Have been going to North Garland Family Dental for years! I am actually one of those oddballs who loves getting my teeth cleaned, so getting to go here is a treat! The staff is so kind and are so welcoming whenever I come visit. My hygienist, Melanie, has been cleaning my teeth for years and does such wonderful work. She is prompt to answer any questions I have about my teeth. Not to mention she makes me feel so cared for and known by asking about what’s going on in my life. I can tell she truly has deep care for her patients. She’s the best! My family has been using North Garland Family Dental for over 10 yrs. While we have experienced new dentists over the years, they have all been wonderful. Our hygienist, Melanie, is attentive, caring, kind and my daughters and I consider her a member of the family. We always see Melanie whenever we set our appointments. All of the office staff and other hygienists are personable and friendly. The whole office has a comfortable and calm vibe that is nice in any medical office. My husband and I have been going here for the past 7 years. Everyone here is wonderful! Christine and Sheri are our hygienists and they are both amazing. Dr. Snyder is great with any questions I have and is always taking her time with our checkups. Karen at the front desk is always so sweet and checks up on my children as well.I’m about to bring my son here once he turns 3. I previously brought him to a pediatric practice and it was a traumatizing experience for him! So much screaming and crying. Dr. Snyder said they do a “Happy Visit” here first and get children used to the dentist :)I would recommend this practice to any new patient! My whole family will continue coming to see them as long as we live here.

Dr Snyder and her staff are fantastic. I’ve been coming here for years and won’t go anywhere else. Had some rough experiences at some Dallas “billboard” dental offices and luckily found this gem. Very professional, on time appointments, and quality work. I’ve referred numerous friends and they all love it too.

This is the best dental facility I have ever been to. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Very punctual too, Ive never had an issue with having to wait past my scheduled appointment time. The staff is very knowledgeable and have excellent attention to detail. They found things that my previous dentist overlooked. If I could afford it, I would treat the entire staff to lunch or something!

I wasnt expecting to have such a pleasant experience nor did I know this place existed right down the street from me. First of all, Id like to thank Heather! She set up my appointment, but I had to keep switching days so I called numerous times to reschedule. Didnt give me a hard time! They do what is necessary to keep your teeth and gums well maintained and healthy without trying to sell you extra procedures you dont need done. Myself and my family have been patients here for years. It is the best dental clinic in town. They will take fantastic care of you and your teeth! They do everything they can to make you comfortable if you need some extra work done too. And they bill your insurance for you, so nice!

NGFD is the best dentist in town!! I don’t feel like they are rushing to get me in and out. They always take quality care to make sure my teeth are in good shape so that my teeth are looking happy and healthy. My whole family comes here and kids love it here.

Dr. Snyder takes time to treat my old crown done by another dentist years ago. She corrected my bite by making adjustments to it. Very professional and friendly. Also, her dental hygienist, Sheri, cleaned my teeth wonderfully. She was extra gentle with me since I haven’t had my teeth cleaned in 20 years. The office staff are all sweet especially Karen. My husband goes here too for his dental needs. Office is very clean and tidy. It’s a good choice if you are considering going to this dental office.

It seems surprising to say in a review that a dental office is delightful, but this place is. Ive been impressed with every person here that Ive come in contact with, no matter what their duties are, and there have been a bunch, because Im making up for five years without dental care.I can say that they have an oral surgeon who is only in their office once a month, so if you have a lot of work to do - like me - Id say plan ahead. But these people make the wait worth it for me.

My husband, our daughter, and I have been very satisfied patients of North Garland Family Dental for over 25 years. Although we have moved a bit farther away than when we first starting going there, it is worth the extra drive. My most recent appointment was yesterday (6/9/21), my first since the covid shutdown in March 2020. It was great to be back - the hygienists are always friendly and professional (I saw Sheri yesterday), and Dr. Snyder always takes the time for a thorough evaluation and to answer questions. Five stars for excellent patient care!

I love the people and the service. Melanie does an amazing job and gets to know you so she can treat you like a person and not just another patient. We have been using them for 18 years now and wouldn’t think of changing. We even drive from our new house in Royse City twice a year for cleanings and check ups. Dr. Paterick is very personable and has a great sense of humor. He is also very detailed in his exams. Heather is always so happy to see us and makes us feel like family. We love these folks and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

They are always straight forward on what should or shouldnt be done. And dont do addl dental work that isnt needed. My teeth feel great when I leave and never hurt. I love NGFD! I’ve been a patient for over 13 years. We lived around the corner from the office when I first started... But we moved 38 miles away over 10 years ago and I still go back twice a year. With the exception of last years. Only went January of 2020 before Covid.Was so happy to go today teeth cleaned and I’m so happy to have seen the staff. I missed Heather and miss Dr. Patrick!
