Sometimes improving customer service is really all you need to give your practice a boost. If your patients aren’t comfortable with you and your office, they won’t keep coming back, and they definitely won’t recommend you to their friends and family. There’s only one opportunity to make a good first impression. Anticipate the arrival of the new patient, and make every effort to extend a warm and friendly welcome.The two best ways to convey warmth and caring is through smiling and appropriate touch. Always greet the patient with a smile and provide appropriate touch, such as a handshake or gentle pat on the arm, at some point.This place practices none of these things. I am a responsible working adult with insurance who makes it early to every appointment and I was treated like I didnt exist when I arrived. I have never been seen on time here and working people have set schedules causing this an inconvenience. The front desk personnel is the worst.The only friendly person in that office is the dental hygienist Gonzalez and she even seems overworked.This office makes you feel as if your being serviced by a community clinic requiring you to wait due to lack of staff and resources. I will no longer return to this practice.

The front staff is both professional & personable. My dental hygienist is efficient & friendly! I’ve been a patient for about 10 years and I will definitely continue to trust Eastview Dental with my teeth!

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter at Eastview Dental Care. First of all, when I scheduled the appointment, they worked with my schedule to accommodate me. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and friendly when I arrived. The Dental Hygienist was very sweet and patient with my 5 year old. When Dr. Lehman did her exam, she was very nice and professional. She talked to my daughter to make her feel comfortable. She used simple and fun language to explain to her what she was doing to her teeth! Overall, I had a great experience with everyone at this dental office! If you live anywhere nearby, go see them. They are wonderful!

My first time there they sure made me feel so special. Lez did awesome job cleaning my teeth. Love the Dr. she will come and talk to you make sure everything is OK with my teeth.

This was my first visit to Eastview as a new patient. I am very impressed. Dr Lehman and all of her staff, Christina and Liz are very friendly and professional. Very happy with the info and care I received. Looking forward to fine dental care in the future.

This dental office is one of the best that Ive been to. The entire staff is great no matter what type of dental problems youre having. Theyre very courteous from beginning to end. I highly recommend them.

My daughter and I went here for a routine dental exam. The office looked really nice and the equipment seemed relatively new. The dentist was very thorough with his work. He also made it easy to understand some minor issues with my daughters teeth. All of the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. They offered several different types of payment arrangements which was helpful. It was a good visit and I would recommend this place to anyone.

The person who took care of me was very thorough and professional. She was gentle and made me feel at ease. The dentist who came in did his part in the same way. The deep cleaning procedure was not pleasant but they both did an excellent job and I am glad to have that much behind me.

Terrible. I went in for a cleaning and all they did was poke at my teeth and give me a very large bill, telling me that I needed laser surgery and fillings. During the visit, I told them that Ive always had sensitive teeth and to be gentle. They pretty much told me that if I used Sensodyne that all my problems would go away. I literally wanted to laugh. I use toothpaste for sensitive teeth every day. Their advice was bogus. The dentist that saw me was way too young for her job. Id like to know what dentistry school these people went to because this is a total scam and waste of my time and money. I still have dark plaque on my teeth that was obviously there that they didnt clean. These people are money hungry. Dont waste your precious time and money here!

Doctor Shalev is great. He did gum surgery on me, and frankly, Ive had fillings and crowns that were more painful. Im in the recovery phase and doing well with little to no pain. He was great on a follow-up visit too and I expect he will be on future follow-ups. If you have to have gum surgery, Dr. Shalev is your man.

Went for 3 month check up. Cleaning done no pain. Lisabeth the hygienist is awesome and gentle. The receptionist is very helpful concerning payment options including a discount card and they take care credit. Great place fantastic care for the whole family.

Dr. Ben was great. He is very professional and knows how to make sure you are at ease throughout the entire procedure. Th staff was very nice and helpful. They explained my benefits and were very knowledgable. My family and I will continue to see Dr. Ben and Eastview Dental!!!!

Took in a mailer for a $99 cleaning which was fine but charged me $250 for xrays plus put immense pressure on me to do a $4000 worth of crowns. These guys use the $99 cleaning as bait to get you in for mega dental work. Dont trust what they say.

Got there for a 10am appointment to find they were all in a meeting. After an hour and them trying to get me to pay out of pocket for laser treatement, inserts and a deep cleaning, I decided I needed to reschedule my basic cleaning since it hadnt even started yet.I was told that they would not clean my teeth until I paid $200 for a deep cleaning on a specific area. I told them it had been a year and wanted everything else cleaned. They said no.I am now looking for a new dentist after 3 years.Everytime me, my wife or a neighbor visited, they did their best to get us to pay out of pocket expenses for anything they could think of includung a,$250 electric tooth brush. My previous dentist, that moved, never tried to sell me anything.

I decided to get extensive work done within one quadrant of my mouth. I figured it was easier than returning multiple times. Within this one visit I had an extraction, crown, and a tooths decay carved out. Yes, carved out! I was prepared for pain once the numbness wore off, but there was hardly anything. Just some slight discomfort. Dr.Patel takes pride in his work and to me thats invaluable.

They have had 3 or 4 dentist in the office in the last year and a half. They currently have no dentist assigned to the office and are borrowing from another office. They may not be on your in network program so you may pay more than you are used to. I out of their office .

Came in for the $99 cleaning. Literally without an actual inspection they strongly recommend a deep scaling and told me it was a state law they couldnt do a normal cleaning and HAD TO DO the deep scaling. Then they wanted to put me on a program to replace every filling and several crowns. They clowns are all about the money. Avoid these greedy scumbags.

I came here to see if I could get an extraction. Well I received two extractions. I my husband and I have united health care insurance, he went in July for one extraction and paid nothing.... I came in this morning and was told I needed two extractions ok so afterwords guess what? With insurance it will be $450.00 for two extractions. Wow, the African dentist is insensitive, rude, doesnt care. The lady upfront is sweet but looks uncomfortable to talk to you about the bill its like she knows this place is highway robbery to clients. I know the dentist took advantage of the situation I was in knowing I was in pain and afterwards they give you Mortrin for your excruciating pain, no real pain meds. Well thats my review good luck with you if you decide to come here and get extractions with insurance... By the way the dentist will hank you every which way to get that excruciating tooth out. Everyone raves about Miss Debbie... Didnt meet Debbie whoever that is good luck, Bye bye now
