Would probably look better than it does now too!

Samantha was marvelous! I went for my first time today and WILL be going back here for future haircuts and color! I recommend this place. Cute interior design and easy to find too.

Not a good place for a mens haircut. The stylist managed to take a chunk out of my hair with clippers and found it funny! Men RUN from this place.

Made an appointment with one person and seen by another. It was a rush job and a bad hair cut. Very upset and disappointed. I really would not give it a 1 star. Stylist said oh if you have any problems come back that was another sign it was a bad hair cut. She never even let me look at the back oh boy what a chopped up job, uneven sides do I need to continue##.Called as soon as I got home to check with the owner and they close at 3 I will follow up Monday am. I’m one unhappy customer and they need to make it right!

So I have now been to this salon three times. Angela is the stylist I worked with. She’s a great stylist and colorist. Why I am rating the salon poorly is that I am not happy about the lack of communication on what services I am being charged for. 1st appointment was for balayage and cut. I normally have toner appointments in between. I was told at first appointment that I would be charged $15-$20 for toner. Now 2nd appointment I have toner and blow dry. Go to pay it’s $25 for toner plus $25 for blow dry. Ok, but not what I was quoted. Now I just went for 3rd appointment for toner, no blow dry. I was charged $15 for a braid and $25 for toner. I asked to have my hair thrown in a braid as my hair was still wet. It literally took a minute to do so I didn’t walk out of the salon with a wet head. Set expectations with your client and charges of services. I asked for a braid to not be charged for a blow dry. Nothing fancy, just to walk out the door. I could have done it myself if I was told it was going to cost $15. And when I spoke to management I was told that I needed a glaze and a toner which is a $60 service, so I was under charged. And $15 is just what they charge for a braid. And I wasn’t charged for the shampoo! Ok seriously, you have to shampoo me...you can’t leave product in my hair. That is part of the service. And I would pay $15 for a braid if it was a service that took the stylist any time to do, not a sloppy put together something that took one minute. I understand paying stylist for their time. But tell the client, I need to do a glaze and a toner. That service is $60, not $25. And if I put a braid in, any type, sloppy or professional, it’s $15. Do you want to do that today? See easy. Set expectations. Discuss charges. And don’t act like I’m in the wrong because I am mad at not knowing what I’m being charged. It’s to bad that I can’t go back because the results were great but that isn’t how you do business.

I went to Pure Salon yesterday and had an amazing haircut from Mindy !! She really takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect. Soo happy with my new Salon & stylist !! Thanks Mindy !! Will be back for sure !!
